Couldnt find it, really really itchy. If you wanna try and find this one make sure to bring something to move the branches and stuff out of the way. Come prepared. Have no clue where to look as the hint is unclear
Day 11 of my fortnight+ road trip up to Brisbane and back to Blue Mountains. A leisurely drive up. Avoiding GC power trails. Randomly driving to various spots that take my fancy. Geospouse Graubunden now with me for five days.Morning finds with Deafcat (who already found it before) and Graubunden. TFTC Team_Weller
Just as we were about to give up SCAHPA spotted something amongst the leaves. Log signed. Will note that the cache was around 5-6 metres away from the drop point on the map but still within the geo zone - TFTC (logged SCAHPA and ChasingShadows43
Took a while as it was a tree near the coordinates, we had nearly given upfound with ChasingShadows43
I had a spare couple of hours between appts and I am trying to slowly contribute towards the 15 million points needed to save our alien friends. Well, more so focussed on my own 100 that I need. So I completed the AL in this beautiful area that I didn't know existed. I also needed caches along the way because I have been patiently waiting for a Tues in Aug to complete a challenge signed back in September last year. Apparently over 7 years, I had never found a cache on a Tuesday in August. Unfortunately this one couldn't add to my statistics today. Hint doesn't narrow it down at all. Very overwhelming place to look with so much bamboo and so much leaf litter within 6m of gz.
Driving around the area. Cache was thrown about. All ok and returned to hide. Thank you
After having had a family catch up at the CREEC environment centre playground, I decided to spend this beautiful Saturday afternoon caching around the area. This was the first one on my list. I parked nearby and headed into the greenery. At first, I saw something that could possibly have been a cache, but while trying to unscrew the top, I realised that it was a bit of plumbing, so I continued on. It was a little bit tricky to work out where the cache may be under all this tree cover, however as per the hint it wasn't too long before I found the container. As previously mentioned, it looks like it had been waterlogged as the Ziploc container package and log sheet were wet. I added my own in a little plastic bag and new log sheet, and hopefully it will last a bit longer. This cache has been has definitely seen better days but I'm glad I found it anyway. Thanks, Team_Weller, for the cache.
A lot of logs made it sound like this cache was much worse than it was (or at least how I found it). I enjoyed the little bamboo alley that was just behind the pub, and I didn't find the area uncomfortable/smelly. It wasn't long before I spotted the cache, and although the cache container was in good shape, the logbook was wet. Furthermore and unfortunately, I think I found the themed contents nearby on the ground, so I'm not sure they were emptied in the geocache's recent history. Thanks [Team_Weller](https://coord.info/PRH3MTA) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. ---------- Today, my general plan was a northern expedition towards Dayboro, noting that I still had several clusters of ex-Dayboro Mega caches yet to be found. Along the way, I stopped at Cedar Creek Falls and hiked towards Love Creek Falls, and then continued to Dayboro for a bakery lunch. I then continued to head north-east towards Burpengary, and stopped at Caboolture Region Environmental Education Centre (CREEC) to complete the [Burpengary C.R.E.E.C.](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/238e69db-725c-4a77-b5c4-42b7bb4a245b) Adventure Lab.
Hav been here before a few timesbut previously been defeated by the smell and the mosquitoesToday, was with someone who had found it before so w as much more confident. Still took a while to find, but after signing and returning to the spot I found it, rewarded ourselves with a sparkling wine and a ginger beer (of the alcoholic variety) at the Woodpecker,Thanks for sharing this us.
After this morning's Australia day event at Scarborough, I headed up to Narangba to have a ride and grab a couple of caches for the day. There was a nice trail of 5 caches and a couple nearby that seemed likely to be the targets for the day. At the moment I am not looking at grabbing lots just enough to keep my challenges ticking over. I parked up, got my stuff sorted and headed off down the track. It was nice to have that lite rain drizzle to keep it cool. Of my target caches today I found 5, dnfd 2 and left 1 unsure. I was not sure as to if it was there or not, things just did not add up from previous logs and the current condition of the area. I did search and ask for helps but it evaded me today. An easy find here and the coordinates were spot on. I signed the log, replaced the cache as found and continued on my way, thanks for the hide.
Danke frs Herfhren. Hat Spa gemacht. Liebe Gre von den deutschen Caradoosgoogle-translate:Thanks for bringing us here. Was fun. Kind regards from the German Caradoos

Called here to have a look at nearby thirst quencher, so just had to locate the cache here too, Thanks Team Weller, all is in good condition
Found it really fun for kids and The paper was a bit wet, but there was a few beer bottle lids for us to write on
I had pedaled form one AL to one a bit closer to this cache. A sign for coffee almost distracted me, but I decided to hunt for this first. Thanks for not making this a nasty hunt in the jungle.
gxybuddy found it … a lot of bamboo!!!
GPS was +/-7 out.
Just think like a geocache. No it is not a pvc pipe.
Currently not buried, but it may not stay that way.

