Out caching around Mildura with friends. Logged as EGS. We loved the caches we found and the backroads we travelled along the way. TFTC

Our last day in the area before we head home tomorrow. A beautiful day to find some more caches here. Found with Earthlight and Shandyk, and signed the log EGS. TFTC.

Taking a few days off work so I can get away to Mildura for a long weekend. My first time in Mildura so lots of geocaches to tackle to keep me entertained. Perfect conditions to be outside and geocaching. It took an embarrassingly long time to find the cache at GZ but I eventually found it. I put it down to exhaustion after long 4 days full time geocaching. Thank you 4Moule, for placing Cars for the geocaching community.# # SmileSmile #15815 SmileSmile # #

Caching in Mildura for the week with Bogonghazy, sorceysal and Geo dog. Nice quick find. Thanks for placing the geocache

Up to Mildura for a week with Littleboss2, Sorceysal and Geo the puppy. We'd solved a few puzzles between us, (Ss about 97% of them) and this was the week to grab as many as we could, as well as the multiple labs, multis and trads, and really enjoy this stunning area. After a wild night, we really felt the heat and humidity that happens post rain, but it's all a part of what Australia's diverse zones bring on board. Plenty of sharp bindis added to the fun. Is that what gaiters are for? Our thanks to TheMoules for another quality and cute cache hide here

A week of caching and golf with bogonghazy and Littleboss 2 in and around Mildura and of course any smileys we can pick up on the way.Solved this interesting puzzle last night and turned it into a smiley today with a bit of a bush bash.

What a great hide. Second multi for the day completed.

Always good to find the final of a solved puzzle, and a well-themed container.Picked up Scooby Do and Aussie Flag Travel Bugs. Our first full day in Mildura and after a quite cool night some beautiful Autumn weather has been really turned on. Blue skies and warm sunshine. We are staying a bit out of town but with quite a number of well-favourited caches nearby in the bushland and a variety of types we thought we would head out amongst them and try our luck. They were located along a range of bush tracks amongst the scrub so while dusty, fun to drive. Sadly no emus of kangaroos were spotted today to add to the fun.It truly was a great day caching with a fun range of gadget caches added into the mix. We awarded quite a few favourites to celebrate them, especially as we managed to solve them all.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache TheMoules.**SKI Pair****

No joy for me today. My coords have been checked and there was a suitable hole at GZ.

Found by Mary and David at 10:20. For a big milestone like this one, we try to pick a non-Trad. We needed a Mystery find today for a Challenge, and arranged for this to be our milestone too - D solved it last night. So glad that 4Moule has morphed into TheMoules with the addition of number 3. Sorry that we had no time to catch up or call in today. Dropped off "Scappy Doo and Zombie Clause" and "Jesss first mothers day travel bug" for you to collect and place around Mildura if you wish. Cache all snag and dry, although one of the clips is getting a bit brittle. See you next time we are here. Definitely gets a FP. Great design too. Our thanks to TheMoules.

Finding this one involved tramping through some scrub and battling the pesky little flies. The puzzle had been solved a while back but today we were close enough to conduct the search. TFTC

Well my trip up to QOGM started a couple of weeks ago and I took the very indirect route up to outback QLD to get there. So after cruising up the Hume to Sydney then the M1 and A1 up to Byron Bay with a few other roads in between as I have been cris crossing a bit so after heading west and making it to Longreach time for a break from the travelling. So after a couple big days out to Stonehenge, Isisford and Ilfracombe, The Tritonz and Roaming Howie finally joined me and we did the puzzle trail. Then a fun first muster day to Muttaburra and back then a great tea event and a few more caches.A trip to Stonehenge and back again for them. The second muster day and boy what a busy day as there was a lot going on in the car with everything we had to do.Collect trads, look at photos, find some forks and then some property numbers as well. The Mexicans as we were called teamed up with a couple of other cars The Morris and Pool Pool to have a lot of fun over the radio.Well all the caches have been found and after another great dinner event QOGM has officially finished. This was my first QOGM and I had a great time, but all good things must come to end and today I must start heading towards home but Im also taking the very long way around back to Victoria. So this was state # 4 for me on this trip.Roaming Howie is joined me on part of the Strzelecki track and left me at Camerons Corner.I continued on down the track and and eventually reached the black stuff again and stayed at Copley then Wentworth. The question for the day is will I reach Melbourne or make my holiday last one more night. So after finding a few more of the great gadget series and others around the back blocks the decision was made that I wont be home tonight.Back to the dirt tracks and this one took a bit to navigate to but I got there in the end.Another one I have solved for a while waiting for a chance to get back up here. Thanks 4Moule TFTC.

