Sydney to Alice Springs Road Trip.
Day One - Get to Sydney!
This (Inner West) will be the last LGA to fall today - I’ve had a look at Hunters Hill and Waverley and without a car, they’re not as easy as I hoped. Still a quick find here, conveniently located for a train commuter like me.
Tanks crazywombat!

Found It!
A quick find here which was good since there's a lot of people wandering around here! The log book is rather full.

great spot. had a little chat with the locals and waited until time was right. beware the vet as they get busy. cheers eddie.
A quick find for me here today. Passing by on a short visit to Sydney. Thanks for hiding this cache Thecrazywombat
I tried this spot once before, and spent way too long and touched everything and dint find it.
Now I found it almost immediately, this truly works in mysterious ways I guess now I am in general more experienced

found, but was unable to write on the log as the paper is pretty bad and the pen wouldn’t show up properly. very busy geocache location, lots of VERY suspicious onlookers logbook is pretty full
Busy intersection required some stealthy to-ing & fro-ing but clue and a TOTT helped with a quick find and return. Log sheet full.
5th find of the day locally caching with Aussiewolves on a beautiful Sunday in Sydney. TFTC
#2381 Final of five finds with Rieka on a very warm Sunday morning. Found after a short search. Had difficulty writing on the logsheet because of the grease. Tried to scribe our names across positions 24 and 25 of the logsheet with limited success. TFTC
I’ve had trouble in the past with these kind one hides, lots of different options for a nano to be concealed...
But this evening was blissfully untroubled, literally the first place I stuck my hand, and I had the CIH.

Took me and DanubeCruise three tries to find this one! Very well hidden and very, very micro - TFTC!
After getting tricked by a decoy at another cache, decided to go for this one close to home to continue the streak. GZ took us to the wrong side of the road but got it after a bit of feeling around. TFTC!
A quick and easy find, early in the morning, when there was nobody about. Sadly all the cafes are in the other side of the station so I could not even reward myself with a large flat white.
Cache and log in good condition.

An early morning attack on this cache resulted in no one being around. The cache was easily found on the opposite side of the road. Bloody nanos
With a few days of not much going on in Adelaide, I was deciding what to do for the next few days. For some reason Sydney seemed like a good choice and within 6hours I was off and away. With a last minute decision came a last minute plan of what I was going to go and find and as usual it changed but still got most of what I came for. A few DT fill-ins for my next loop, high favourites and JASMAR caches I was yet to find including the oldest in Aus: Lane Cove. Day 1: I arrived in Sydney late in the evening and had booked to stay at the rocks, I got off the train at an early stop and collected a few caches in the city along my path and a few lab caches. Day 2 I was up nice and early and went for nice run along the foreshore collecting some cache from the opera house to Walsh bay, I then headed over to manly and a nice walk around the area before picking up the free hirer car collecting a few caches on my way to lane cove. I later headed north to central coast to 2 Multis I was keen to tick off before arriving back in the city suburbs for the evening. I continued driving around the suburbs collecting LGAs and that continued on for day 3 before going to Bondi for some nice walks along the rock faces and the beach. As I had to drop the car back at lunch time I headed back into the city for the afternoon to collect the rest of the caches I had missed that were possible in the time I had left.
A total of 86 finds and 37 adventure labs for the trip.
Thanks for the cache

Nope, only spent 5mins looking as lying on the ground looking under planter boxes probably looked a little weird at a busy intersection...
Wow, three of us hunted for 15 minutes before we found it in a place we'd already checked. Great hiding place!
Gotcha! This little sucker almost had me beat. The logs helped as the GPS sent me a little off course. But I managed to get CIH. Signed log and headed off towards home to cook dinner for the family. TFTC!
We walked straight past this one on the way to friend's place. Luckily it wasn't busy on the way back. Nice and easy find. I like mailboxes too TFTC.
Out and about today in the Inner West before the next shutdown. This was one of three today. Previously I did not find this cache, but today found it fairly quickly.
The thought did occur to me that the dogs from the nearby shop might have "watered" the cache......

After being put off by how busy this intersection is a few times, I decided to do a night time search. Perfect as no one was around and I found it straight away.
Log was full so I replaced it.

And finally, the first cache back after lockdown. Lucky I brought aubeasty along as he has more persistence and often a keener eye than I do. Had to dodge the muggles sitting outside the chemist as they weren’t allowed to wait inside, but it didn’t take too long. Log is full and needs replacing (we made a mark).
Came to check on this one thinking I could find it before the train arrives. Had to leave as a DNF as not to miss the train... but as I wasn’t fast enough, i had an extra 15 mins to come back an rechecked... this time was found in 1 min!!
Now waiting for the next train

Very good hide! Had to read through the logs to find but out super spotter Geo kid found it.
Happy 02022020 Palindrome Day!
Logging this today to mark this special day, and to receive the special Palindrome Day Souvenir.
Read through the steps which needed to be done in order to fin the cache, which helped. As others have said, the cache contents need some TLC. TFTC

Very tricky and too many people around even though it was a Sunday afternoon will try again anytime
Found with [@coybear2000](http://coord.info/PR9547H). We were driving close by and decided to make a short detour and try for this one. We parked nearby and walked to GZ and started searching. C read out the description and we changed tactic and had CIH. The log is full, we found a spot above some other logs where we were able to fit in our sigs. Replaced all and we headed back to the car. TFTC.

It helps to be at the correct mailbox! Tiny little sucker was eventually found.
Got to be the smallest cache I've come across! Nice post box. A muggle walked by and told me there's one across the street that's in use.. TFTC
Once I found the right letter box it was a pretty simple process.
Log needs replacing, no room left.

No luck so many muggles but did a thorough search of all magnetic surfaces to no avail!
Very small and well disguised! Maybe needs a new roll of paper as it's pretty full. TFTC
On the way to a friend's place at summer Hill, we got off the train from central and made the find. We've not been to this side of the tracks and appreciated the chance to do so. That's a pretty cool letter box.
Meeting friends for dinner in the area. Having arrived by train, jomingara suggested we make a quick stop to find this one. Thanks to the hint, we made a quick find. TFTC
Nice! I looked for a while and couldn’t figure it out. I was just about to leave, did a quick last check and there it was. Much smaller than I thought. Maybe ‘nano’ should be a size category. Great cache. Thanks!
Down to Sydney overnight for the Tattoo (excellent) - and nipped out this morning for a little walk around the suburbs. This was my last find on the loop back to our motel. Quickly found as per the description.
Thanks Thecrazywombat for entertaining me at this location.

It was just a matter of feeling around until my fingers found the familiar thing. TFTC
Had to take a step back like said said on a previous log before finding this cache.

Third find for today. After re reading the first line of the discription we were onto it. Great challenge for the juniors.
Some clear instructions on how to find this one, didn't take long to grab and sign TFTC
