I went for a long morning walk today and found a few caches along the way. GPS seemed a little off but the hiding place was fairly obvious. TFTC, Biggles.

Hot and busy... Glad it showed up immediately.

Last day in the big city and last day of the year , decided to park up and wander the area today collecting caches as I go ..and a bit of cito as well

Second day in Christchurch on an extended holiday. Caught up with both sisters and my niece in the morning, including some retail therapy, but with everyone else working I get a few hours to trundle around Christchurch in a random manner picking up caches.

StreetWalker and I both needed a couple of finds today to bring our find tally for 8th April to 26 (and a darker colour on the stats grid). We decided to go for a drive after work, while it was still light, to find this and another utility box cache as this type of hide has been given the thumbs down by the PTB.
Definitely not another green electrical box, and very cool art work to boot. SW made the find, and I signed the log book (and made a hash of it as didn't have my glasses on and couldn't see what I was writing). Took longer to replace the log book. TFTC.

Given the recent edict banning NZ caches from power / utility boxes, and given we were keen to get another couple of finds for April 8, we decided to head out for a spot of early evening caching. This was the second find of two tonight. Then it was time to head off to The Tannery for a well earned bite to eat. TFTC.

After a while, we got it... mpf... We start our NZ holiday in Christchurch. Between a sight seeing tour we took some caches. This is one of them. Tftc!

My niece lives a few houses along from this cache...and we were visiting her 6 newborn pug puppies!
So after a while of admiring them I excused myself and popped along for quick find on this lovely painted electrical box.

To keep up with my personal challenge of achieving a minimum of 10 caches finds per day I needed to find 4 caches today. From viewing a map of my unfounds I decided that today's task would be best served by concentrating on 4 inner city caches. And I could be able to get them on my bike too.

After parking the cachemobile in Shirley it wasn't long before I was wizzing down Stanmore Road en-route to the 4 caches. This one was quickly found and signed (still room for more signatures). Well, this cache completes my caching task. Time now to head back north and home for lunch. TFTC flanell11.

7771. Out and about on the bike after a weekend of nausea. Trying to clear away the cobwebs! Checked out some of our caches and found three others. This was number two for the day and another easy one. Funny how nobody takes any notice if you are on a bike, but always look if you are in the campervan! Thanks for the cache. Rodney.

Drop daughter off at a Friday night function decided to waste a few hours of her attending that so some finds needed to be found a nice quick park and grab at the right time just as the sun was setting in the street lights came on what a great power box.