Found while on a fabulous weekend away to Mildura to complete the Paddlesteamer & Turtle geoarts, and various trads, multis + gadget caches. The Canberra crew included Nibletricecakes, joolay, kittykatch, youban, dty73, tankengine, barb2e, Klsarc & albida33. We signed as Mildura May Adventures 23 (MMA23). Unless otherwise mentioned, all caches were quickly found. TFTC.

Today was our second day adventuring together in the district. Out to tackle the Paddlesteamer and as many other amazing caches as we can with a lovely bunch of Canberra friends! Always fantastic to be able to get away for a long weekend of caching together. Loved the red dust and the crazy caching trails. Thanks for all the hard work from COs make and maintain these caches. Called our trip the Mildura May Adventure so signed as MMA or MMA23 today. Great to be caching with you KLSARC, GLISS! Albida33, Kittykatch, Barb2e, Joolay, Tankengine, DTY73 and youban. Thanks for a great weekend everyone. Thanks for the cache.

Southern Autumn adventure Day 54. Mildura Paddle Steamer Trip Day 3. After a huge day, the MAA team (Mildura Autumn Attack and we consisted of Nibletricecakes, Gliss!, Joolay, Kitty Katch, Barb2e, Tankengine, dty73, Youban and Albida33) headed back to the Paddle Steamer to finish the last bit. It did not take too long, and the whole series has been a joy of accurate and present caches. The next goal was the various Gadget caches rear Red Cliffs and then by the Gliding field. The day was completed with an all out effort to get to all the Turtle caches. Plenty of drive bys, but a few fun walks on muddy flats. This was another great series. A few of us gathered for take away dinner and retired for what rest could be achieved before tomorrows activities.

The various themed and gadget style caches we did today were all great and enjoyable after the series caching we have mostly done.

Thanks for the cache TheMoules

Tankengine, Youban and I came to Mildura for the weekend for a bit of caching with a bunch of other Canberrans (signed caches we did together as - MMA. Which I think stood for Mildura May Adventurers. It’s so hard coming up with group names).

We had an awesome time and ate at some really nice places, met a whole bunch of lovely people and found some great caches. Thanks to all the COs for their placements and my caching friends for their help and great company.

This cache: A well themed cache through and through - LOL! Was able to solve in the car on the way to Mildura earlier so it was nice to find now. Tftc!!!

Another cache find on our 2022 South Australian Adventure, yes I know we have wandered over the border. Never mind, it is a wonderful day and we have joined forces with FelixII so we are off to see what we can find. Thanks to all the COs for taking us on this geo-guided tour.

fitzy_1965 and I decided to head away for an extra long weekend so that we could attend the Tri-State Community Celebration Events along with the other events that have popped up.

A fantastic time was had and a nice number of caches found. Thanks to all the CO's for holding the events and/or placing the caches.

We spent the night at the Euston Club Hotel: an amazing room for only $90 and thanks to Service NSW for pitching in the other $50. Up early to make the trek back to Mildura for breakfast at a local cafe. A tad noisy but not complaining about the company! Whilst at breakfast we made plans to Yushaun & Laighside Legends to do the Lock Island wherigo and a couple more along the way then the new virtual before heading back to NSW for the morning CITO. Next was a couple of multis before tackling more of the Turtle series. Looking for something to do before heading to the last event for the weekend, we stumbled this fantastic area dotted with 4Moule/TheMoules gadget caches. Just fantastic!

It was wonderful to see cachers we hadn't seen for a while and to meet several new ones. There ended up being cachers from SA, Vic, NSW, Tas & QLD! Amazing!

28,495. Found with minniek while visiting the region for the Tri-State Community Events/International Geocaching Day weekend.

