A mini break exploring the Murray with LukeSistema. Easy find here. Always amazes me how much this landscape can change. Thanks for the fun and adventure.
The lid has perished so have inverted it back in its hole to stop any damage if it rains Tftc
A quick find here today on my way past, cache found and is all goodOn the way home from the Capital Geobash Mega in the ACT, today I made my way from Kerang, Vic to home. Today was a matter of finding caches along the road plus meeting up with e.gregory1 in Robinvale to complete the get hooked series. Thanks for the series
TFTC Lisa.kenny13 your cache Cheesy Mac! that we found today. We had camped at the Nyah Lions RV park late January as we made our way to Adelaides for the Great Leap Forward. Today we are on our way back home to Maryborough ,Qld via the Mega in Canberra. Camped up and went out to find a couple of caches. Being later in the day we only targeted the 5 closest to camp. All found although we made one or two harder than it should have been. This was one of the ones we targeted.Find Count: 19130
Mr Riddell was disappointed as he was looking forwards to his Cheesy Mac Burger and all he got was Ovaltine!TFTC thankfully it was a nice quick and easy find.
Thank you for placing this for us to find. Thank you for contributing to the geo map and maintaining when required. TFTC
SA’s Leap Year Event - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. GCA1DNA. Can’t wait!!
Taking my Tas mate to the Forrest for a swim could resist grabbing this one thanks guys
We are staying in the area for a short visit with ilook4geo and just picking up some of the local caches. This one was a nice easy find and both names were stamped on the log to note our visit. Thank you to Lisa.kenny13 for placing this cache.
Caching around the area with goingplaces2 and having fun. Had a successful day and this was one of the caches we found. TFTC.
I wouldn't call it huge, but yes it's good to have a large cache. Easily found, thanks
A slight detour off the main road and soon made a find here. I probably stepped on it on my first scout around but soon had cheesy Mac found. Probably should be renamed Ovaltine though TFTC
Accurate coordinates and an obvious hide location led to a quick find of a well hidden cache. The container was in good condition but the log was very brittle, having been wet and then dried on at least a couple of occasions. Thanks Lisa.kenny13 for the cache.
Find #4788. Found @ 13:04
With an extra week off work, I decided to go on a little 4 day caching trip, that I've dubbed the CMapLGAmer trip. Combining targeted finds for the Country Map challenge, LGA challenge, and AUSmer challenge finds in the Western Victoria region - for added bonus, I've also included some large caches in the mix as well for another challenge, but they weren't in the mix when I came up with the name.
I used cachetur.no to plan the trip and (after I worked out some kinks with how I was using it) it worked fine.
This fell under the large cache category, although the container didn't really seem to be a large to me. It was also out in the open. After I found it, I placed a piece of local camouflage over it to keep it a bit better concealed.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Lisa.kenny13

Given the number of roadside locations around Swan Hill that have the appearance of a tip, a cache at a hard rubbish location seems appropropriate. Should have brought the generator...
Found during our COVID 2020 Murray River trip.
While Melbourne was in a state of turmoil rural Victoria was still okay, and with 4 weeks leave, and all the borders closed we decided the only warmish place in Vic was going to be as north as we could get. After a decade or so travelling north and west we started on the trips we'd left til later - the Murray River. Starting from East Gippsland we got to Wemen out of Robinvale before they announced Victoria was going back into Stage 3. Now we're working our way back home and avoiding Melbourne. Found this along the way. TFTC. DJ

Hmm !!??
An odd sort of camo that's easy to see
But was the camo here before the cache was hidden,
did someone else 'dump' it here ?? [:o]
I do hope it wasn't the CO getting rid of their rubbish [:o)]
Illegal dumping is one thing that geocaching reveals on every drive around our forests, reserves and national parks.
So seeing this camo here didn't leave me happy.
But the cache was found !!
So I'll claim it !!

On a short break and drive heading for Mildura with a view of grabbing a few caches to fill in some missing New South Wales and Victorian LGAs along the way. Starting off the morning in Swan Hill we made our way up to this large cache...for a quick park and grab. With the cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache container and log are in good condition. Thanks for the cache Lisa.kenny13.

Suscoe was out today enjoying another gloriously sunny Swan Hill day.
It had been near to zero overnight but today made up for that with beautiful sunshine, no wind to worry us and blue skies from one horizon to the other.
We headed to the north of Swan Hill today taking in Nyah and Tooleybuc and many places in between.
Thanks to Lisa.kenny13 for this hide, all quiet out here today. Lovely countryside to enjoy.

This is a quirky cache. Love the idea. Found with Miah06. Not so much cheesy mac as cheesy Ovaltine though. SL and replaced. TFTC Lisa!
Nyah Day 2 staying at the trotting club.
The cache container was sitting there in all it's glory but no log inside. Replace this it seems for the 2nd time. Tried to cover but size makes it difficult.
After lunch we looked for caches that were close to our camping ground
The cache locations were varied & a variety of containers found.we

'Ok for 2 nights!'
They were sold! Load them up still chewing and out we go! Hidden well with bark and sticks we scored a find! And a FTF at that!
