I had been here before with IolantheK and was unable to make the find on this one. However, today with Gunnie69 was able to make this sad blue face into a smilie yellow one. TFTC
Tidying up some icons that have been negelcted for too long, I was out and about with NurseyJulie this morning collecting caches of all types. [^]
As we pulled up at this one, NJ suggested that her last visit was a DNF, so we were ken to ensure bad luck did not stike twice. On arrival at the listed coords, I put my hand straight onto something that moved and subsequently retrieved the cache. Hmm, that was easy, what was your problem last time I thought...
Log out, names in, the container was returned as found and we headed off.
Cheers Azezal.

Out in this area for a bit of a cache day and pulled over close to GZ and wandered over the grass.
We headed towards the suspect and then we were stumped. We read the logs and the hint and we were sure we had the right idea but just couldn't find it! Then we spotted it, unfortunately the cache had been misplaced and was simply lying on the ground! We admired the cache construction and then replaced the cache where we suspect it belonged. It may be an idea for either CO or someone who had found it properly to double check we placed it in the right spot!

Missed it the first time... got it when I used my other senses... hard to be discrete here with the neighbours view... anyway thanks for bringing me here Azezal and tftc...
After a DNF on the one nearby I thought I had better get this one to make the trip worthwhile. Thankfully it was a quick find, as I have a couple of caches similar so picked up on it quickly. Thanks Azezal.
Out doing a few km for the Great Cycle Challenge.
Great Cycle Challenge takes place in October and participants will pedal as many kilometres as they can throughout the month.
All funds raised from the event will be used to fight kids' cancer to help children across Australia who are bravely fighting this terrible disease.

Continued our walk through the park from a nearby cache. Nice views down to the river from here. Had to watch where we walked because of the large cracks in the earth from it being so dry at the moment.
Found a very well made, well placed cache. Well done.
Thanks heaps for your cache Azezal.

Continuing my stroll along, I wondered if the nearest residents have seen us walking up here, but all seemed pretty quiet today.
Nicely designed cache here, well tucked away. I was happy for a bit of a walk around and reflected on how the properties have been built on old paddocks. Someone has made millions out of this area, no doubt. TFTC where all is fine.

Clever hide!! Terribly dry here (as well as everywhere else at the moment)! TFTC!
Out with Geopartner today in Ipswich.
I wandered down from the other cache.
Geopartner met me at GZ.
He looked.
I looked and grabbed the cache.
Signed the log and returned to where I found it.

**# 24856** Found on our 2019 winter escape trip to Qld.
Another fine sunny Winter day for a drive around Ipswich with Mrs Roosta.
Not many muggles around today and a few good safe hides.
An excellent cache and a favourite point from me.
Thanks for the cache Azezal,

We are out and about today, ticking off some finds for the mystery challenge. This was our first find for the day, easy to locate and very clever hide. TFTC
Brenden tracked and found this one, good to get this guy off the Xbox and out caching for a change, nice walk around this area TFTC
We knocked and guess what, there was no one at home. So we have to leave a note to say that we visited. All good with this cache. Thanks Azezal
TFTC this was a great fun hide. Kids looked and looked and said they would give up. I'm laughing and then geokid says Really? And he found it
I took a circuitous route to the area to keep out of sight of the nearby home owner who was in his front yard.
Luckily, the GPS took me straight to the cache for a quick find. The grass is so dry around here that it was crunching under my feet.

I am out caching with Brother Colin today.
We are finding select caches that BC has not found.
A quick find here.
Thanks for the cache.

Today I am aiming to top up a date on my calendar.
And I brought Grand_Poobah along for the ride.
There are only a few caches in the area I have not found so it was a very selective caching day.
And quite a bit of driving.
A quick find. [^]

I had to bring my daughter out to Goodna for an errand, and we added a short detour to grab two caches at North Booval.
A return visit for this one to redeem a DNF. The cache was exactly where I expected it to be this time. TFTC, Azezal.

Searched and searched, up and down, every piece of wood and even into a idea niche and no avail today.
Out for a few hours this morning with Nurseyjulie First we took a walk to grab a few caches that I hadn't done, of which Nj only needed one, and now it's time for a bit of a road trip to grab a few caches that I needed, evening up the scores with a few extras for Nj along the way [^]
This area sure is dry. We really do need some rain to green things up. We walked over from the CO's nearby cache, and GPS took us to a very appropriate spot, but although we searched it thoroughly, then widened our search area considerably, we didn't get the find.

A well constructed cache and with co-ords that are spot on, it helped to make this a quick find.

Our last couple of caching days have focussed on the northside & slightly west so today we thought we'd scratch around a few spots near Ipswich to collect a few smilies still roaming free!
Our eleventh of 15 finds today.
A note to the COs of the caches we found today … please excuse any discrepancies between physical log dates & online log dates, I just couldn't get my act together & I'm sure I had 7/8, 8/7, 7/7 & who knows what else on some of the earlier finds.
Can't help Old Timer's!
We were caching over near the Cunningham Highway when notice came through of a new cache, this one, so a quick dash soon covered the 5 kilometres & we were parked near GZ with no-one else in cooee! LOL …
A quick glance & then a more thorough look brought the cache to light.
Nicely done.
The hardest bit was getting the log & bag small enough to fit back in.
Made our mark & replaced as found.
As I was replacing the cache Mrs VC said "There's another one, 200 metres away!"
Well, what are we waiting for?
TFTC
We'll kick this one off with a Favourite Point, cool cache & placement.
