Cache was sitting out in garden bed very exposed to walkers by. I have placed in spot relevant to clue at coordinates
#163 31/05/2024 @6:34pmAnother quick find! The trail is a bit spooky in the dark alone! But makes for something that feels more adventurous
Was very quiet on the path today and sich a beautiful day. It was peaceful. We eventually located the cache. GPS had us looking a bit further away but once extended our search, it was in hand in no time
I found this cache today on my Mega Geocaching Walk #13 - a 30,000 step walk from Epping Station, winding my way up to Wollert and back down the other way to Epping Station once again. Couldn't spot it till I stood on the other side of the gum tree. Thanks from D B-A
Out on a lovely spring day to grab some caches. This was my last cache for the day before trying to beat the peak hour traffic. Found quickly. My thanks for the cache, VK3TV.
Out this way for haircuts for the rest of the fam before we haed OS. Left a TB who needs to see more of Oz. TFTC
So many homes for so many creatures, or do they have a housing crisis as well? TFTC

I was needing a few more finds in the Whittlesea LGA to try and qualify For one of the Mega challenges so I decided to head back over this way and go for a ride along some of the trails.
I stopped by this one on my travels and was able to find it, the log was signed and I was on my way to the next one.
**Thanks to VK3TV for placing this cache.**

I had been over in this corner of Melbourne successfully chasing the final of a Wherigo and was now starting to make my way home. Although the day was starting to warm up considerably, I decided to look for *a cache or three* on my way home.
I parked in Campbell Street and made my way to the cache for an easy find... thanks **VK3TV** for putting this cache here.

I'm not sure whether to blame slackness at writing cache logs or business with getting on with everything else life throws at me, but here I am writing logs for caches I found months ago yet again.
We very rarely get to this part of Melbourne, so RGSBruce and I took the opportunity while we were here to make a few quick finds.

HerIndoorsOutdoors and I had to come to Epping for a medical appointment, so decided we needed to pick up a cache or two while we were here as our visits to this part of the world are very few and far between.
This cache was the quickest to get to from Epping Plaza, so became the obvious place to start. This was a very quick find thanks to pretty good coords and a few obvious places to look within the allowable radius.
The cache is in good condition.

A nice easy find to start a walk down the Darebin Creek Trail on a quiet morning. Thanks for the cache
Accurate location, good clue. A few critters have made themselves at home so watch where you put your fingers!!
A nice sunny Winter afternoon so we decided to head out for a walk and look for a few caches along the way. Thanks for the cache VK3TV.

A great day out with Omegaman1971, Our trip last weekend got canceled due to the five day lock down so we were glad we could get out again this weekend, we had a great day out exploring new areas.
This is one of the caches we found on our travels.
Thanks VK3TV for the cache.

I’m just in time for this cache’s 3rd birthday, and it looks like the snails have started the party without me! TFTC.
It’s almost Christmas already - wow what a year. Dodged the hustle and bustle of the Christmas trade and went for another walk along this path I discovered yesterday. Now home to put the spit in for a long and slow cook.
Thanks VK3TV for the cache.

First one for the day caching from Epping to Thomastown. This was an easy find once I had found my way from the station to the path.
Out picking up a few of the caches on this trial this morning with the geodaughter. We met an elderly gentleman and his very cute dog on the way to the cache. We had to sit down on the nearby flat rock and wait for him to pass before looking for this one. A nicely hidden cache with a brand new log to boot. TFTC.

Well I didn't go away anywhere for the long weekend and neither did OzHockeyChick. So today we went on a bike ride along a couple of trails and this was one of them.
After completing the aqueduct trail in Research/Eltham area we headed over here for another nice and not too hilly ride. It was a busy little trail along here today with the beautiful weather but it was handy having the bikes and a companion so we looked a lot less suspicious.
Rode my bike right to where I thought it was based on the hint but no.... I had gone past a few metres. Soon had it located though.
Thanks VK3TV for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

With our respective caching buddies out of town or otherwise occupied this weekend, spiffy and I decided to team up, drag out the bikes and find a trail or two.
This was our last one for this trail. Running out of energy, time to turn around.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache, VK3TV

