Hello Moderator, Unfortunately Ive been in hospital most of this month. Hopefully next month I am able to construct a new geocache. Thank you for the message. I hope to have it up and running again soon.
Hi team, with the recent land care, this geocache is out of action. It will take some time for me to construct a new cache. Stay tuned and thanks for your ongoing support!
I was in the area and with so many favourites, I was looking forward to this cache but there is no sign of it now - not even whats shown in a recent photo. There has been some recent bush care, so maybe its been taken away.
Hi this cache looks like it would have been brilliant but it was lying on the ground broken
Tftc. As another cacher has raised. This one is in need of maintenance due to it lying on ground. No log either
Another all time favourite! Great craftsmanship. I retrieved the cache easily and signed the log.
Had found a little stop that I assume it wouldve been in.. opened it.. and there was nothing. Looked around the place and still nothing oh well, onto the next.
Such a cool cache, the puzzle aspect seems to be broken but we still enjoyed the find.
Best geocache to date.
Such a pleasure. Thank you for such a fun interactive cache. Love love love ️

7/6/2023 Find #6156
SaintsMadHouse and I were on one of our usual days of Wednesday Madness. We decided to tackle a few caches around this neck of the woods today.
With the day quickly running out of time, we made our way around to this cache. We found the very clever and fun looking contraption easily, however it was missing the vital container and logbook. Finding a couple of toys strewn around, we scoured the area in the hopes of finding the container discarded somewhere, however this was not to be. With SaintsMadHouse’s trusty emergency pouch on hand and some spare wire we found lying around tho, we were able to run some MacGyver style repairs on the spot on this one, and it now has a fitting container and logbook to keep the cache going as the CO intended.
Thanks for the cache nature0nut. A favourite point for the construction and as we were able to resurrect it.

Needing to keep my new streak ticking along I came across this cache and OH MY …. It is very in need of some attention and has a few parts missing back I still got a sense of fun and enjoyment from the cache.
There were parts on the ground and a piece of paper lying there too. The cache itself was leaning over. Looking for the cache container, I started to feel around and eventually moved to the top box. It was here that the biggest bush huntsman spider ran up my arm. It was the biggest I have ever seen, it feel to the ground, I just stood there and watched in amazement at the sheer size and beauty of this thing. The pretty colours and design on its back, then I realised it was a spider, lol.
With no log book as such and pieces scattered everywhere, I made a clean-up of the area and used the piece of paper as my log. I replaced all in the top box and reset the stand. A great cache and worthy of a favourite point from me, thanks.

Found with Itste. No container, signed log left in upper part of cache to try and help keep it out of the weather. TFTC
Fun cache but has previous finder states possibly needs some love. Was supposed to be heading to lunch with family before driving home to Coffs bit the lure of something g different snf the number of favs quickly helped me to detour here. Tftc
Out for a daytrip in this area with Davidwazza for some caching.

Today, I spent the day with georode in the Logan LGA area for a number of recreational activities: a paddle, a run (Running Man), fishing (for caches), and finding a few challenges.
The morning's rain was relentless as we questioned our sanity to geocache, but during our walk in Boronia Bushland Reserve, the rain subsided, and we started to enjoy our finds. The day commenced with a short kayak session in Scrubby Creek, followed by the completion of the *Running Man* geoart. A few extra Boronia Heights geocaches were found as we travelled around the area, and then made the detour to Logan Gardens Water park for a couple of strategic reverse Wherigo TOTT caches. The day was finished with a visit to Burbank Bushland for a couple of laughable challenges.
Whilst nearby to this traditional cache, I managed to convince georode to make a stop here given the many Favourite Points. So a short walk later, we soon spotted the cache as we left the footpath and headed for GZ. An interesting field puzzle mechanism, although it was sad to just see a rolled up logbook, so we wondered, if this should have been a container, that could have fulfilled the field puzzle as intended? Otherwise the overall cache and small house above was quite cute. The logbook was in good shape, but as mentioned, there didn't seem to be a specific cache container in its current form, so a CO visit may be required to give this one a TLC. Thanks nature0nut for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Out for the day with nikid1 & we couldn't drive past a cache with so many favourite points. A short walk brought us to the great cache & I had fun retrieving the log. I'm adding a favourite point to your collection.

Out for a day of caching with KerriMG. We were out this way and KerriMG saw this one with so many FPs so we thought we better go investigate. Well at GZ it was a quick find. Even on a bad day I think I could have seen this one. Let KerriMG do the honours of retrieving the log. A well constructed cache.

Fantastic one of my favourite ones this year , a good one to finish the day with. Thank you
While out grabbing the AL bonus we walked down so I could sign this one off , saw a beautiful little bat, he was very low
& I were loitering in the neighbourhood & found we were close to this cache. What a great choice! We both are in awe of cachers who do inventive things with their hides.
️A fav from both of us of course… but this didn’t include a close encounter with a rather scary .

Muggle65 and l had some work to do round here today so we decided to grab the nearest cache. So glad that it was this one. Beautifully constructed and a fave point from me. Got a bit of a fright when a red belly black crossed the path just in front of us. Thank you for a very fun cache
Loved the hide despite having to dislodge a spider web to remove the container. Thanks for the cache
Quick find, cool cache.