When minniek and I heard about the huge 8 event weekend (4 Community Celebration Events, 3 'normal' events and 1 CITO) to be held in Berri/Wentworth/Mildura/Euston celebrating International Geocaching Day, we knew that we wanted to be there. After two very busy days, we enjoyed the hour sitting enjoying a coffee and a nice breakfast to get the energy for the day ahead. We then headed out for more caches. This was the next one. We started to head down to the Camping CCE location when we discovered this group of amazing caches. Each and every one a great cache. Quick find at GZ. Stamped the log, replaced the cache as found, then continued on to the next one.

Thanks TheMoules !!

Headed off with Purrfect Di [:X] , and met up with the Froghoppin duo [^] [^] and a whole bunch of other crazy cachers around the place too. Saw some sights, cached three states, and ate a whole lot of pub and cafe meals! Found far fewer mint tins than usual - gold star to Vic and NSW for that one!!! Wink

Happy Geocaching Day weekend! Big Grin

A neat little puzzle that navigated us to this spot! Without performing a U turn. Wink

Much thanks to TheMoules for locating and maintaining this cache on our Mildura geo-map Cool

Wandering the countryside - searching, spotting strange items and signing cache logs using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just a guyess or plain old dumb luck WinkCoolBig Grin
Heaps of that luck stuff actually !!!

*All the online logs are composed and published with GSAK of course.*

Caution! Caching is a very hazardous activity!
Look out for sand, mud, snakes, surprise cliffs, roos, wombats, things falling from trees, bulldust, and floods, and try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall off your ladder...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- and do watch out for germs and bugs !!! . [xx(]

Make Travel Bugs the Only bugs you share and pass on Wink
Keep a safe distance - cache the countryside Big Grin

Truly fantastic of all those placing quality caches out and about around the country areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting Cool

Appreciate you reading all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, apparently! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Wink Maybe if I worked out where I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and we can put an end to these long logs !!!

Spending a few days in Mildura, joined by the rest of the Goldy clan for a family getaway.

We've been coming here since our first visit in 2008, it's a Goldy family favourite so I'm excited for the opportunity to find a few geocaches here and in some of the surrounding towns.

I'm also looking forward to experiencing some different hides in another state, as all my finds so far have been in South Australia.

I won't be able to get to all the caches due to having other plans with family, family always comes first.

So a high majority of caches on the "to be found" list are ones where I can learn local history and ones that are relatively quick and easy.

I've been primarily eyeing off the turtle series geoart and adventure labs.

I solved this puzzle back in February in preparation for this trip.

I had never seen one like this though so it took a while to crack.

Could only take the car so far on this one as the road was not drivable in my transport, so I walked the rest on foot.

Cache was a quick find at GZ.

I loved the container, so I'm dropping a favourite point for the effort.

Put my signature in the log book and returned the cache to its hiding spot.

Signed as "P.Goldy"

Thanks to TheMoules for this cache.

Day 24 of our southern trip. Second day of the PS Series and commencing the Turtles. We are Team 4 4 QLD - RoddyC, hatzofff, Snickersallan and Grannysmith1947.

Having completed the PS Series, it was back to Base Camp in Red Cliffs for some "refreshment" before hitting up the Turtles.,

But first, a fun little puzzle we solved, and a cute cache to go with it. Have a Favourite point, Mr CO!

Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC, TheMoules

YAPIDKA - no chance of muggles causing grief today. Looks like a perfect spot to hide all sorts of goodies or even unsavoury thingos whatever that might be. Headed out on the MTB despite the rising temp gauge and in psychological need of a destination AND the lure of a few large caches for a wee mission. So after solving the puzzle here I am. TFTC and the fun of exploring new territory. Pretty different to home base in the mountains

We headed out on a very hot afternoon as the sun was starting to set on the year that was 2021. This year we spent more time solving puzzle caches than actually caching so it was fitting that we chose to end the year by finding one of the puzzle caches we solved so long ago. TFTC!

Found by Rebel Acts

In Mildura for a few days with Snap Happy, omegaman1971, Happy Feet, Happy Pants and The Empire.
After finishing off the GOT series it was time for Me to do the turtle series, it was a little challenging getting to some locations but I managed to get them all done.

The highlight for the day were the fantastic gadget caches in the area.

Thanks 4Moule for the cache.

