BIG roadworks on the highway, but still accessible from inland streets so found it OK.
Little stroll as Ballarto Road entrance out of action unless you go long way around. It didn’t matter as I had time to kill while waiting to catch up with my daughter. Tftc xrocketx
In and around Cranbourne today picking up a few caches and dodging the rain showers

I had this listed as a must get whilst down in Victoria, as I had signed a challenge back at the Parkville Mega about a Victorian Alphabet of finds. I needed four more letters, this of course being one of them.
Felt quite lucky as I was did a search in the nearby region to my brothers place where I was staying and all four letters where achievable without some massive drive!
Saw a koala at the fence to the house boundary here - on the wrong side. AMAZING! He did look a little distressed and we could see how he got in, figured it might have been the wild winds. We made contact with the property owners so they could call the koala rescue team to come and relocate him to where he would be able to get food.
Cache was collected without concern (well after our attention was turned from the koala of course), signed and replaced as found. Did a smidge a cache clean up removing some gum that had been left as swag(?).

TFTC nice spot… watch out in surrounds and underfoot. Saw some jumping jack ants. Lots of flowering bush after the rain. Glad there was a pencil in the cache - gave it a good sharpen.
Saw a young girl looking for her lost white pet rabbit. What would be the chances of finding it?

Having returned from tropical North Queensland earlier in the week I am very familiar with ants and glad that I didn’t encounter any when looking for this cache.
The cache was spotted about 9m away from GZ with some familiar covering.

A stop on my home from the Botanic Gardens after a day with the Birdlife Melboure Photographic Group. The search took longer than expected and the cache was found a few metres from where the GPSr device was pointing. All good in the end. Thanks to xrocketx for the cache.

Found! We overlooked it. Was a bit out of place so we covered either bark
Thanks xrocketx. I spent 5+min looking where I was convinced it should have been based on the hint, and where there were remains of a ziplock bag (now removed.) As I was about to leave I turned around and looked elsewhere and what do you know?
