Out today around Harrietville with Alansee, Feathertop, Maccamob, Rabbitto, Pacman, Micaparamedic and McLookers, concentrating mainly on finishing the SNOMO caches before lunch, then F.L.A.K.E., with a few others along the way. Family friends decided to boat down the river for numerous hours. Their starting destination, Bright!As such, I found myself in Bright for a few hours, and since this was the nearest cache how can I resist?A quick walk to GZ after watching everyone float down the river (which was starting to look quite appealing at this point I must admit, it was rather hot). A quick find once reaching GZ of a familiar camouflage, tried my best to stamp the log but it isn't the greatest thing I've ever seen. Thanks for placing this cache Dunmowin!

Heading towards our accommodation in Porepunkah after spending the day in Harrietville, this was a last minute decision to try and pickup this little guy. Surprisingly, it didnt take us long before the cache was in hand.Thank you Dunmowin for a fun cache in a lovely location.
After staying overnight in harrietville it was time to move on. A morning drive to Bright for coffee, this thin cache was very close to the parked car. Tftc
Im taking a trip down to Victoria and couldnt pass up the opportunity to pick up some caches along the way. The original plan was to ride the rail trail from Myrtleford to Bright today but the strong winds and spitting rain made that prospect unappealing. Instead we took a drive into Bright to grab some lunch and have a wander around town.This cache took a bit of time to locate. When i was only about 30m from the GZ the batteries in my gps gave out and my phone gps was having trouble getting below 10m distance. It finally narrowed it down and i was able to make the find soon after. Thanks. #1811

Oh my gosh Im so mad at myself for this one we tried a few days ago and couldnt find it but came back today and the coords were leading us to another spot (weird?) and low and behold
First find in Bright after a couple of DNFs. Visiting the area to take our dogs to play in the snow.
Spent a fair chunk of time here looking in the wrong place. Once we realised where to look and put our geocaching brains on, we quickly had it in hand. Great cache! Loved the challenge of thinking outside the box. TFTC.

Visiting Bright for the day and really enjoyed this location. The splash park would be ideal when its running. We had the bonus of a market taking place. Kids loved the playground, then we traveled down the road a bit and fed some deer, emus, ostriches, llamas and goats before heading off again. A quick check of the app revealed a pleasant surprise of a Geocache within 20 meters of where I was standing. Nice easy find, log signed and some photos taken of 2 visiting TBs. Nice hide. TFTC!
First full day at Bright, and we're following an AdLab trail around town, getting good coffee, and finding this cache which stood in our way. Thanks for a good and convenient hide. All okay at GZ. Take a Favourite.
Found with the eyes first, then the fingers. I generally don't wander over to this side of town too much, there's always families everywhere and it's hectic, except for some reason they've turned the splash park off early so there wasn't the crush that school holidays bring. Even the slide nearby was closed. Curious.It left ground zero an empty place to have a good search poke and prod.I have this hide myself, so found quickly.I was pleasantly surprised to see a cache owner that I've found hides from in Queensland before. Thanks dunmowin for highlighting the splash park and this entertaining area with a geocache!
Couple of Finnish vanlifers traveling around this beautiful Australia with Matilda the campervan. Stopping here and there to enjoy life without any plans.After getting everything set up and visiting some friends, Mntti1 and I began our travels few months ago. After visiting Melbourne and Great Ocean road we came to Myrtleford to work for hop harvest season. Today wr visitrd this lovely little town and after some search found this cache also. Thanks for the cache!
Oh dammit, we looked so hard for so long, here, just could not find this cache. And we see that some logs say that they found it easily!Well if we ever come back to visit Bright again, which Im sure we will, we will just have to have another good look.

We'd previously had no luck on this one ... but returning a year later with a lot more experience we found quick enough. Now off to the carols in the park.

When booking for our holiday in Bright, my wife asked "Seeing it is inland, and it is October, might it be too hot?"LOL, after finding this cache we scurried back to our house to light a fire:)
The Splash Park is in full swing today and this sunny spring day. Just checking all is well with this one for the CO. Now to continue on our maintenance run to Harrietville.
A lovely day in bright today, came and saw my dads house he grew up in and overall just enjoyed the countryside. A Very interesting cache that had me stumped for a good 15 minutes, fortunately my geocachse experience helped me through, very creative and the best use of this container I've seen! TFTC 
This was insanely sneaky, I didn't find this one, but my partner did. Deserves my heart forcsure just for such a clever cache. Went for a walk along the riverside and had so much fun today.

The sound of rushing water reached our ears before we even caught sight of it. The river flowed with an energy that seemed impervious to the cold. A quick find here after a short search! A trip to Bright for some secret caching business and an opportunity to replace the missing log sheet for the CO of this one. All good now for the next visitors to sign. Our sunny day seems to have disappeared under the clouds. ??