A nice little puzzle and fitting hide that we came across this afternoon as we tackled some hides out this neck of the woods. Found as part of a larger caching crew as we made our way up North to try our luck on a couple of series and what ever else we came across in our travels, nice and quiet at this gz and we managed a straight forward find, thanks again 4Moule for the challenge and nicely themed hide.

This was a great opportunity to get away with some caching friends in Mildura. The plan was to hit some of the local trails and geo art. There was many other hides discovered, with some really great containers and hides in the area.

A nice little puzzle and enjoyed the find, once at GZ.

Thanks 4Moule for placing the cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy the find.

Here in Mildura for a few days with Snap Happy, omegaman1971, Happy Feet and Happy Pants.
Once we'd finished finding the nearby turtle series geoart, we were keen to keep on caching into the late afternoon, then on and into the night. "There's another one over here" was the saying heard most today. We found a plethora of different cache types, hide styles and were happily perplexed at some GZs! Thanks for the cache 4Moule.

A plan was hatched with Rapidlywild to attack some of the caching trails down in VIC/SA.
With the boarders slowly staying open we thought Easter might be a safe time to try since the QLD boarder was still too fragile to attempt going to the MEGA and it also looked like it could be rather wet there.

After completing the PS series we split up as The Drovers had already done the ones we were about to do.
We still signed the logs as either The Mob or put our initials in the logs.

There were a lot of different kinds of hides here which really good. Nice to have something a little different.

Having solved puzzles before heading on this trip we picked it up along our journey.
Quick find at this one.

Thanks for the placement and maintenance of this cache 4Moule

03-Apr-21
FurfacesLL, Rapidlywild, LíB and myself found a number of caches outside of the Paddle steamer and Turtle Series whilst in the area.

Most of the caches are stamped as The Mob (consisting of The Drovers, LíB, FurfacesLL, Rapidlywild, and myself), however a handful contain our own caching names or initials.

2020 was not a great year, and the beginnings of 2021 have also been tricky - so when it looked like the various borders would be open again (without quarantine restrictions), a trip was spontaneously planned and I was able to pull together a number of my caching friends who hadn't cached together before to form "The Mob".

LíB and I started in SA, drove to Victoria and ended our trip in SA; FurfacesLL and Rapidlywild came from Canberra and The Drovers began their journey from NSW; and then a few days later, feathertop from Victoria, joined us to complete the On Your Bike Series and other caches in SA.

We filled our days with piling in cars, hard core caching, Adventure Labs, crazy funny CB radio chatter, some laughter, some tense moments (OMG some of the ladder and tree climbs on this trip were crazy!), lots of lovely meals and even live music from a band called "Kung Fu Jesus" - nope, that is no joke.

We had hot weather each day (well into 30s), so I am thrilled that I now own a car fridge to keep the drinks icy cold (loving them at about 1 degree celcius).

A sincere thanks to 4Moule for placing this cache. Big Grin

For the first time in a long time, it was road trip time. With COVID-19 keeping everyone at home for so long, the borders were finally opening and the feet were itchy for a decent caching trip. Plans were made with FurfacesLL to do a 10 day road trip across to Mildura and Loxton to do a heap of caching and we were excited. Across the 10 days we racked up over 4,300km in driving, multiple hotels/motels, brought home enough red dust to create our own sand pit in the back yard and collected over 1800 finds between us. It was a massive trip and lots of fun was had.

We teamed up with GoodLook, FeatherTop, The Drovers and LiB and signed most logs as "The Mob". There were a few caches which were signed as individual team names as some teams had already completed said caches, those will be noted individually.

Our target caches were the Turtle Series, the Paddle Steamer Series and the On Ya Bike wherigo Series, heaps of other caches were also collected along the way but our primary target caches were completed which made us all very happy and very tired geocachers.

Was day 3 of our trip away and today we were back out to finish off the PS Series with "The Mob" consisting of GoodLook, The Drovers, FurfacesLL, LiB and myself. We managed to get heaps done yesterday so only needed a couple hours out on these today then The Drovers went off to do some caches they had left unfound whilst the rest of us went to do some around Mildura/Red Cliffs that they had already found.

Had this one solved prior to heading over so was keen to turn it into a Smile no issues at GZ for a quick find.

Thanks for the hides 4Moule Big Grin And thanks to "The Mob" for a trip to remember [^].