Headed north for a few adventure labs, picking up a few caches that I passed.

After doing the AL nearby I parked close to this one and approached GZ with trepidation all that bamboo! Thanks to the last finder the container was not completely buried and was soon spotted. I signed the log and the ‘other thing’ and replaced as found. Thanks Team_Weller for another good cache.
Team_Weller I found your cache Thirsty Woodpecker on 28/11/2022, 2:40 pm. This is my find 4475 and find # 4 today. Arrived at GZ and said to myself I hope it’s not buried. Started scratching around like a brush turkey and was about to give up when I decided to widen my search area. Just saw a bit of colour and yep that’s the cache. Thanks to the previous finder for not burying it. Signed the log and replaced the cache where I found it. It’s not buried and you can see some colour. Now for a cold ale in this 30 degree heat. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
So much bamboo. I remember when we planted some along our fence line. Looked good for a while until it went rogue! Hubby took a long time to dig it up.
Out here I thought we found it. Nope there are a lot of these here for .
Then I spotted it.
No time for a beer unfortunately school pick up is looming.

For a relatively easy cache to find , this was made extremely difficult by someone that covered the cache with 8 inches deep of mulch for the next cacher .
After searching for 15 minutes we finally located the cache.
Hint …. It’s NOT pvc as stated previously.
Next cacher should be ok , as the difficulty is as should be!!

With a cache name like this it was always going to be hard to drive passed it. Also because I was driving, I couldn’t pull in just to make sure that the same tap beer tastes the same at every pub. If Consistency Beer Technician is an actual job then where do I submit my resume? Obviously the resume has to be written on the back of a beer coaster.
That got me to thinking about other specialist jobs that society has a need for. I’m not taking about the old crap t-shirt from the 1980s: (FBI - Federal Boob Inspector), I’m alluding to more serious roles, like what is the job title of the person that blurs out nipples on the TV show “Botched” but leaves the rest of the boob in full focus? Is there a TAFE course for that? Obviously the resume has to be written on the back of a bra.
Since when were nipples deemed offensive? They are a part of nature and appear on all the web sites I visit. tftc

This one alluded us the for our first search... there is certainly a lot of places to look and since we were there at lunch on a Sunday the area nearby was pretty busy so we called it this time but will be back again...
After a day out signing challenge caches Strotigirls and I were headed home and I meantioned having a dnf on this cache recently, so we stopped in so I could find it. Even though she had previously found it, it still took us a while to locate it in all the groundcover.
Interesting contents! Clever.

Haha, nice idea with the cache. Very fitting. Seeing as it’s a rather warm day today I am very tempted to go to the nearby establishment for a few, another time perhaps? I still have some caching to do.

Fangsoki and I were out grabbing a few caches prior to the geobirthday event this afternoon, and had just finished visiting the CREEC when we decided to stop in past this cache and grab it while here as well.
Parking the car, we wandered in, with Fangsoki thinking he has made an instant find. Nope that is not the cache.
However a quick glance across from there and we did soon spot the correct item, and quickly signed our name in the, erm, log.
Thanks for the cache Team_Weller.

Well I can tell you its not a PVC pipe with a lid on it.. sticking out of the ground
But I soon spotted the prize. 1MinnieMoo signed the log for us and we were off. A great little hide. TFTC Team_Weller

What an awesome place for a cache! We parked in the pub close to the hitching station. Would have been fun to see a horse or two parked here! . Entering bamboo alley, was like entering another world! Most unexpected! Very well maintained in here. Thought I saw one or two possible hides but soon enough the spot on coords pointed to the cache. Fun concept. Signed my name on the log. FP for your efforts
There a alot of bamboos there.
Just follow the GPS.. There is no more paper book.. Needs a new one.. Tftc..
