I spotted this nice little bunch of caches, which seemed like a good way to finish the day, before heading back to Hamilton, not realizing matagouri had already done them (he didn't cotton on until we got here either). So we walked around finding them for me only. This is a lovely little patch of bush. Thanks for putting this cache here
**21,073**A very quiet spot first thing in the morning and it seems like this is a great time to locate this cache. Mr Geckoh was on to it very quickly and another one of Piggy's masterpieces has been conquered. No time to waste though as we have an appointment this morning and more caches to find before then. TFTC
Out and about today, grabbing a few caches in between showers, and keeping close to the car, just in case a down pour happened. We were driving past this interesting piece of bush and decided to stop, have a look, and of course grab some caches. My GPS had me bouncing a round a little bit, and I had searched near the right area, but wandered off again. At this point I heard the found it from Glen, who had managed to get the cache in hand. Interesting one. Thanks for the cache. #1710
Starting to rain while we walked to this one, but we soldiered on so we could make a clean sweep. Quick grab then scurry off to the car. Thanks for a fun time
( ͠❛ ͜ʖ ͡❛) Came from the wild west to explore the not so wild south, have e-bike and I'm armed and ready and not really dangerous! I am however, flamin' wet and getting a fair bit cold I have to say, but I'm continuing on now it's stopped raining for 5mins.
( ͠❛ ͜ʖ ͡❛) Rode thru the wet grass on the bike, I'll be buggered if I'm getting wet feet, I'm pretty wet as it is, That would be adding an injury to another injury. Initially started to look the wrong place until I spotted the unhinging in another spot, Piggy revealed herself.... oh yea.... Piggy is a her btw, Miss Piggy, kermit's old flame, but no sign of the green frog today. Thanks for hides today G, a FP on this one from moi and the last cache too.

There were a couple asleep under the big tree just over there. But they stayed asleep while I made the find.
Having dropped laval off for some competition practice locally I had a couple of hours to fill....well there are some green dots in the area so lets tidy those up. Mrs NZT joined me as there were a few green dots on their map too.
Headed to where coordinates were pointing but couldn't spot anything. Had various theories about what the cache might be but prodding, poking and searching turned up nothing. I expanded the search area and still nothing. Expanded in the other direction and aha I know what that is.....Piggy is definitely unhinged!
Thanks for the cache - a fav point for the camo - I enjoy these!

Heading up to Auckland airport and had spare time to collect some caches. Parked here for lunch and it seemed rude not to look for the nearby hides. GPS got us close then the hint helped make the find. Cache and log all fine. Thanks G_2 for the smiley.
Found with TharntheHalken on Day 3 of Mega caching in Auckland. A wet morning in Kirk's Bush. All good in cache, tftc!
Arrived at GZ wasn't long before we were signing the log thank you for the cache. We came u from Nelson to the Mega. We had a great day for geocaching. Thank you
Out for some cachs before heading home from MEGA 2020.
Found it with no problem

After the 2020 MEGA I thought a bit of local caching was in order. Started with the latest released caches and then expanded the area.
Nice easy find great camo.

With pencils up my nose and a knotted handkerchief atop my head, wibble wibble, Blackadder would be proud. Nice camo here, WD40 my favourite band, after UB40 of course.
On for a nice loop walk around kirk's bush (don't tell you know who Su) and with the day starting to warm a nice early stroll was just the thing. Also nice to gobble up another half dozen G caches in this area.
It's the day of the MEGA, finally after the stop starts that the pesky virus has put upon us, though maintaining good health so far is also important. I have quite a busy day planned for the day, though not really that much caching as I am helping out for a couple of hours later in the hall with the supporters packs and scan checks. I managed to get a few though, and some good ones amongst them too. Thanks to all the COs and the organisers of the event for providing pleasure and enjoyment for me and others.

Last one on our list today, felt a little weird getting right up next to the neighbours house but we found it fast and stopped to nosy at the nearby walnut tree that was dropping all the nuts! Tftc!
Quick find, decided to drive to this one after the kirks bush walk. Nice quick find TFTC
Daddypig123's GPS took him to a tree which even he couldn't imagine being a shrub. Whilst I was debating with GeohoundandI just how far out my phone and GZ were, Daddypig's Assistant found the cache. As we signed the log I spotted the mothplant vines which I obviously needed to pull up, so now I have sap down my new merino top and the geohound has white sap all over his head.
Found on a little caching tour to finally finish the Solar System Wonder challenge. It took me long enough... In fact it took me so long, that the next challenge "Reach the peak" has already started...
Nice and easy find, all in good shape. Thanks for hiding and maintaining.

Thr coordinates wasn't spot on the cache but I wouldn't call where it was a "bush". Thanks for the cache
Tought I knew where to look on approach to GZ, then my device showed I wasn't close yet so re thought that, saw a spot that might be the hiding place but read the hint and went to the wrong spot, only to find the cache in that likely hiding place! Hoping I didn't arouse the suspicions of some people exercising their dogs on the other side of the field. Thanks for the hide G-2!
took way longer than expected, lots of dog paid a visit but kept on going
Visited this park this morning and the nearby bush.Made this one the first find of the day.Nice and quite here.A quick find for us.
Second one here today. Could not get this one previously as there were to many puggle owners here throwing there balls around. Nice and quiet here today
Sorry for the delay in logging, not sure why we missed logging this cache - we were just looking at local caches and saw this one around the corner from home and didn't think there were any unfound here. We did find the cache and sign the log on 21 January on a walk around the block. A nice quick find here in a very quiet park at this time of the evening.
Last one before our drive back. Enjoyed the area and the easy caches. Thanks for the smilies. Tftc
The bushes mentioned in the hint are no longer here and co-ords were 8m out today (overcast) but didn’t stump Tui! All good, signed and replaced. All in all a pleasant walk and three more smiley faces. TFTC
Nice to find an empty park this time and not two teams warming up in full view of GZ.