A plan was made for a group of us, (mogni, sir_spectre, allister w, BratKat and myself) to head over to Mildura for the long weekend as the borders are now open and we wouldn't have to quarantine on the way back. [^]
Two of us spent a long time solving all the puzzles in the Turtle and Paddle Steamer series along with the other puzzles around Mildura, but they were put away waiting for the time when we could get over to find the caches. Big Grin
We had a very busy weekend and managed to find all of the Turtle and Paddle Steamer caches along with some of the high favourited caches, an Adventure Lab, one night cache, quite a few gadget caches and a couple of water caches...and then we ran out of time. Surprised
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a great time finding lots of different caches and we will have to make a return trip to find those that we didn't get around to. Cool
All caches stamped "Mystery Randoms" [^]

After completing the Turtle Series and the PS Series today was a day to get some of the cool caches that we had heard about including a couple of water caches. Big Grin

This was one that we had solved before leaving home and today it was a quick find at GZ. Big Grin

Thanks for the cache 4Moule. Smile

I was the navigator for the trip. The ladies had the solving part. quick find.
A group of South Australians jumped to border in to Victoria for the long weekend. The group was Allister W, JJ52, Mogni, Sir_spectre, and BratKat. All logs stamped as " Mystery Random's ". We left Adelaide and headed over to Mildura. The target for the puzzlers was to clear the highway caches then complete the " Turtle series " and the " Paddle Steamer series " since they had solved all the puzzles before coming over. My target was the D5/T5 underwater field puzzle and also hoping to get up to 13000 finds this trip ( that was achieved ). Once those goals where filled we mainly targeted caches with high favourite points and started on the many multi's that are in Mildura. I highly enjoyed the field puzzles and themed caches from the locals and sorry to say that we only did 1 of the night caches. On the 2nd night after doing 356 caches during the day it bucketed down that night and we had a beer/wine or two instead. We will be back, maybe not this year, but it will be the sooner, not later.

A long weekend with a big plan. A group attack on the powertrails near Mildura. Two of us solved all the puzzles and then covid hit so they got put into the get around to it one day basket... Covid back under control so a plan was hatched to go interstate for the first time in over a year and be allowed to return without having to isolate for 2 weeks. Joined up with sir_spectre, JJ52, Allister W and Bratkat. We cached as the mystery randoms which suited us while well. Both powertrails were found and we managed to grab a few others while travelling around. I am usually a regular visitor Mildura but it had been a couple of years between trips. I am sure we will all be back to complete the many great caches we researched but din't have time to find. Thanks for a great weekend.

The decoding wasn't hard it just takes a little bit of time to do. Once that was out of the way finding the actual cache was really easy especially since it was entirely uncovered when I found it. Loved the container design, very topical and still filled with plenty of matchbox car swaps.
I made sure to cover it up a bit more before I left so it doesn't stand out quiet to much considering the art it's decorated with.

Over from SA for 4 days of caching with Egregory1, Featherwaite and Brisal5.

Apologies for the generis logs.

All caches we found were in good order.

Thanks to all cache owners whose caches we found.

Found during a trip from Adelaide to the Mildura area for a few days of caching with Brisal5, e.gregory1 and Team Waldron with the main aim to complete the Paddle Steamer and Turtle GeoArt series but also to find other caches along the way. We camped out on the banks of the Murray River near Mildura on the first night, at Rocket Lake campground in the Murray-Sunset National Park on the second night, then back to the banks of the Murray River near Merbein on the last night. We signed the logs as B.E.F.W. Thanks to all the cache owners for placing the cache!

***Generic Log unless something special above this line.***

I have seen a T shirt with Sleep Eat Cache Repeat [^] Well a four day trip to Mildura with caching friends Team Waldron, E.gregory and FeatherWaite certainly fit that bill. Razz Logs were signed with initials only for the teams - BEFW

Up at daybreak, quick breakfast and cache all day stopping only to have a snack whilst out on the trails, rush to set up camp near dusk for a meal, then perhaps some night caching, early night and REPEAT! Big Grin

Strategic camping at Kings Billabong, Rocket lake and The Common meant we were close by the Geoart and target night caches. Cool Two previous trips in 2013 and 2016 by me and some by E.gregory meant we visited some (well quite a few actually) previous finds but that made it quick for the people that hadn't found them previously. Wink

I can't thank the CO's of these caches enough as some were really very inventive. Even having solved most puzzles before we came we were confronted with field puzzles and gadgets that were just mind boggling. [:X][:X][:X]

***Thanks 4Moule for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. *** Big Grin

Hi there 4Moule.

