Weekend trip to Rylstone July 2021. I had decided to head out west to spend some time getting caches I was not able to on my last visit.
Today's journey took me from my camp to Bathurst and Mudgee, via Sunny Corner and Rylstone. I had a good look around, and did see scraps of paper that could be left over from a previous cache, but I did not find a container today.
Thanks.

As I approached gz, noted there were lots of little wet pieces of paper around. Found baggie with remainder of log about 2m away in the open appearing as though something had chewed it. Salvaged log, put in new bag and went to place it where i thought it should go only to find the “official geocache” as it should be!
Found with caching mate Numchuck 2 who got his hands on it quickly. Lovely area to visit TFTC
Visiting Mudgee for a few days. With a geofriend now who I am walking with. He knows nothing about cacheing so when we did not find "Jack" he was probably thinking I was a fool. But when we came to this one he was the one who found it first. TFTC c and s0291
Out and about doing a few local caches while we are in Mudgee ... a straightforward find here but the log was a sodden mess so I put a new logsheet in the cache. I left the old sodden ones in the baggy that was there and put them into the cache's hidey hole separately for the CO to pick up.
Thanks for the smiley Chirpy & Squirrels.

Quick find. Log saturated and unfortunately we weren't carrying spare paper today. Signed as best we can. Looks like mice may have had a go also. TFTC
The cache has been water damaged and needs to be replaced, would recommend using a water tight container.
Also with the mice plague they look to have eaten a bit of the zip lock bag

We and a shower arrived at the same time. Had a good look around admiring the structure before finding the prize. TFTC
Quick cache before a late brekky this morning. What a magnificent tree. Cache OK
In Mudgee for a wedding, I went morning caching with jesse.perry.
We enjoyed a brief walk in the lovely park, before beholding the behemoth and discovering its prize.

It's a beautiful day to have a stroll in the park and we haven't looked at geocaches for years so we thought we have a look at the map and bang we found one! Thanks
Tftc, had lunch here. Park is very popular on a Sunday. Managed to admire the tree and find the cache
Found this one, wow these trees are amazing! A guy walking his extremely fluffy dog asked me if I was looking for seeds at GZ... no I’m geocaching I said.... cue strange look as he walked away. Was stealthy in my retrieval and replacement TFTC
Thanks for this geocache. Found a trackable and taking it on a journey. It was rainy but paper isnt too wet. But a fun quick geocache after a trip in mudgee
The big old fellow standing above this cache was a magnificent example of its manhood. If only all towns had such prestigious senior citizens. Dropped off tb and tftc.

I visited this spot the day before but a large group of muggle kids was hanging out at the nearby gym equipment. So I decided to give it a pass.
This morning, after doing some laps in the pool I gave it a second try. No muggles and poking a stick quickly revealed the cache.

I’ve been travelling to Mudgee for years to visit family but never to this park. So with time to kill while the working dog is getting mended at the vet, I took time to do this cache. Nice easy find with the hint. Did the legals and replaced as found. TFTCM

A big move today from Gulgong to Mudgee. Doing the caches around town before tackling the TRLT tomorrow. All caches in good order.

I love the beautiful parks in Mudgee and they are surprisingly green for this time of year.