Cache number 1500!
What a mission to get here. We tried yesterday, but burnt way too much daylight by starting too late. So we were 6 short. My job today was to get 5 so we could go straight to the special one.after school. I got 4, then couldn't find a 5th nearby. Figured we would just grab one on the way. Hmmm, 3 more we couldn't find on the way!! It was getting frustrating and we were running out of daylight again!
But the labyrinth was worth it. Mission accomplished. Thank you for the time and effort that went into creating this one. Miss10 was disappointed the dachshunds were not there.

A nice quick find with mnance101 and a cute little contraption to retrieve the cache. A favourite point for this. Tftc
Just moved to Queensland and found a great cache first up. FP from me. Nice one
I don't know why it has taken me so long to get around to hunting for this cache but I rectified that today.
I was surprised by the construction and quickly recovered the cache.

My mother and i began the search for this one. We found the cache along with a big black swarm box and some dachshunds! Unique find! I love it, gorgot my pen but im number 20! Small spoiler of find.
Introduced 12 youth workers to geocahing. One of the best presented caches i have seen tftc
It turns out this is my closest-to-home unfound geocache with a 2/2 rating or better. And considering Scrubby Creek had been well flooded this month, I figured why not go there for a walk along the Lakes area this afternoon?
Quite conveniently, the area was pretty quiet as I walked from the east along the creek. A few birds getting about in the creek though. And you can see the muddy water has been a couple of metres higher recently. Almost needs another shower of rain to clear the mud off a little bit.
Naturally, the mosquitoes have worked out the opportunity, as I spent a bit of time chasing several off me as I wandered along. Having ignored the app, I pulled it out, assuming I'd be 'about halfway there' and it said just 17 metres. Well then!
Straight into the bush I went. And just 17 metres later, something peered at me around a tree. And I quickly saw what was going on here - something different and something very extra! I've never seen anything along these lines that isn't my own hide, so I smiled and set about doing what needs to be done.
This didn't take me too long and as mosquitoes started to arrive, I signed my name quickly and replaced just after 17:00. I had a quick look at the occupants and see the pooches are co-habitating, thus doubling the number of legs and amount of hair in the abode. They seem happy.
And with that I continued my walk on a bit farther to see where water has been and at one time, battle with some very long and lush grass. I much enjoyed this find - something unique and extra effort is always super-appreciated. Thanks for this geocache, nature0nut

A very special cache! Definitely a favourite point! So unique. Oh, also, watch out for the “friend” the dachshund has made (see picture! I don’t think the pic will contain a spoiler).
Found on 9/5/19 with members from the Logan monthly meeting. A rewarding walk through the Bush AT NIGHT!.
With all the Fave points already, this cache demanded a visit. A short stroll from the library led to a gentle geotrail which led to a very well setup and attractive cache. I enjoyed everything about this one. Make that another FP to the total: TFTC!
Decided to grab a cache while in the area for a workshop this morning, and looked like a quick traditional but was not to be Oh it’s a field puzzle and quite a creative one at that. Good thing I had my coffee ️ ‘tho on the clock as have baby plants in the car
Located a tool and used it the way I figured it should be used and after logging the cache realised there’s probably an easier way to do it Hey, the job got done and a smiley bagged. Seem to recall there was a cache here years ago. Not as interesting as this ‘tho.
TFTC nature0nut hope you’re well! A FAVE point here.

The CO escorted me and a selection of Logan cachers to her cache. In my confidence, I walked straight into a spider web, and retreated; instead following the CO's sound advice of where to enter the bush.
I haven't done many field puzzles, so got straight into this one, and soon retrieved the newly replaced container.
Many thanks Alysha, here's a favourite point for you.

After attending the Logan Geocaching meeting nearby, there was an offer by the CO to check this cache tonight. A small party of other Geocachers also came and it was found easily. Getting the logbook was clever, signed then returned as found.

Great cache, we were blown away by this one.Totally not expecting a cache of such calibre. Such a lot of effort and thought went into the making and implementation of it. Did I say we loved it

After the Logan event I was making my way over to McDonalds for a coffee and a chat. Just I was about to jump in the car E_Smiley asked if I was keen for a late night find and so I joined the ragtag band of cachers out for a walk/stalk in the dark.
6 cachers ventured off the path with a range of light sources at our disposal. Torches, head lamps, phones and the moonlight shining off some pearly whites. There was a greater chance of suffering industrial blindness than tripping over something in the dark.
I always like a cache that is simple and cool and family-friendly and I have to award a favourite point. I would bring my kids back for a look but they are no longer young and cute. It’s been a long time since they were cute because I’m reminded every time I look in my wallet. They seem to be on a first name basis with my credit card. tftc

Today is the last day that I needed to find a cache to complete the Traditionalist challenge. I was only about four days short when it was published on the 18th of April last year but I have had to wait until today to be able to claim my find.
I was very pleased to see this new cache published. I did not have to go nearly as far to find a cache and this one was well worth the visit.
Very nicely constructed indeed, and a favourite point for the work. [^]

After a visit (that was way too brief) with the CO nearby I swung by this cache on my way home I’d seen it online and it looked fantastic! ️ It was even better irl Geoboy and I found GZ with the help of a very well defined geotrail and he loved retrieving the cache and the figures on top, they looked just like our sausage dog, Lady

Before attending the meeting I hot footed down the path to locate this clever cache. Walked past a guy fishing but I don't think I would like to eat fish from that creek. Arrived at GZ a mb d soon spotted the cache, wow where from here. Thought about how, what I was to do and soon had the cache ope ed and signing the log. Thanks for a clever cache.