TFTC VK3TV and for bringing me to this area. The sunset tonight was spectacular and shone nicely on the nearby sculpture. Cache was found as per the hint - although I did take the hint literally at first - and in good condition.
Enjoying a holiday outing and impressed by some of the sculptures along the Darebin Creek Trail. An easy find due to the accuracy of the coords. TFTC and bringing me here VK3TV
Out with xambo4u, we decided to walk along the Darebin Creek in Mill Park. We had a successful day with only one DNF.
We have done quite a lot of walking today. Once near GZ the GPS seemed to bounce around. When it settled, it was a quick find. Thanks VK3TV

Out and about with echidna44 for another fun day of caching. Parked very close and made the walk. passing the newly erected piece of art a local stopped us for a chat. Moved on to make the easy find. Thanks for the cache VK3TV
On a public holiday, and this hide was still at home, unlike the finder, who was making good use of the quiet roads, and quiet pathways too, found in good condition, thanks VK3TV
A short down to this one from above. Good co-ords meant a quick find and the small cache was in great order.
Thanks VK3TV
Thanks VK3TV
Was leaving Down side when I saw this one not on my list, That was soon rectified.
Another nice hide along a great walking track. Found with Jimmytherat. Thank VK3TV
TFTC VK3TV. Another nice quick find. Cache in food condition. Jimmytherat with Noelle04.
My first find today while on a GeoRide from Epping around then back to where I live in Reservoir. A nice place so thank to VK3TV for placing this here.
It took a little bit to find the right spot for this one, but soon had it in hand, signed and returned. Nice spot here with the large bank to the east.
It was a long day of getting a number of caches in the area in out for a run attempting to get the 100 caches for the hidden creatures souvenir.

Its been a few weeks since TrailStevo and I have been able to escape out cache, but last night we managed to get out. Im trying to get at least 50 cache per month and here we are just over 1/2 way through June and im on zip! So we looked for a trail and/or area of congestion to rack up a few numbers but we wanted some exercise too. First up was the south side of the CSS series plus a few others along the way. I good variety of hides and some of our favorite (not) hanging in tree hides. After walking about 8km, and back to the car we headed across to nearer Mill Park/Epping for another brisk 7km collecting another handful of cache. I think we totaled around 20 cache, the dog had a ball! In fact the dog had a lie in today and only really seemed to wake up at around 3pm . TFTC VK3TV
After finding some of the CSS series. moved over to this area to pick up a few along Darebin creek. Gunks and myself did about 7kms of walking to boost our haul for June. TFTC

It has been awhile since I've been able to do any caching, so I made the effort today to fill in some blanks around Epping and catch up on VK3TV hides.... Walked about 10 km today.

I walked down to the creek and picked this one up without consulting my GPS in detail. Lucky. Thanks VK3TV.
Suscoe decided to spend this mid Autumn rainy and windy day up in the north of Melbourne collecting caches that we have noticed located here for a while now.
It was a strange day with sunshine, wind, raised dust and rain of all sorts including a fairly heavy down pour at lunch time.
We found 26 caches in total which was a nice number seeing as though our caching outings have been few and far between over the recent months.
Thanks to VK3TV for this hide, got a bit wet in the mad dash in the rain.

A number of caches have popped up in the Epping area recently so today it was time for me to make a trip to earn some smiles. A combination of driving and walked resulted in me finding six caches before homeduties beckoned me.
A quick walk through the park and I spotted something that was out of place. What a surprise - I found a cache. Log signed and cache rehidden without a muggle in sight.
Thank you VK3TV for this cache.

The family wanted to stay in the cool of the house so I decided to take the bike out to the Epping area as I don't really get North too often.
The heat was not really a problem but there was a wicked Northerly that made some legs of the ride a bit more challenging than should be.
A quick find on the quiet trail. TNLN. TFTC.

Found @17:10 with GeoDad. Quick easy find on a Saturday afternoon. Took trackable.
In the area early to drop something off at a friends place and noticed a cache near by.
Nice and quiet along here this morning so after a quick search I spotted the cache.
No sign of the TB but I left one that I picked up in Tassie a couple of weeks ago
Thanks VK3TV TFTC.

TFTC. Signed and returned . A nice easy find. Took coin and will place it so it can continue it'S JOURNEY.
TFTC, beautiful spot, kids want to come back to the playground across the road. Picked up the jeep, dropped off the coin.
