2nd time looking. The cache is NOT under that lot of junk and rubbish. Just look somewhere else.
A lot of scratching around the GZ on this one. Many spots it could be and we even missed the container I am sure. We were just about to call it and then I spotted the container. TFTC
Having suffered a couple of DNFs already this morning and noting two fails on this one before we arrived, NurseyJulie and I were keen to give it a crack, but not overly confident to be honest.
We scoured the area for a good 20 minutes, much to the amusement of a couple of muggles who were perched nearby and probably wondering what we had lost that was worth the effort. Backwards and forwards, rechecking some places, we had nothing to show for our commitment, until I called it and NJ let out the call. Typical, I'm gonna start calling it earlier I thought... [^]
Coords are reasonable for tree cover and the hiding place is obvious, but we clearly failed to unearth the container on multiple attempts. But...we had it and our name is in the log. Phew.
Cheers handshow.

Lots of construction and palm frons everywhere piles of greenery as there was a clean up at the golf course not sure if it was under all that?
First cache on our Aussie holiday visiting our family. Lovely sunny morning found with franjastia cache needs maintenance container is very rusty tftc
Found it but log wet. Put the cache back in the right place as it was out in the open.
Found today while out avenging some previous DNF’s. Happy to have a smiley here now TFTC
This morning, it was a run out to the airport to drop family off, and so I took the occasion on my return back home to make a stop in Wavell Heights at Shaw Park. A quick walk was had along the creek and Keith Boden Wetlands whilst avoiding a few newly formed puddles.
In the afternoon, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I took a drive to Bulimba where we had lunch and a walk around a few of the streets and paths adjacent to the river.
There were quite a few possible hiding spots around the place, so I had a good search around the typical hinted spots, coming up trumps. I decided to reach out to a former finder, who managed to remember something, and sure enough, the cache was there! I should have trusted the coordinates all along! The cache container and logbook were in good shape. There were a few mozzies and midges about here, which I'm blaming from missing the cache during my first pass. Thanks handshow for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. It was quite the nice park here!
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Almost ready to give up on this one. Gos had us running around in circles. Not where the GPS first takes you. But happy to say found. Thank you
Had a look around a few likely spots (there are many). GPS wouldn't decide in an actual spot.
Came up empty handed but really loved this beautiful spot.

No luck today but navigating with a less than great device and trying to avoid the attention of people in the driving range nex5 to the park.
Looked everyone tuned rocks over looked in logs nothing ... worried about all the rain we had it's gone away maybe

Out and about today caching the southside, and this afternoon joined by oz_bean_counter. After completing a neat Lab series we came here for a quick find in the other obvious spot.
Thanks handshow for entertaining me at this location.

I was so close to giving up and then tried one more spot for the win. Nice view of the trapeze rig here, but no one is flying today. TFTC handshow!
GeoP decided to check out her childhood suburb, wow wish I could afford to live here again.
A few muggles around on this beautiful afternoon but no luck for me today.

What a lovely little park. Caching takes you to the best spots. Peppa came up with the goods while I was still rummaging around
Well it’s always good to turn a blue face yellow... I have no idea how I managed to miss it last time... perhaps it was the fact that we’d just topped up on pastries... tftc...
Grey Nomads, hold up in Wellington Point while Mrs D recoups from bi lateral knee operation. We have not cached much since Covid hit, but today, Mrs D cried boredom, so out we went to find a few caches, she navigates, he is runner, she does the logging. Bulimba area is the target
Today's count is 5 finds, 1 adventure lab and 2 DNFs
It is Oh So windy up here on the river today, not very pleasant.
After lunch and a bit of prodding, we found this cache. Thanks handshow

Out with DisSister today for a morning's caching. And indeed it was a beautiful day with superb views over the river. A surprisingly large number of people out and about today but this deter us from looking for the cache which was found well tucked away. TFTC
On a beautiful day like today we just had to find a cache called It’s A Beautiful Day! Managed to find a couple of golf balls before finding the cache. Bonus! TFTC handshow
This one took quite some time today.
First i had to outwait a tribe of landscapers, then i got lost with the decoy for waaay too long.
Round and round poking, prodding, PAFing. Standing back to survey occasionally, trawling logs..
Ok. One last go with the phone gps properly this time, oh oh! Whats that!
Thanks handshow for bringing me here with a geocache.

