Ended up walking away as couldnt find it. Got annoyed, went back & there it was, easy as.
Found with Nibletricecakes on our return drive from Braidwood parkrun. A quick find. TFTC.
Out with GLISS! visiting the Briadwood Parkrun, as we tourist our way around. Leading a stretch of the legs on our way back home we pulled in here for a cache. A cool quiet day here today (though busy round at the footy!) Thanks for the cache.
Another short drive from Goulburn to Bungendore chipping away at the days until the Mega starts. We hav setup at the showgrounds for a couple of days and maybe get the chance to do some repairs on the landcruiser side step.A cool day in the shade but pleasant in the sun. Needed Mrs Snakepitters a few times today to find the elusive container.May need to move as the fence is falling over.Total Caches Found 15540TFTC ACTBigfoot
Find # 10771Looking at my stats I have a personal goal to meet before year end and its not an altogether small one. BUT when Im on a mission anything could happen. Christmas holidays and Im making the epic road trip from Canberra to Brisbane. Did a bit of research for some power trail options along the way and found a couple that would help boost my tally. This was one of them. Slight detour, but so long as I achieve my goal its all worth it Now just fingers crossed there arent too many DNFs or that put me off. Overnight planned in Tamworth which is about halfway and should be where I need to be by Christmas Eve.Quick easy find at Mick Jagger as Ned Kelly here today so I can be on my way. Cache container and log in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Thanks so much for the many caches ACTBigfoot and of course for giving me a reason and incentive to get out here, and to experience this part of the world in a different light
Taking the road less travelled from Goulburn to Canberra today and am loving the drive ... the countryside looks so different to the highway. A quick find while passing through Bungendore. Thanks for the smiley.
Found on the loose with logs and lid spread about. I reassembled it and placed in logical spot.
This was hard to spot but we have an elite team. It was cool but might have bugs around it.
Found this morning
Replaced the soggy log with a waterproof one
Thank you for this cache

Needed a quick one today, and I got it.
Using the old tie the shoe technique, the cache was soon in hand.
Log was soaked and I did not have the time to dry it out. Tried my best to make a sign on it.

A nice easy find today .. it is definitely ourside the cage fence..unfortunately the log is very wet but I made my mark..not that you would notice.. I remember seeing the movie with Mick Jagger, an interesting interpretation that's for sure . In fact pretty much all the versions I have seen could be best described as interesting .. never let truth get in the way of a good story. Thanks ACTBigfoot for placing the cache
I love Mick, such a great entertainer. I found the well hidden cache, but the log is sodden and not sign-able. I took a photo as evidence of finding.
Homebound after spending a week fishing Tangtangra for trout then Bermagui for flathead. Not a lot of fish caught on this trip due to bad weather, made a lot more time for caching. Heading home via Batemans bay then onto the Kings Hwy to end up on the Hume, hoping the flooding doesn't affect to much of my route. Lots of caches targeted along the way.
Quick find here, log is quite wet.

Wet and unsignable and it had some poop on it I think. Nice spot though. TFTC
#2751 There was no need to venture inside the fence to locate this cache. The logbook is however damp and in need of replacement. TFTC.
#867 Turtle and I decided to venture out to Bungendore today to hopefully clear out the area. In total I picked up 30 finds so it was a fairly positive outing.
Approached this one from the train station side so had to venture around the temp fence line. Got to GZ and found the caches hiding spot to be outside the fence. Easy retrieval and the only problem was the fairly wet log. Thanks for the hide ACTBigfoot

Back in Canberra for a stint. Best catch some caches, old and new. TFTC.
A quick drive-by grab. Log is wet.

Took a little time as the most obvious spots in the area bore no fruit. Sneaky!

TFTC. I signed a very damp log. What a lovely day to be geocaching in Bungendore.
Found in a sneaky spot (and guarded by many slugs!) but could not sign because it’s too wet
Tftc! Lots of muggles driving by. Cache was very wet and full so I added a fresh piece of paper
First find good for the kids to find too.
Great spot great town.

Nice quick find. Old school container. Always thought these were great. Much better than a mint tin. Thanks for the cache.
Cache a bit damp and full but apart from that a easy find tftc had no pen so took pic of the log
With the easy option close by, nice to see something a bit different here. Log is getting full and I reckon a bag is needed too. TFTC.
Loved this one, thanks for the cache!!
It's very well camouflaged, I'm assuming more so at night which made it that bit more fun

Arrived at the end of school so difficult to get a park. Quick find otherwise. TFTC
We came to Bungendore to complete the one and only AL in this area, and fir a change of scenery. On the walk past this was a quick and easy pickup. TFTC ACTBigfoot.
Out for a caching day in Bungendore with the two Geokids. A straightforward find at GZ. Thanks for the cache!

Heading out to Bateman's Bay today for the penultimate leg of our roadtrip, we set off in threatening skies and a light drizzle, only to have a cracker of a caching day, managing 44 assorted finds with only a few DNFs.
We grabbed a selection of caches along Captains Flat Rd before cruising through Bungendore.
This cache wasn't on the list, but loomed in front of us during some Adventure Labbing. A nice quick find too.... TFTC!
