what an evening, so many fun questions, despite our self-doubt and double guessing we managed to come out on the winning side of the night.
thanks, Shifters for including us at the last minute, and lovely to have spent some laughs and fun with the caching community.
Luckily i had my thinking hat on.

When Kittykatch told us there was going to be a trivia night and we had to be on a table, I just agreed.
But this was a great night of laughs and learning. I'm hopeless at trivia, but with so many smart people on my table I was confident in their abilities. We didn't win, but we weren't last either, so that was good.
Thanks for an awesome night to my team mates SpecimenX, Tankengine, GreyHams and Aquilus1. And thanks Cully Long for great hosting and the ozgeomuster team, this was one of the highlights of the whole mega for me!!!

Well I didn’t put my hand up for a team But was there running around collecting answer sheet chatting here and there with some of the teams. Even gave the odd hit like, do you know this person? They are no was related or do you know that or that? Well it’s nothing to do with them. So my hint did anyone any good but got a laugh.
Thanks for the event and the effort gone into the night.

Such a great turn out tonight and Cully did a great job as host. Thanks for setting up this event and for putting me with a great group of people.
A fun event and i was very happy when our table won the Wooden Spoon Award for the Least Correct Answers. The prize was a very fancy geocoin that could not be devided between the four people on our table so we decided to give the geocoin to Luckyl10n for his 60th Birthday that was on the same day as this event. Happy Birthday Luckyl10n
A fun night on table 24 was had by all of us. I never knew Snoopy could run so fast, never get in her way when a box of chocolates is on offer!
What a fantastic turnout!!
We registered & counted 240 trivia guests in the shed!
So many people helped out which was amazing. Thanks especially to my amazing hubby who moved all those tables!
A special shout out has to go to SEMIK & AlphaDeltaIndigo who volunteered to help with the scoring! It was a huge job & they did amazingly ??
Not surprisingly Cully was brilliant ?? I think we should definitely book him for all our events from now on!
Thanks also to those that stayed back & helped clean up ????
More entertainment coming over the next two nights!! ????????

After a fun day chasing caches in Wollongong this was a great way to finish it off. Coords were quite a ways out for us ??. Great to catch up with some familiar faces. Thanks for organising
Nice evening. Shame they couldn’t count all the answers for the prize for those that got all the later questions right. Thanks for organising.
Had a great night - huge trivia with great questions.
Thanks to the organisers.

Had a great night in the shed. We bombed out on the first round but did OK after that. Was good to put a face to geo-famous Cully Long. Took Mentos, Left without prizes, Signed the worksheets.
Attended with Gazkersh, littlemisslonglegs and some great Geo Friends! What a great night! Thanks to Cully Long for coming along and doing a great job ??
This trivia night was great fun! On Team Cache! Cache! Cache! was The Bebes, PelDoedGwin, Brewmaker, MaxAdventurer and Tronador. ? TFTE Cully Long
To thoroughly enjoyed the evening, even if my geocaching knowledge is good. Thank you to all who organised the event (including writing the questions and recording the noises).
Attending as a spectator with Oz Pint (my wife), Oz Middie (second daughter, aka chocolistick03) and Oz Nip (youngest daughter). The eldest daughter (Oz Schooner) did not come with us.
It was a great night in. If only we could remember half of what we learned for future trivia nights!! The only downside was that we didn’t win!!!! Thanks Tully, thanks to the rest of our team and thanks to all the organisers behind the scenes.

Catching up with some very late logs
We attended here but due to lack of planning we had orgainised to meet friends elsewhere later that evening so didn't compete in the trivia game.
We enjoyed the opening ceremony, the guest speaker and the pizza van. We watched the fun get underway but soon we had to leave for our other appointment.
If part of the event was to compete in the trivia games please feel free to delete our log, no hard feelings at all.
Many thanks ozgeomuster for organisiing the very well attended event.

I am not sure how well our team went in the end, though calling ourselves 'No Idea' really gave the confidence boost we required!

Planning for the [NZ Mega 2020](http://nzmega.com) event is well underway. It will be held in Auckland over Labour Weekend, 23 to 26 October 2020. It's going to be a massive celebration of geocaching:
* 20 years of geocaching worldwide.
* 20 years since New Zealand had the very first geocache hidden outside of USA.
* And it's 2020 - all the 20s!
Talk to your geo-friends and start planning to be part of [this event](http://nzmega.com) - you won't want to miss it!

We had a great time while visiting Wollongong, an area we had never been to before. We can thank geocaching for that. It was a big day for us and we never organised to team up with anyone for the trivia. We came along for a short while before retiring for the evening.

Came to the event with FMZ, rustynz, Agazo and harisree as part of the NZ MEGA 2020 team, a great evening but very cold and no heating.
We enjoyed the wood fired pizza and had a great time trying to answer, not very successfully, the questions. Thanks for the event
Certainly a massive turnout of Mega proportions. While I can't comment on my trivia knowledge, I can comment on the food truck pizza - the pepperoni was excellent!
This event was clearly a great way to get everyone out of their tents and caravans and to socialize in this communal gathering area.
I was glad to meet Cully at the registration desk late this afternoon. As I mentioned to him, I purchased the book shortly after publication several years ago and was really impressed with the writing style and approach which really hits the mark with the target audience.

Cori Celesti is the central mountain at the Disc's hub. It is a spire of grey stone and green ice and is roughly 10 miles high. Suffice it to say, from the very top you can see right to the rim, but due to the flatness of the disc, this can also be achieved from the tops of fairly tall hills.
Atop it sits Dunmanifestin, the home of the Discworld's Gods. The vast magical field earths itself constantly on this mountain, and at night it glows with cold fire, known as the Aurora Coriolis. This phenomenon is also attributed to the phoenix dancing. Both are true. Here is where the gods of the Disc play games with the fate of men. Pretty sure that Fate just rolled a seven.

Was an interesting trivia night to attend - part of the wooden spoon team that donated their prize.
A late decision to attend this night, and a much later time getting home afterwards, but it was a fun evening.
Thanks for the event.
Thanks for the event.
We formed a trivia team with a few other cachers (P3sKy_Geomonkey, Calypso62 and Rama497) and surprisingly we managed to win the evening.
A huge thank you to GeoStuff for the prize and the organising committee, in particular Eatsleepcacherepeat for organising the very enjoyable evening, and of course to Cully for hosting the evening.

#5220 4th for today
Day two of the Oz Geomuster Mega at Cataract (the Gong). Caching with mtrax and CBRChic and various others. Several highlights today, the voyage into the dark for "Dark Side of the Moon" as well as the Trivia Event at the mega itself. In between we did lab caches and adventure caches with varying success. Weather was a bit drizzly early on, but lovely & warm the rest of the day. Met lots of great cachers out doing what they do & back at the mega gz.
Sadly our team didn't win, but we enjoyed it.

I attended with three other teams for the ACT and it turned into an awesome night. I'm not overly fond of such events but due to the good company and the incredible MC, Cully Long, I really enjoyed the night. Thanks to all who were involved.
