###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by ssclan and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Couldn’t find, looked in about a 10m radius. Stirred the ants nest then racked off
Spent about 15 minutes searching until I read through the activity and saw it'd been moved. Thank god I checked! Great find, tyfc
Got to gz, started searching at the base of the tree as per the hint, and was suddenly bitten on both hands by God knows what. Fingers starting to swell up... that's my cue to get the F out of here. Sorry Lake Adams , I'll have to complete you another day
My jaunt today took me to the northern suburbs - or northern outskirts of Perth.
Found a variety of hides on my journey.
Thanks to the CO's for placing and maintaining the caches.

Cache has been replaced. All good to go.
I've moved it to the other side of the track away from the massive ants nest.

Almost gave up on this one but found after reading log from Purple Pirate. Thanks ssclan
Guessed wrong but it wasn’t too far away, even though it’s not raining we’re getting quite wet. Signed the log
Out caching on a glorious afternoon. Stopped to completed this series. I part walk and part ran so completed the series very quickly. Thanks for the hides.
Thank you! I headed out on the public holiday morning to find this series, which I had been meaning to do for ages. Happy to make the find and get the clue.

Another fine day in the West and today megawat60 and I are tackling this walk around Lake Adams. Had better luck here as he made the find. TFTC!
A short walk around (and in) the "lake" on a relatively hot April day. Quick finds apart from #3 which we could not locate. The excitement came after when we decided to look in on the mud pits cache and got bogged, but that's another story! Thanks for a great series, ssclan!
Came here today with the geohound for a nice Sunday walk around the ‘lake’ and pick up the caches on the way. First time here, nice place Followed the established paths and had no problems at all. All caches found quite quickly and all containers / logs in good condition. Handy parking off Neaves Road, no-one else here and a nice circular route back to the car. What's not to like about this series! TFTC
Headed north of the river with mommy Ooh Yeh, Barnzy12 and cravo10 to turn some more of those green dots into smileys..
The main caches were the lake Adams series and a couple more after that we had time to grab. All caches were found and a big thanks to all the CO,S for placing these caches for us and others to find!
This is find #1864 for us!

Out today with Cravo10, OOH YEH and RLAU.
Headed North of the River to attempt the Lake Adams series. Found all containers thanks to good co ordinates and good hints. Calculated the final and made another good find there.
We then headed off to find the Lemon Tree multi which has been on both of or radars for some time and pieced it back together, with one of the vital clues found not in its rightful place. But all is ok now.
Finished the day with getting our toes wet to find cockleshell heroes, one that has been on my personal caching radar for some time, luckily it was low tide and I didn’t have to get too wet to make the find.
Thanks to the local COs for a great days caching.

After a very quiet February cache wise I thought a new month was a good time to get out and find some new hides.
Nice series and great spot for a walk around the 'lake'. No troubles finding all caches. Final calced and easily found on the way out. TFTC

Tackled this mini series before it got warm. Managed to complete it in an hour. All the caches were easy finds thanks to generous placement. Fav for the series left on the final. TFTH
With a bit of spare time this afternoon, I went for a walk around the lake to tackle this new series - so new that the mint tins still smell of mint! Collected the clues along the way and dropped a couple of pathtags in the larger containers. Thank you for the cache and for the series ssclan, a great way to discover this area.
We ventured a little further north today with this series on our radar, we parked up and made our way around the lake collecting the clues as we went, all caches were nice quick finds, a great little series TFTC ssclan
Found it. TFTC ssclan. It was late yesterday afternoon I decided to go for my walk at Lake Adams rather than the beach, just to clear this area of green dots and make them smileys. So, where’s Wally ? It surprised me to see clean logs. The duo must be slipping. Really nice walk through this area. Great mini series.
