Find number 14274 at 4:14:44pm on Tuesday the 1 October 2024We're on our way to WA Goes Big, travelling from Croydon (Melbourne, Victoria) with a caravan in tow and making a leisurely caching holiday across the Nullarbor and back.Well, WA Goes Big is done for another year and we are on our way home again now, via Perth, Kalgoorlie and the Nullarbor but slowly over the next five weeks Today we headed into the CBD to visit the Perth Mint and generally wander around the city area. We then grabbed a few more LGA's on the way back to camp.A nice big cache, an easy find but it was very exposed so I tucked it in a little better so it wasn't so visible.**Thanks for placing this cache exploringdutchman**---*WOW, so much happening at home in Victoria*Dont forget to log your will attend for Victorias first ever Block Party in March 2025, the [**The Sunbury Event**](https://coord.info/GCAP417).Theres also all those lists of amazing geocaches at [Geocaching Victorias List webpage]( https://geocachingvictoria.com.au/information/great-caching-lists), go check them out.
Lovely sunny day to be out and about caching. Nice quick find at gz. But had to wait for a convoy of cars to pass before I managed to return it. TFTC
TFTC! This one took far too long to locate. It wasnt exactly where I thought it would be. I was certainly looking behind the fence, but was looking too low. Came up with the goods eventually though.
Parked around the corner and had the cache in hand almost immediately when I got to GZ. Finding myself with a kid free day towards the end of the school holidays I decided to head up towards Lathlain to run some errands and once that was completed it was time to check the map for some caches to find and with cheap fuel in Ascot, I picked my across the suburbs grabbing any caches that caught my eye. After refuelling the geo-wagon, I started for home with the lure of a final cache to attempt in Waterford rounding out my tally for the day nicely. When I walked in the door at the end of the day, I had managed to collect 8 finds and 0 DNFs. Thanks go to exploringdutchman for placing and maintaining the Traditional cache Belmont Park for me and others to find.I added my name to the log at 11:01 on 12/7/2024.This is find number 9077 for me.
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 57 - Swan Valley Perth Day 1. For my first day in the area, I selected a series of caches out along the Swan valley and got to see some nice vineyards and river views. I even stopped at another cholate venue. I did a few chores in the middle of the day and then went for a few more suburban caches to round out my caching for the day. It was a quiet night at home and it did not rain today. At last I managed to find a place to stop that was not too far away and get to the cache location and actually find it. It felt a bit special, but I still have lots more I want to try today. Thanks for the cache exploringdutchman47952.12 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & PEACE FOR UKRAINE 2022 A#504**Albida**
TFTC.It is behind the wall but technically not really behind the wall. Thanks for hiding and maintaining the cache.
Maintenance request: i believe the person who logged ez dosnt understand the rules after talking for a while and takes the two finds they have found home! Could you please confirm this.
We will perform a maintenance check again. As it has been misplaced from its location.
Couldnt find! Looked under and in all the green bushes behind the wall but yet no luck
Pretty sure this one's missing based on search and others comments...and the cache owner isnt answering messages.
I checked behind the walls but still didnt find it. I think it might be missing.
In the area running a couple of errands. This one expected to be an easy find. After using the hint, a long search, and size of container meant to be a regular, I figured Id move on. Will monitor the logs and come back another day.
First time to Western Australia where my parents and I did a big road trip from Melbourne.Took a few minutes to find it but nice location it reminds me of the Gold Coast this area.Dated: Tuesday 3rd of October 2023 at 10:00am.Thanks for my Western Australian souvenir find!
Success! After a bit of searching, I uncovered this cleverly hidden cache. It was a fantastic adventure and I'm grateful for the challenge. Thanks for the great experience
Today we did a maintenance check on this cache and replaced the logbook.
Cache is at location and in good condition.

Nice and quick, decent sized container. Log is damp but useable. Lovely spot on a fine winters day. Some people love them I know, but good grief I hate those plants
We do love a nice big container! Mrs Kookacrews mum and Dad had a Holden Belmont when she was very young, they bought it new and when they sold it many many years later it still looked immaculate, Mrs Kooka just thought it was a big heavy tank to drive, no power steering on that old Holden.
Nice park which plenty of the locals use too. Thanks exploringdutchman for the cache.

Lovely corner park with lots of pond life! Found the container (large!) but it was empty (and a bit damp) except for a laminated geocache card. I put in a new log in a plastic bag. Coords jumpy so I widened my search and followed the hint. I think it’s in the right spot (where the last finder put it). All good here and maintenance no longer required. TFTC, exploringdutchman!
Found it, but unable to sign.
Cache was opened, empty and out in view. ️
I found the laminated geo card and placed back inside. Hidden where I thought it might belong…….

Cache needs a new log and probably hidden in the correct location. I just put it back together and hid it where I assumed it would have been….
Lovely area. finally find the container as good camo , sign the log as EV, and thanks for the cache and hunt. retrieved the trackable. (PCGJ99)
Found without trouble. Was out in the open so have tucked in a bit. Decided to grab this guy after dropping off my suit at the nearby dry cleaners tftc
TFTC, really fun looking for this one. I dropped off a geocoin found in Melbourne, originally from the USA and trying to circumnavigate the globe westwards. If anyone is going further west, maybe even overseas, consider stopping by and taking this trackable with you so it can finish its mission!!
This took longer than it should have considering it’s size. Got there in the end though.
Thanks for the cache

First cache in Perth for the trip.
A four day trip to Perth for a work meeting and a side order of geocaching. Arrived at 5pm local time and set about a few caches in the area. This included this cache which was my first for the trip.
A ballsy cache hide too.

Found with AntonTB87. Cache is quite out in the open but wasn’t sure where it’s supposed to be so have left it where we found it. Tftc
Fun! All writing implements (incl. my own!) failed so I did a crayon scribble for myself and bunnibasement