Short trip away with woolwood9.
Nice find for us today.
*Thanks for giving us a reason to visit!*
Signed log: **tm/ww NZ** (may be a black smudge on plastic logs)
Woops didn't read listing - it was about 4 hours after dark when we got here but found it ok.

#7661. The family decided today they would go to a movie. I was more interested in doing some geocaching and decided that the old geocache in the Hunua Ranges would be my target cache as well as a few challenge caches near Papakura. So headed off down the motorway to south end of the city. Carried on through the bush from the previous cache and out into the park. It seemed OK today with just a few people walking their dog. Wandered over to GZ and found the cache in the first place checked. So yes it is still present. Guess it helps to have done a lot of G-2 caches (although sometimes that is not enough to avoid a DNF). Signed the logbook. Replaced everything as found. Thanks G-2 for setting up yet another of your cleverly constructed caches. Live long and prosper! Favourite for this one.
Attribute not correct - signs say no dogs in Southern Park, so had to skip this one.
Decided on a quick stop here after an early morning drop off for E1R-0T to college, spotted the gates open, so parked up for a short walk to GZ...... glanced around to make sure the coast was clear..... made the find, signed in and returned the cache.....

Today was another attempt to collect all the caches in the Papakura area. Know we will have to come back yet again. Got beaten by the tide for 3 of the caches in area. SLTFTC
With Gap (of Fap and Gap), ABCDF4, and eyespyben... We were keen to investigate the nighttime event in Totara Park. In the meantime, we needed a few distractions to amuse ourselves. Finding some caches should do the trick...
We wondered if the track closures included this side of the bush. Fortunately, the area was open for business. We were well pleased the nearby dog was restrained. Piggy was quite cooperative today... Thanks G-2 and TFTC.

GPS started playing up near GZ and the item mentioned in hint appears to have been sprayed out. Widened my search area and soon found the cache.TFTC
Caching around Papkura this afternoon to boost our finds on this calendar date. We found our way to GZ, scouted around for a likely hiding spot, and could soon confirm that Piggy was indeed unhinged. Thanks.
Out and about this Queens Birthday afternoon for walk in the sunshine and find a couple of local caches with the family. Parked nearby and headed for this one first across the field with tigermøth strapped to my front in the baby carrier. A nice quick find here for nephew 6 and he was amazed by the clever camo. Its been a long while since the last find. All good here, TFTC!
Today i found this one with my family. My cousin found this cache and i signed the log with my daddy.
Not much planned this weekend so we decided to go to Pukekohe
We Detour a bit on the way Home
Nice easy find

Find number 5600. Parked up to do a walk around the bush to grab the newish caches. Arrived at GZ and after a brief look and then a feel I had the cache in hand. Signed and returned. Thank you for the placement.
Well a week ago I hadn't been planning this little excursion back up to Auckland but as I had time on my side, and not too many caches to locate and with Mrs Dragon with other plans it was an early start to collect what I had not collected the previous weekend.
So loaded up the bike and set off at 5am for the first couple of caches in the dark just before dawn then the rest of the day avoiding the rain.
Am starting to like the new bike especally now I have both a bag for the crossbar and a GPS mount on the handlebars. A long time ago I thought that I had cleared this area out, but as always with this CO that is not the case, so back this morning to collect a few more hopefully before the rain arrives. Had the parking area at the sports club all to myself and only a few dog walkers off in the distance whom were busy minding their charges. Signed and returned to site.
Thanks for the placement.

Time for another wander round while my wife stays with some friends. I was a little lonely today but still managed a good haul which included this little cache. Found quickly thanks to a good hint, accurate coords and a straight forward placement. Cheers & TFTC
Needed to fill a dot day so took the dog for a walk to kirks with the hope to find at least 1. First was a flop , description stealth needed. Get to GZ to find the house right next to cache was having some form of large samoan gathering. Could even see the cache as i walked by. 2nd cache in middle kirks bush had eluded me before and again strike 2. So had to head to third option to easily find the goods. Dot day no longer, preparing for big weekend with birthday and St Patricks day.
Had small plan for today to celebrate my milestone (4000th). Needed few handy caches to get there. It was one of them .... Nice walk to cache location. Empty area around helps. All good at GZ. Thanks.
Nice easy cache! Dashbob family grabbed this one at the end of a nice tramp through kirks.
I had time today to go and find a few caches before I had to head to the airport and home. I got up early and was on the road by 6.30. This was the first cache I came to. Nice and early so I had this part of the park to myself. Cache found in the first place I checked. TFTC, Biggles.
Nice easy find thanks Piggy and Glyn.
Very hot and sunny today...
No randoms around here today...
Only one guy face down on grass having a snooze....hope he didn't notice me.
Interesting camo thanks!

We had no problems finding the unhinged piggy today. While Merlot completed the formalities, we checked out the nearby walnut trees.
I made a quick find of the cache and while I signed the log Mrs Jag checked to see if any of the nearby fallen walnuts were ripe, unfortunately they weren't!
We were pleased to find that the park was empty except for a muggle walking his dog in the distance so we were able to make a quick find and confirm that Piggy is indeed unhinged.
There were muggles on the other side of the fence so we made ourselves scarce quickly in case they spotted us.
Now back into the bush to find another. Thanks G-2.

I wasn't bothered missing the FTF. Instead I saved this one for a night find to qualify for one of the GIO challenges.
I'm glad this one was all right to find at night and by myself. I'm sure I didn't disturb the neighbors. TFTC.

Piggy wasnt elusive for me today. Managed to get a nice quick find. Lucky the park was empty except for a couple of dog walkers who paid no attention to me. TFTC
