Sadly the cache has been muggled. I won't be replacing again. Too bad. Up here is a terrific view, worthy of a visit.
The first cache I tried to find today (a multi) didnt quite work out, so I decided to come past here for a traditional. I was rewarded with beautiful views of last light over the hills and the beautiful drone of cars driving along the highway. I also got to say hello to the many kangaroos and rabbits hopping around the hill, grazing. Theyre quite similar creatures if you think about it. Th bench is pointed a questionable way, yes, and I sat sideways on it, cross legged, leaning against the back at times to look over at the last light draining from the sky. It wasnt entirely uncomfortable to sit this way, Im actually quite a fan of it. I think pointing the other way and watching a reverse sunset (looking at the sky in the opposite direction of where the sunset is taking place) would also be quite beautiful. As Im filling in this log, I can see one singular bright star (planet) in the sky, and I can hear a man singing from the street nearby: Perhaps a hymn? Hes got a beautiful voice and its very peaceful to listen to.What a wonderful world we live in.Thank you for putting this cache out and maintaining it. Im glad I came here tonight x
Another day, another streak find needed, and I wasn't sure if I'd be waiting until after work to get it!Despite leaving with an hour to spare, I had a bit of pedestrian traffic to wade through and even had a police escort for part of the way as the Malaysian Prime Minister is reportedly in town.Luckily I managed to escape the area before the convoy departed in case they fully decided to shut the road down and I navigated over to this little estate which was on a bit more of an incline than I'd anticipated! As it turned out, that meant the views from this otherwise unremarkable location were quite spectacular! As reported in the description, the seat is probably facing the wrong way for taking full advantage of those views - although I can imagine it would also make the search rather difficult if anyone was using it, meaning that I am fully on board the "turn the seat around" campaign.Fortunately I was left to my own devices today and was able to make a quick find, using the time spent signing the logbook to soak up those views too! Thanks to charlotteleclerc for this hide!
Out for an early dog walk in a new location to scoop this high perch - TFTC charlotteleclerc!
With a chance to collect two souvenirs, The Drovers and I decided on teaming up for a trip to Canberra. This was a great idea as there wasn’t any ‘Magic Marker’ events near us and for me personally to find at least 21 caches for the ‘Winter Solstice’ souvenir. We manly focused on caches which were meant to be quick and easy finds to maximize our numbers for the day. The event was great fun too. Most caches found were quick and easy to find. However, there was a few which took a little longer to find. All found caches were **signed as 'JM&TD'**. We decided on mixing and matching the caches and this means a few revisits for either them or me. They ended up with 28 finds and I ended up with 31 finds plus a couple of DNF’s. TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found and for allowing them to bring the Geocaching community enjoyment. TFTE and TFTC’s!
With nice weather, it was a good opportunity to grab a few caches.
We found a nice variety of hides, and all in good condition.
Signed and replaced as found.
Many thanks for placing this cache, charlotteleclerc, and for us and others to find.

#3786 Wasn’t planning on more than one today, but when you’re so close can you really resist. I began my focus in a particular spot but DeadThief soon spotted the cache. Cheers CLC!
Out and about with Baristayan on a cool, sunny Easter Monday arvo. Headed up the hill for a quick find and a very enjoyable view! I never tire of looking west to the mountains and I’ve never seen them quite from this angle before…great view of Camel’s Hump!
Thanks for the cache ??

Hope to get this one back online this week. Caching supplies arriving... woot!
No luck today after about a 20 min look. Maybe my caching eyes are not as good as they used to be.
Might pay to have a check in for this cache

Cache seems to be missing. Found remnants of a zip tie on the tree, but couldn’t find the container anywhere. A photo is attached as reference.
A great location here along with a nice quick find and sign. Thanks for showing the great spot charlotteclerc and thanks for the cache!
I was in the area and decided to come up here as this cache has been taunting me for a while. There was a working bee happening at the Temple and as I walked ove the top of the knoll rabbits were scattering.
When I turned around after signing and replacing the caxhe two kangaroos had crept up behind me and swiftly hopped away.
Nice views - though I can still remember it pre-buildings.

Found while in the area looking for new places to hide caches. Signed DSD. Thanks for the cache and the adventure. Log is full but I managed to get my name on it in two places
Hadn't been up here before, although I would drive past the 'heights' almost everyday. Another pleasant area to visit with some great views over our valley...and a couple of neat looking homes as well. Cache was spotted after a couple of minutes and all was good.
Thanks for another one charlotteleclerc......cache all good.