Out and about today with Chamad hunting down some caches to finish off January.
We started by the RBWH and made our way all over the place.
All in all, a great day hunting.
Had someone at the golf course ask if we were ok. Just said we were playing a game and he walked off

After attending an event earlier, we (hatzofff, Snickersallan and RoddyC) are caching in this area.
Found remnants of the cache so replaced with a new container and logsheet. Great location at this time of night with plenty of picnic spots to enjoy the views.

Whilst attending the ZeZol Event at Hamilton I teamed up with hatzofff, patrol14 & RoddyC prior to driving back to the Gold Coast to collect a few local caches.
Group replaced logbook that was out in the open and with a new container. Beautiful views all around here.

Found previous cache sometime back but no luck with this version. O Might pay for CO to check.
Had an extremely thorough look. Checked all the low obvious hides and turned over every rock but no luck. Will try again when we know it's definitely there.
Second day shift and out wandering again. I had passed this one a few times in the winter months. I did not bother to hunt for it i the dark. It is just light now when I am out, so a fairly quick find today.
Found after visiting a great market at the Morningside School of Arts Hall.
Trying to hunt without raising the suspicion of all the kids running amok on the oval, eventually we found the cache tucked away. Replaced with stealth (we hope). TFTC!

Needed to get 2 more caches for the mystery at the museum challenge. Was spending the day with parents who have a day here so when mum suggested a ferry ride I asked if we could get off and get a couple of caches . This was a very quick find. TFTC
The third and last cache today in this little corner. My first visit here some years back was all because I was trying to jetski a cache somewhere around here (which turned out to be on the other side of the river).
Today the find was speedy and pleasingly concealed from muggles. I love the container - a kind which I haven't seen before.
All good here so TFTC - I enjoyed the visit.

On holidays at the moment, Mrs SP and I have snuck out for a day's caching.
Ah yes, it truly is a beautiful day - I love warm winter sunshine! This one was a nice easy find - we just had to make sure none of the muggles could see what we were up to. TFTC handshow

Tuesday. So many little ones running around today! School holiday time is here and this park is an obvious favourite for them. Saw some signs about swooping birds, but there were none here today swooping on us. A few options presented to us near GZ for this cache. In the end a bit of searching found us a small hole inside an obvious location and Mrs RIO called that she’d found it. A beaut container at this location! Nice and solid and this one isn’t going to let any water in . A nice size container for this area it is in too.
This was the 7th of 12 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***handshow***, for showing us this place.

Brother Colin is in Brisbane for a few days, and we have met up southside for a few hours of caching. It'll be a very leisurely outing as he's hobbling along on crutches with a foot in a moonboot!
I'm a fan of Queen, so we targeted this group of caches first. I think I have found a cache right here before! No trouble avoiding the gaze of the nearby golfers, and we made a quick find. TFTC, handshow.

I found a different cache in this exact same hide only a few months ago. So when I pulled up and saw where I was and where the GPS was pointing, I knew exactly where to head. Thanks for the cache
A straight forward find made tricky by the gathering close by at the shelter. Great park by the water! TFTC!
Deep in its hidy hole I found this cache and admired the nearby construction and walkways and waterways. Tftc Handshow
I haven’t had much time lately for caching as there’s been a LOT going on but today availed itself of a small window of opportunity and it was a beautiful Brisbane day so I grabbed it . I’ve been here twice before for previous caches so I knew what a beaut spot it was! There was parents setting up for a pirate themed birthday Party nearby. Whilst they were busy blowing up balloons I ducked right in for the cache . Don’t think hubby and Bodhi had made it from the car to path by then . I signed the log and replaced as found. On the way back I saw the parents hiding some pirate treasure nearby! Looked like a fun party . Tftc ️
Found it. While Aussie Clarke found n signed the cache i downloaded GPSfix app to correct my phone coords. Now i know where the golf course is.

Been in this area before but since then there has been a wall of hay bales arranged along the edge of the grasses area. It didn't take long to locate this cache and I was soon signing the log and replacing the cache as found. TFTC
Rolled up here amidst a flock of Council workers having a break by the river. One of them asked if I was “Playing that game” so I showed him the mobi and explained how it worked. May have some converts
Took a few minutes to uncover the sneaky hide and keeping an eye out for flying golf balls. Who thought that was a good place for a practice range right near the kiddy swings
TFTC handshow No probs here.

It is a beautiful autumn day in BNE.
Was worried this was a little close to the golf course as there was a groundsman over there but we were a safe distance away.
Spied “wedding park” across the river (what the kids call the park where hubby and I got married) and a great big Mercedes Benz badge hanging in the sky.

This took a little while to find, as it seemed to be far too deeply lodged into its hiding hole.
