Something special or unusual goes here:I looked in all the wrong places before seeing it. Yikes indeed. The Generic Bit:Another Tuesday Trekking for just two puzzle solvers today. I picked up S.A. Sewer Rats at the Rat's nest and we went in search of newer caches and the gonna doos nearby. You know - those caches you regularly pass by but that are just near your path but off the main road with several turns and drive backs to get to. Gonna doo them one today.! Well - today was gonna be that day! ***Thanks Kayche24 for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. *** Logs prepared and published through GSAK.
this cache definitely fooled me for a split second. love it, quick and easy find. thanks for the cache
Found it! Out and about in the northern suburbs finding caches on a warm and cloudy morning. Nice camo! Picked this up thinking it was probably just litter but it turned out to be the cache! TFTC!
Yikes! We'd been putting this one off for a while in case the geokids got the jitters, but everyone was fine!Calendar-filling for the rest of the year.Someone in our team decided it would be a good idea to turn our caching calendar all green, ie, no white boxes with zeros. We're almost there. This is the first time we've found a cache on any 14th of November.TFTC Kayche23.
Another tuesday caching adventure, caught up with Mattycat for a northern circuit of caches, a nice easy fun micro, quick find for us todayTFTC Kayche23
Checked in on this little cache. All good here.
Waiting for finders and promises not to bite!

In the area visiting my Daughter, S-I-L and grandson for a few days.
I took some time out to grab a cache or 2.
I walked from the other cache in the area, it was refreshing.
At GZ there were numerous spots it could be but eventually put my hand in and pulled out the cache.
The logbook was signed and the cache placed back as found.

Checked on this cache and it had slithered out from under its camouflage and was very exposed.
Please make sure to hide cache after signing the log and rehiding it!

Owl was out on a long overdue maintenance run and rewarded herself with a cache for every cache maintained. This was a necessary detour and a fun cache (for Owl).
Checking in on my own cache and it still makes me jump!
Yep, still laying in wait….

Made our way out to the northern suburbs with Team Waldron after attending the Earlybirds Event in North Adelaide before heading back for the Community Celebration Pub Lunch Event in the city. Thanks for the cache Kayche20!
Rex needed time at the dog park and in the darkness afterwards, I decided a couple of caches would be a good idea
So we made 2 cache finds after short walks and then headed for home
Interesting camo
Mind you, I didn't show it to Rex as he's a bit wary now after trying to play with one a year or so ago

NBN down in our area thanks to someone stealing the fibre optic wires from the pit, and home schooling still gave us time to nab some local caches today. TFTC.
This had a wet log book.

Couldn’t sign the log, it was a bit wet. So Northstar76 sent a photo through. Nice hide
Found it but the log is wet and even with my handy tool. I keep pulling bits of the log out. Sorry my friend but I send you a picture showing we find it. Found with superman_22 and Giselle_10 and geodog Roxy.
I visited this series with Anymules, as part of a dangerous duo of a disaster of Waynes.
What a great series. We had no issues and found them all.
Loved Loved Loved the final cache!!! TFTC.

Not much movement in these parts at lunchtime today. After walking a couple of figure eights around two trees, the cache was soon spotted. Thankfully I ddin't need to stick my hand into some of hte deeper holes - that would have been yikes!!! TFTC
Found today after work - needed some me time so checked out some nearby caches. Tftc
Thanks for the find, was a tad tricky as i dont do spiders and i saw one near by, lucky it was only a little one
Found with CPwanderer and clare007.
We disturbed a family of magpies on our arrival but they retreated to a nearby tree and watched us.
Thought we might be questioned by the neighbours as their dog was barking at us continually.
Found the clever hide after a short search.
TFTC Kayche20 Nice to meet you later in the afternoon and make some finds together.

Found with clare007 and Gizmos Gang!!! Took a while to spot!!! My caching adventures bring me into contact with the real thing on many occasions so this was no bother!!1 We later ran into the CO at a later cache and did a couple together!!
Out & about with CPwanderer and Gizmo's gang today.
It took a while to spot this one & the neighbours dogs were barking consistently.
Very dry here, but a family of magpie's weren't deterred by our intrusion and stayed in their tree.

Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.
Was heading back to the office after working nearby and noticed that this had appeared on the map since my last visit to the area so I just had to call in and make the find.
Parked nearby and wandered to GZ. Hmmm. Lots of places to reach up, and I dared to reach into a few places, one of which had a cache well hidden in the cache guardian. Stamped the log and replaced both in the hide.

Stopping a few days at Gawler Gateway today we headed to tackle a few urban caches.
Pretty sure this cache was open and exposed compared to its expected surprise facor. May pay for owner TLC. Replaced hopefully better for the next finder.

Came in darkness with Purrfect Di, Sebastbat and Jack. Zeroed in on the obvious hole... nothing!
Then looked up!!! Glad I'd read some logs

Started the morning with an early brekky event and afterwards had the opportunity to go caching with earthlight & gridge98. An eventful day with 15 finds and no DNF's
Never been a fan... grew up in the country, each summer without doubt there would be a sighting or three. Dad would always remind us kids of the danger and to not go wandering out into the backyard on a day of sighting.

I knew it had to be rubber. After all I watched it for about 5 minutes and it never moved.....
Thanks to Kayche19 and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!
Some of the fun of this cache came from reading the previous logs. An interesting life this one has led. TFTC
Now I understand the cache name, Yikes indeed! Found with ease and left as instructed. An enjoyable walk in this quiet wooded suburban park-like area with no company apart from the local barking dog. Great cache. Thanks.
strange feeling come over me almost like ground hog day that it felt like I was re living today again or was it yesterday any way that might be a story for the log cast
arrived at GZ looked where I thought it should be opps that would be a spoiler

Ready to find again. No chance this cache will go to China. Please cover with camouflage after.
Oh no. As I lifted off the cache camo the rest of the cache plummeted down the hole. So far down it is out of site. China? Ahhh.... So I signed the camo and replaced it on a ledge. Looked like a lovely cache too.
Apt cache name. Or you could have called it wet feet due to all the wet sour sobs at the moment. My heart missed a beat at first sighting but then I recovered enough to sign log. Thanks for the experience.

Was about to start logging the day's caches when this one appeared. Would much rather be looking than logging so wasn't long before I was parking near GZ. Soon after found the nicely constructed cache and got my stamp in the blank log.
Thanks Kayche for the nice cache
