Staying at Mt Gambier, we decided to take a trip to Millicent today. I love seeing what people have done to re-purpose these quaint country churches. The cache was found after a short search.

Travelling with richlink on our Annual Caravan Geocaching road trip, using geocaching as our guide. We are staying at Millicent for the week, finding some of the caches we should have found if we had not been prevented from attending the 2020 Mega by Covid19. Thanks for the cache. LNCU.

We were out for a late afternoon caching around Millicent.The clouds were thickening and a few drops of rain started to fall at times.We enjoyed visiting these caches.Thanks to GeocachingSA for this hide.

Road tripped from Queensland to Adelaide for theLeap Day Mega, caching all the way and trying to fulfil various challenges.This cache-which challenge/why? passing byCwazy website weather atm, heatwave for the last few days and wake up this morning and it's down to 18C!Stopped here on the way to do one of the series out of town. TYFC staying in the mount for christmas/new year

A busy spot this morning [8)], but with a bit of stealth, still managed to find the cache [8].TNLNSL.Thanks GeoVenture2020.

After a huge week away, beginning in the Little Desert and eventually crossing the border into SA for some caching in the Millicent area it was time to head home. Home of course via a whole heap of caches, a little more targeted than the initial few days.

We toured some local caches first before everyone went their separate ways. The group today included Team Crackers, Papi4506, GeoTurtle37, micaparamedic, chooknchunk, Goodlook and myself, at least for the morning anyway.

A nice quick park and grab.

Kingston to Millicent
Know set up at the Lakeside Caravan Park, what an amazing location.
Today we did a couple of AL around town plus a few caches.
This gave us an good idea how the town was set out.
We found some great caches & an ALat interesting locations during the day.

Repurposed caches are the best sort and plants are a particularly nice touch. Found this one in about 2 secs on a quiet & chilly Saturday morning & left a TB - the caches are very well maintained in this town from what I’ve seen! Thanks for bringing me here & TFTC!️0

SL at 3:15pm. Afternoon of caching with DarthVader69 after dropping off the kids to be minded. A fresh and very easy find here today. I love seeing old churches and what they have been converted into.

with it being School holidays in Victoria I had some time spare to head to Millicent where I teamed up with the Empire for a few days caching in the area, we had a fantastic time exploring the area. Today we tackled the Crayfish before chasing a few D/T combos on the SFE trail and the UNAL series, once they were done it was back into town to grab a few before trying out the local Pizza for Dinner.

This is one of the caches found today.

In Millicent for a few days of caching fun! The Crayfish was the first series we wanted to complete this morning. With the cold wind keeping the crowds at bay, we were able to find all of the caches in this series without too many interruptions from the locals. With that series out of the way, we were able to chase some interesting difficulty/terrain combos with the ladder in the back of the Patrol, we smashed out the SFE series now back in Millicent for some more caches before pizza for dinner! Thanks for the cache GeoVenture2020.

After attending the great Millicent Mega was due back in the little smoke of Adelaide later today but before I left Millicent needed to find this traditional Used 2B a Church. Parked out the front of the cute Used 2B and wandered accross the road for a quick find.

I still had a bit of energy left, so ventured to find this one in the dark. Last find for the day, it has been a big one. A typical hide and easily found using torch light. Signed and returned as found. Thanks for the cache GeoVenture2020.

Found this on one of the trips around Millicent during Mega

Day 3 of our stay in Millicent for the Mega event. Today we finished the lobster and picked up a good amount of general caches.
104 finds for today and 256 for the trip.
