Tftc!! What should have been an easy find and sign turned into a 15 minute wrestle with container as was rusted shut. Thankfully a spikey fence came in handy to help us out. Cache container probably requires changing to something a little more weather friendly. Lid bent slightly but that was easily fixed by geo hubby, Mr Bullet.
Passing through this pretty countryside. What a novel place to store bikes hey what. Many thanks.
Tough to open this one after a quick find. Cache is okay
With a few days off back in Adelaide I decided to head to the mid north again after still having some caches to find up this way from my last visit 2 weeks ago, nice to be driving around on the back roads exploring new places and seeing the country side.
Thanks for the cache

Happy caching and safe travels!
Happy caching and safe travels!
Today saintsno1 and Goldy ventured out for some caches out north to kill some free time, focusing on quality caches rather than quantity.
A total 28 finds for the day.
We started off heading towards Lochiel but the coppers had the road blocked due to oil spill so we ventured the back way towards Bute, then did a loop up and around from Crystal Brook to Spalding.
A quick find here today.
Cache retrieved and signed with stamp.
Thanks Cunno2004 for this cache.
This cache brings Goldy’s total find count to 1918 on the 29th of October 2022.

Wow, that's a big stack of Hay. I wonder why the store all their eggs in one basket??? Hay bundles were almost as big as the spiders webs needing to be cleared to access the cache (shivers) TFTC
Off for a drive with Jack and Sebastbat, masks on, sanitiser at the ready, and miles from anyone's hot spot! What a great day for it!
Who would have thought dead grass was so special!
Found the cache in the obvious spot, after missing it once and checking all the others!

The hidey spot was located and it served as a good way to keep the rain off me whilst i SL at 10:06 on Thu 8 Oct 2020.
"Hey! i can see the Hay!"

TFTC A quick drive by but I must say we struggled to open the lid, how ever we got there in the end with a little bit of help from a tool
There was no hay in the barn today reflecting the high demand for stock feed arising for the widespread drought across the country. Accurate coordinates and limited hiding places led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. There were no bikes in teh shed today. Thanks Cunno2004 for the cache.
We've been wanting to drive the Strzelecki Track for a long time so a window of opportunity came up and we were out the gate!! We travelled up the Birdsville Track and down from Innamincka. Had a great time caching and admiring many views of the outback. The only casualty was the windscreen which had a close encounter with a rock on day 3. Got told in Birdsville that it wasn't bad enough to freight another up. Luckily it made it all the way home with the help of duct tape. We found some great views and historical places thanks to geocaching.
