Almost missed this one again. Was about to give up when I happened to turn and there it was. TFTC
We were out this afternoon with ilook4geo and picking up some caches before it was time to head on to the event near here. This one was a nice easy find and was hidden out of sight again after the log had been signed with both names. It just a matter of looking carefully in the right direction. Thanks go to Renski00 for placing this cache to be found on a hot but muggle free day.
This was one of the caches we found today with goingplaces2. Logs were all signed and caches were replaced as they were found. TFTC.
Find # 5676
Found quite quickly.
Using Bent's Basin as a base, we've ventured out to collect a few smileys.

I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to go grab a few caches on a warm Sunday winter afternoon.
After parking across the field from the cache and walking past some mens and womens soccer matches going on i realised that my GPSr was playing up and not doing the one job it was designed for.
Luckily i still had my phone and was able to get to the GZ easily enough.
I first chose the wrong direction to check but after relocating i spotted it on my second attempt.
Thanks.

Time for another day chasing mint tins with marj01. With a predawn start we headed from the eastern suburbs out west to Penrith. We started caching at Wallacia and made our way north through the suburbs to Jordan Springs. We had lots of finds which included trads, multis and mysteries; also some dnfs that were too well hidden for us to find or weren't there. I lost count on the number of mint tins found but there certainly wasn't an oversupply. Thanks to all the CO's for placing their caches and TFTC
No problems here ... found in the most likely spot for hides in locations loke this. Thanks for the hide Renski and for the tour of the newer part of Glenmore Park that this series is taking me on.
Quick find with Ris768, Thanks Renski00 for placing this cache & the many others in the area

This area has seen a few cachers here today and is a very good hide that had me driving around in circles before walking to GZ.
Well as normal the ageing Bushfire has replaced this guy as if it was one of his.
Good luck to the next seeker.

With most of our Christmas planning completed I’ve plenty of time to grab a few caches. And a few calendar finds today won’t go astray...
Decided to head west to the Glenmore Park area, where with one missing cache restored there are three available for grabbing.
Got all three. HUZZAH!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Last time I was out this way this one was AWOL. And I was oblivious that I’ve been here before for the *Fitness Fanatics* series. It they’re gone and this is back.
Nice quick find, but I noticed that a big web with a nasty looking spider was right near the cache.
So back to *The Hademobile* for the best I had - repellent- and found a long sturdy stick. End result, that spider is still around so be careful. But if it wants to stay it will have to rebuild its web.
Oh, made the grab, signed and replaced.

Having cleared all suburban caches in my home zone it looks like GP is next on the list. Daily trips are just about ok to keep streak going. Got one yesterday and added this one this morning. FTF replacement... it’s something I guess... TFTC
I'm actually after three finds for my calendar today - still on track for ten finds per calendar day by the end of 2019. In other words I only have 7 finds for December 13.
With bad weather predicted for later in the day, and shopping with the geowife around lunchtime, I was out early and headed here.
Got five in the allotted time - probably could have done more but decided on a nice walk rather than driving from cache to cache.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Not logging a DNF as I didn't actually search for it. But the CO says it's not here.
As I was running out of time today I thought I'd check previous logs as I approached, only to see the most recent says it's not there. Unfortunately my app uses the same colour for *Owner Maintenance* as it does for *Found It* on the main cache screen. So my initial look at this indicated all was OK when it was not.
The CO should have used a *Disable* log to let hapless cachers like me know that it's not available. Then use *Owner Maintenance* only when it's been replaced.
Now to race back to the car and off for a final find.

While the CO was finding mine...I was finding his. At the end of Brook's Car Rally, and while waiting for the BBQ to fire up, I took the 215 metre walk over to this one. After the BBQ, I checked on my own Bugs Life for this CO and saw that all was good. Thanx Renski!
We parked on the other side of the oval and got our bikes out to cycle around to do this series of caches. There was even toilets, where we parked, that were unlocked! TFTC
Day in Penrith to find the new caches that have come out. Signed and replaced. Cache all good. Tftc
Doing a warm up caching day, a week before my 9 day caching holiday.
Thought this would be a good one to add to my list of finds.
Thanks for the cache.

#4756- The birds were chirping happily after last night’s storm. A short stroll from a side street across the bridge for an easy find with thomo31. Thanks
