Logs
Wow, hard to believe it's been 3 yrs since this cache was found. Added my name to the log and replaced as found.
Went out for a drive this morning to check on this cache, and it is still there, still in its original spot and all nice and dry and ready to be found again. Cheers.

Making the most of Holidays and being able to travel. I decided on a 4 day trip that seen me head up to Swan Hill then down via Lake Boga, Kerang, Koondrook, Cohuna, Leitchville, Mt Terrick Terrick NP, Corop, Colbinabbim Rushworth, Whroo and finally Nagambie (then back home to St.Arnaud). Lots of back tracks taken and lots of dust to clean out of the ute. It was over 1250km travelled and flying solo on this trip I had lots of fun finding the caches.
I took a couple more wedges out of my 360Deg “finds from home” map and ticked off a couple of caches that I have heard about that were on my “to find” list.
There was a huge Variety of caches found from bird boxes to Fridges, Wall mountable tool boxes to Eclipse tins, with the odd ammo can thrown in. A couple of head scratching gadget caches chewed up some time but will be memorable for time to come. Numerous puzzles that I had solved i managed to find and I even managed to make good on a couple of DNFs, and add some more DNFs to my list. Even though I was out on my own I still had to use a couple of PAFs to get by. Thanks guys.
Took a bit but found the cache in its nest.

Great weather to be out and about to the west of Swan Hill, following a cache course set by our fellow Geelong cachers Suscoe. Too dry for slippery roads but not quite dry enough for dust!
Unlike baby&Mrsgopher's, April 18 experience here, the silly galah was out waiting for us today. tucked back in after signing in.
Thanks 'Sparra0907' for adding this cache to the gameboard.

Suscoe was enjoying a day out around the Swan Hill area in the very good company of Phetlern.
It was a delightful spring day with clear skies and bright sunshine.
A perfect day for caching.
The country side looked pretty good but it appears dry and the roads we quite solid to drive on.
Thanks to Sparra0907 for this hide.
We almost dispatched a Galah on our trip up to Swan Hill, the bird walked out in front of us and then walked slowly off the road. A bit of slowing down saved his or her life for today.

We had a good search around but no luck at all here today.
Today we had the most DNFs in one day ever, I don't know if this was because we just had a bad day, or if some of these caches may have been missing or hopefully just too smart for us.
I think the galah may have flown away.
Thanks

I do love a good cache container a bit different from the normal ones. And I do love a quick find. We used to have a pet galah named Jimmy so this one was great for us. Got Jimmy out and struggled with the log for a bit, then put him back to bed. TFTC. A fav here.
We loved the cache for this one! Put smiles on our faces when we found it. Was tricky getting the log out, tweezers saved us and we got on named signed. TFTC
A quick, fly-by, find here
Looks like the galah had fallen off its perch [:o]
As I found it pecking about in the paddock
Logbook signed,
the galah is back in its nest ... for now
TFTC ... SQUAWWWWWKKKKKK!!

**Out on my second day in the Swan Hill district. I would have like to found more to day but the wind was blowing me away. This was a quick find. TFTC
7185 Located by baby&Mrs gopher at 1210. The retrieval of the container became quite an effort here. The Galah had decided to head down the nesting hole. In the end we needed a ladder, 700 mm grabber and some patience to get to the log. We got it in the end and filled the deep hole with sticks for the next finder to grab. SL Tnx Sparra0907
Quick find on a caching day around Swan Hill with Aussie Fun Seakers ,a favorite point for this great cache,TFTC
Out on a cache run with moroldies today.
Made our way to GZ and Mr moroldies soon had cache in hand.
So we both collect the silver an bronze here.
A good camo and hide. Signed and replaced. TFTC.

A nice cool morning found us following the "Black Wire"
Not a galah to be seen this morning, but a few rabbits crossed our path
Arrived at the given coordinates and the search began
Didn't take too long and soon had the camoed device in our mitts
Well we logged a FTF at 9.00 am
TFTC Sparra0907 [^] [^]. An aptly named cache
Like a lot of Nano's, tweezers will be handy