We found your cache **"Cars"** at 10:32:00 AM today.

Today we started out from our caravan park and commenced to log caches along a route determined by the "next closest" according to our GPS. This sort of route always gives us a sense of expectation, as we can never really tell where we will end up. We thoroughly enjoyed our cache hunt today.

Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded people, many of whom we now call friends. We awarded this cache a favourite point for the size. Thanks also for not placing a mint tin or a 200ml Sistema here. It made us feel really good to find this "special" cache here.

**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache roughly where the GPS said we should be looking. Wink
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Smiley Badge
**Grabbed Trackable:** "The Owl Fish".

Thank you 4Moule for adding to our adventure.

Regards

Ian & Penny

TFTC 4 moule ,

Here is a blurb about us
We are trying to get a badge ,the author ,from project GC for writing found log files of 100 words or more. Once we get this badge we will stop writing this. We are also trying to get badges for adding photos to our found logs .
We started caching in December 2019 and by January 2020 we were hooked. As we are on the road full-time, living in a caravan for almost 2 years now, caching fits in well with this lifestyle. It is taking us to places that we would normally not have gone. When we move to a new place we also look at what caches are in the area and how many days we will need to be there in order to get the caches we want.

We are in Mildura for a few days and will try to get some caches in town and surrounding areas. Paddle steamer series is on our list, hope we can make a few smilies there to add to our find tally. We are looking forward to the variety of hides we will encounter. Thank you for your work in placement and ongoing effort for maintenance of caches.

Trackables that are with us are

*Worldwide traveller
*Nomads esu
*Bushie love
*Morepork

Our own personal Trackable " Cache the World " has the code #1WDM83
Its mission is to be discovered by cachers all around the world, please feel free to discover it and mention where you saw its code.

Will definately be dropping a few of these when we find a cache that is big enough.

Once again thanks for the cache.

Mildura, Day 3

This morning it was out to complete some more of the turtle trail. We stopped to locate a few other caches as we passed by. Today we found such a variety of caches, puzzles, multis & some clever gadget caches which we really enjoyed.
A few cars in the garage but we didn't swap any today

Out with our caching partners for the weekend, collecting a few more caches before they head off tomorrow. The code for this one had me searching around for quite a long time until I received a hint. So up in Mildura today and we were finally able to log this cache.
Thanks for the caching fun 4Moule

Mildura is a mecca for geocachers - an extensive list of varied and clever caches on offer, it is hard to know where to start!
In the good company of Suscoe we headed SE and found a variety of clever caches in interesting locations. Thanks to Mr S we were able to track this one down.

Thanks '4Moule' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.

Suscoe was out and about again today wandering the raods, parks and bushland areas to the west, south and south east of MIldura.
We were travelling with Phetlern again and having a good bit of fun as we went along finding a very good range of caches.
It was a fairly cloudy day with a strong wind from the south and the clouds looked like they had a good bit of dust in them at times.
It was good to be caching on a coolish day, the flies seem to have been blown away and the sun peeped through every now and again.

Thanks to 4Moule for this hide and this puzzle.
A nice container and themed swag.
Very quiet out here.

We have seen this code before but not for some time. So after a short hunt, we had the information we needed to decode the message. Today we went to look for the cache. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find of a very well presented cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks 4Moule for the puzzle and cache.

With a busy weekend for us at the St Arnaud Mega, it was great to just jump in the car when we had packed up and find some caches ourselves. Having worked on all the puzzles in the area after the Turtle Series was published we concentrated on them only this afternoon especially as the 33° temperature was a bit hard to handle for us weak Geelongites lol
The well themed cache was located after a walk around a couple of likely suspects and we added our team name to the racing log.
Thanks 4Moule for the apt placement here.

Travelling around Australia, camped on the mighty Murray today we headed out to see where Geocaching would take us. We rushed around trying to beat the rain but it did catch up with us before the day was over. "Fun" drive back to the caravan.