A quick find while in the area. I took the slightly longer approach but was had a much nicer walk to the GZ. TFTH
I'm glad I parked where I did, rather than a potentially closed spot with a bit more of a gradient....indeed some excellent views from up here! Who knew?! TFTC!
We were going to head out of town today but a change of plans due to the not so good weather. So decided to stick to Canberra and hit some of the new phishing caches around the place plus any extras along the way.
Put the call through to Rapidlywild to see if she wanted to join us as it has been awhile since we have been out and about caching. Must change that!
Nice views from up here and glad we approached this from the side that we did.
Thanks for the hide charlotteleclerc

Received a shout out from the FFLL ladies inviting me along for some Sunday caching around the ACT, sure I would like that We didn't really have any plans, just decided to go where ever our driver took us so off we went. The rain held off for us, a couple sprinkles here and there but nothing to get us wet, the real rain came after we had dinner.
No issues locating this one today, signed and replaced as found. Definitely approached from the right side, wouldn't have been so pleasant from the other side lol
Thanks for the cache placement charlotteleclerc and thanks to the FFLL ladies for another fun filled day out and about.

Found with hip7pie on an after school wander. Great view from the GZ - it was a bit of a surprise to see how big the new suburbs are. TNLNSL TFTC
Found with AngelG27 on a cold and windy Friday afternoon. Easy find luckily. TFTC:)
Cache 6424 on 28 Aug 2020.
After another day of working from home, it was time to get out and find a cache for my daily stats. This cache also hopefully was my last Wonder of the Ancient World to get before I get the souvenir! Quick find and some nice views from a tiny little park!
Thanks charlotteleclerc for the cache and the fun!

# 6425 Quick find while in the area. I lived in Weston Creek for about 13 years but never came up this hill.
Thanks charlotteleclerc
Thanks charlotteleclerc
I headed out into a rainy afternoon after work to get a few caches around Weston. This area has been developed over the past few years from what I recall. I was happy to get a traditional, a solved puzzle and a multi which was a bit of a challenge in the rain.
Thanks for the cache charlotteleclerc

This cache was one of a dozen found this afternoon as part of our 2 hour exercise program. We walked briskly for approximately 8kms with 214m ascent/descent. It was lightly drizzling on and off so was a good cooling factor. Perfect caches to pick up when it’s wet in the bush and too slippery to do anything steeper.
A favourite for all the CO ‘charlotteleclerc' caches found today is placed on 'Barrier Hill Circuit #4' cache. Quick and easy find. TFTC charlotteleclerc.

Unfortunately the rather sturdy shrub the cache was attached looks to have been hit by a large machine, perhaps a parks and gardens ride on mower. Moved to another tree, similar attachment. I can see snow on the mountains up here

Found today on a drive thru Weston. The tree is broken and fallen over. They will probably remove tree so cache should be relocated.

Relatively quick find but the shrub has broken maybe from the recent rain. Log signed and returned. TFTC
I was out and about early this morning and as I was picking up another cache nearby I thought I might as well get this one as well.
A nice quick find. Parked close by and walked up the little hill to GZ and found the cache quickly. Two kangaroos watched on while I signed the log. Went to look at the view and a rainbow appeared. Lovely. Tftc charlotteleclerc!!!

Hadn’t been to this area of Weston so thank you Charlotteleclerc for bringing us to this great vantage spot. I agree the seat is facing the wrong way. Your hint made for a quick find.
A quick trip to the shops and a cache to look for... CW spotted it first! Thanks...
Out with [@trodectus](http://coord.info/PR8JTE0) to visit a friend and did a detour to grab this cache. Parked nearby and walked to GZ, on arrival, quickly located the cache. Log signed and returned. TFTC
Found with [@coybear2000](http://coord.info/PR9547H). We were on our way to visit a friend and we decided to detour and go for this one. We parked nearby and were greeted by a friendly dog, probably belonging to a nearby household. Approaching GZ we spotted the hide. Log signed and all replaced, no rain thankfully, so back to the car and off to take our friend out. TFTC.
Found on a short caching run before work. Visited this area a few months ago to find this cache before reading the GPS logs on arrival to see that this had been disabled...damn, should've read the logs before I drove! Anyway, I came back today after checking that all was okay, and found the cache nicely and quickly at GZ. Lovely location with excellent, top views. The drive up the hill was also very fun! TFTC charlotteclerc!
