A lot to see like Emma Falls, El Questro, Mitchel Falls, Manning Gorge, Galvans Gorge, Bell Gorge, Tunnel Creek and Windjana Gorge .Now return on the sealed road again . Further over Derby, Broome, Port Hedland, Karratha, a sidekick to Karijini NP, Exmouth, Coral Bay, Carnarvan, Geraldton, Ellendale Pool, Lake Indoon, Cervantes and the rest down the coast to Perth .Today there was no wind anymore and also no rain, so we headed for the pinnacles and to Yanchep. Trobat! Encontrado!A hike day exploring the nature around Yanchep area guided by geocaching. A couple of goals for today: Find my 7000 geocache and find Emus in my way. Sadly I didn't see any Emus today but I sign more than 30 geocaches and of course I reached my 7000! My rute started walking along Yaberoo Budjara to Yanchep nature reserve, then to the bushland following the Rose Path, back to Yanchep nature area to finally ends to Yanchep Town. Was an amazing day!!! This cache was one of them!Another one! No problems. Thanks you so much! Moltes grcies!
Thanks for a great series of caches. I enjoyed my bike ride along the track and found all caches to be in great condition. Well done on the placement and upkeep of this trail.
Grabbing a few caches today, thank you to all the COs for placing and maintaining these caches.
I am enjoying this lovely series and appreciating the beautiful surroundings
Many thanks megawat60 for placing this cache.
Many thanks megawat60 for placing this cache.
Thank you! Out on a morning hike to find geocaches. I hiked the whole trail from Yanchep to Joondalup with a friend many years ago before they did it up with the limestone path. Nice to be out here again.
Had a free day and organised to go way north to do the Yaberoo Budjara Trail between Lacey Road and Yanchep National Park. Ask Lachlan 1.77 if he was interested in joining me. The answer was what day can we do it - so planned for today with an early start.
Before doing the Trail on MTB we hit Two Rocks area and some Yanchep hides. After we finished the trail we did some more Yanchep caches and finished at the Alkimos Wreck to complete our second Lab Adventure for the day.
With a number of different hides and some scratching our heads as coords at some were more than 5m from GZ.
All up I completed 44 caches and 6 Ad Labs with 1 DNF.
Thanks to the CO for the placing of the caches.

Out on a Northern suburbs weekday adventure! Today we attacked Yanchep and Two Rocks. Far out this is a long way from civilisation.
Today’s goal was to attack the Yaberoo trail. Leg5 and I brought the bikes and made quick work of this series. A number of the logs on the northern half of the trail are disintegrating and need replacement. Cheers megawat60!

Heading out after Geocaching 101. Lovely walk and big thank you to CO for the caches so others get to see this wonderful trail.
Saw a baby snake on the path. Was a bit more cautious searching in the bush after that. Found cache #11.
Headed along the Yaberoo Budjara Trail, it was a welcome sight to see a change of scenery & some shade…. Master 9 made another quick find here

A cooler day so hoping to finish the rest of the series. Found it and signed the log, TFTC
A glorious winter's day encouraged us NOR to complete what is currently available in this series. It was windy when we arrived but that was not noticeable on these secluded paths. A perfect day all in all. TFTC megawat60
Still no joy with these yet, will wait for some more re-growth then plan a new load of caches for this run.
We had been planning a trip to this neck of the woods for a while and this weekend the stars aligned and we headed up for a couple of days caching and camping. This cache was one we targeted for the weekend. Cheers and TFTC.

Jumped on the bike to tackle this little series. Great coords and generous hints saw us get 12/12 finds. Managed to get back to the car before the rain came through.
TFTC megawat60 this is find # 8221 for us.

Heading up to spend a few hours in Yanchep NP on this beautiful public holiday (thanks Liz Before going into the main part of the park I stopped off here for a walk along the trail picking up this great series of hides. Perfect hiking weather; sunny & warm but with a nice breeze - and no-one around in this part of the park either! As this is a there-and-back series I walked to the final Letterbox first (#12), then cached my way back to the car (seems quicker counting them down! Had a very enjoyable walk with each cache found in good condition and all found very quickly too No problems here at all, walk took about an hour to complete. Thanks for bringing me here and TFTC
I ran half way and walked half, especially the uphills! All quick finds. Signed in turquoise blue pen. Thanks for the series.
Im glad there is a limestone track to walk on as I have spotted a sand track and that would of been hard work. TFTC
Geo-hubby was keen to walk this trail even though the weather was foul. Mr ILT kindly said he'd keep geo-hubby company even though he had completed this series some months ago. All hides were found but they both returned to the car sodden from a heavy downpour. Thanks megawat60
Come to this cache with jess12310, to find it had its own personal guardian, lovely huntsman! TFTC
Another one found on my walk along the Yaberoo Budjara trail this morning, I'm doing well so far! It's starting to get pretty hot now, I've spotted a nice shady spot where I can have a rest on the way back...after I find the last cache. TFTC
Found whilst caching the area with Everlasting and FelixII. Thanks megawat60 we had a great day.
In Perth for a few days. Headed out caching with iluvtrekking and Everlasting for a full on day of fun and Geocaches.

Found it. TFTC megawat60. Out to do this Yaberoo Budjara trial today. great trial series
Perfect afternoon for a go at this series! The weather was nice but not too hot and the wildflowers were putting on a show. All the caches were found quickly and I left a couple of pathtags and some swaps for the kids as I went along. This was my 7th stop, working my way back North from the letterbox. Thank you for the cache and for the series megawat60.
The weather isn't bad for a walk - plenty wildflower so pretty colourful. no see animals for the day. Search, found and signed the log. Enjoyed myself for the day.
Thanks megawat60 for the cache and hunt.
Thanks megawat60 for the cache and hunt.
On the way to the event via a longish detour to pick up some moveable GCA caches that had not been moved for a few days and stopped at the end of the trail to take the better half for a walk to find the newly published caches and for her to find the ones that I had already done when they were first published.
This was the forth one of the newly published ones that we got to. Was a quick find. Log signed and cache returned as found.

**FTF** with OOH YEH sand Cravo10
A huge day caching North of the river on our way to Megawat60’s event “welcome to the northern beaches” in Yanchep.
Teamed up with Cravo10 and OOH YEH and with an early start to grab some FTFs and cache out all of the green dots that have eluded us for some time north of the river.
Had a great morning out and thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ lunch at the event and a quick dash for a large group FTF near the event.
Thanks for a great day out, just need another excuse to get back here - more caches and another event.
Thanks to the local COs for some good fun.

I finally got a chance to come and get these caches. Nice walk through here and all caches were quick finds. Tftc.
On the way to the event via a longish detour via Lesmurdie to pick up some moveable GCA caches that had not been moved for a few days and stopped at the end of the trail for Chwiliwr to take me for a walk to find the newly published caches.
This was the 4th newly published cache that we got to today although we debated whether to go down the hill before the cache knowing that we would have to immediately come back up again after.
Once at ground zero it was a quick find. Log signed and cache returned as found.
Thanks megawat60 for the cache.

Just had time to do the series before today's event. Parked on YBR and rode down to the far end, passing our esteemed reviewer and his walking companion along the way. After getting lucky with a FTF at the disabled #9, we started at #11 and worked back up. All were quick finds in obvious spots with good co-ords. Love this trail and this series is a great addition. TFTC!
