The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. The log here is total mush following years of water exposure.Online logs dating back to 2021 reference the issue, and 3 separate NM logs since 2022 have attempted to raise the alarm to no avail.
Chasing the long and winding route of the very recently-sighted local Night Owl, I strolled along in an effort to grab some trads close to the track that much of the group (comprising predominantly ACT regulars) had likely done years ago.Luckily for me the few I did chase down were easy enough to spot with the anticipated container in situ at each location. This was first up and required only a minor diversion from the trail before the hint item was located and the cache found.Unfortunately, as logs dating back to 2021 make abundantly clear, the log here is in a completely unwritable condition.I did as well as my Pilot G2 would allow, but this one is long overdue for a replacement. Thanks to GreyHams for placing this here!
Found on a loop around Bruce Ridge with new recruits gdsplash and sepron. The log book was soggy and disintegrated, so couldn't be signed.
Nice views on a beautiful morning! As in Bruce's Capers, the paper has become confetti.
8th of 14 found today.More walking through nice open landscape and a pretty cool angle/view of the tower. A quick find however the log sheet is simply a scrap of soggy paper mush.TFTC GreyHams and what you talkin' bout.
Another in the Bruce series, that we found on our way back to the car today. The paper is a bit mouldy and damp so we have replaced it with a small place of clean paper. Thanks for the series GreyHams Domsky
I died hard for this cache but all I found was pulp fiction (photo attached as could not sign). Maintenance required for pulped log and great adventure TFTC GreyHams!
Found this cache while cleaning up rubbish with goingplaces2. Couldn't sign the log so we continued hunting for both rubbish and caches. TFTC.
Found this cache with ilook4geo while cleaning along the tracks for the local CITO held today. It was an easy find but the log sheet is unusable and needs to be replaced please. Thanks for the placement go to GreyHams.
Caching around Canberra for a couple of days. TFTC.
Nice quick find again. Log is no good and I didn't have a spare today.

David! Maddy! (We have just started re- watching Moonlighting, and it's an absolute delight!)
Another nice easy cache, same as the last one. Unfortunately the log in this one is nothing but mushy paper.
Third Bruce Ridge GreyHams cache for today. It was a quick find at GZ once we had tackled a couple and knew what we were looking for.
Unfortunately, the log is mush. Not even Winnie the Pooh could save it from the recent rains it seems. I wonder if Bruce Willis could have ... nonetheless, a replacement or a waterproofing would be worthwhile we think. TFTC regardless GreyHams

#1880 Followed the trails, allowing a couple of mountain bikers to pass along the way to reach this hide. The log paper was very damp and had been stuffed up one end. I did manage to salvage a piece to log but it is in need of some maintenance. Thanks GreyHams for placing the caches in this area.
Unfortunately the log is all soggy and ruined. We added a mini treasure for the next person
Meeting Gunks in the capital to do a parkrun the following morning. Stretching the legs after the 7 hour drive from Melbourne turned into 13km in 32° heat. Earned the pub visit. Thanks for placing the cache.
Arrived in Canberra today, stopping for only one night breaking up the drive from Bathurst to Melbourne, and sneaking in a Parkrun tomorrow. It was a bit warm today but we managed a 12km walk and collected a few cache on the way before heading to the pub for beers and grub. thanks for the fun.
Paper was wet and destroyed so I put a piece of paper in there. Probably could use a sandwich bag though!
Thanks for the cache. Found while out walking around Bruce Ridge. Unfortunately I couldn’t sign the log - it was completely waterlogged and falling apart - so I’ve taken a picture instead.
On leave, so thought we'd spend the morning on Bruce Ridge, looking for caches! We took The Woofer, and found 19 of 19 caches. We left mochie squishies in all containers that would fit them.
A nice quick find. TFTC!

Nearly full log and this one very wet. Signed very carefully. Easy find and left covered with leaf and bark as it was in full view when I got to cache. TFTC
I still don't know if I like Bruce Willis or not. But I don't mind watching movies with him in them.
I do like this series though.

4/10 caches for the day.

As recently reported, the log sheets are damp but usable - but only if they are rolled up small enough (otherwise they may simply disintegrate whilst being extracted).
Second day of caching in Canberra this weekend. Weather looks a lot better then yesterday. With that said the bike came out if the car so I didn't drag it along the whole way for nothing. Lots of caches found again, thanks to all for hiding. Also made good progress towards a few goals.

The GeoHound and I took advantage of a nice cool day to do an 8.5 km walking loop to collect all the Bruce Rage traditional caches. I haven't been here before - the MTB tracks look fantastic (and were well used today), I'll have to bring the GeoKids and their bikes here.
This cache was found without issue at GZ. Although the log is quite damp, it was still able to be signed. There's still room on this one.
Thanks, GreyHams. This is a nice series.

E E E E EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE [Found!] TFTC Greyhams!!!
TFTCs Greyham! Today with Coolducky we cleared Bruce Ridge. Each cache was good and all found. We stopped at 1:30 to have lunch which was delicious. I love how all of these caches were simple and were in good order. Everyone had a dry log and were good.

Found with Sophiescout. Had to write in the margins as logbook is full. TFTC
