Not sure about this one looked all around tried to use the clue but not sure if that hindered us or not. Looked for ages
First stop was the nearby Scenic Rim Brewery. Then a easy stroll to park where cache was quickly found. Lots of big ants on cache so be careful. Water in container but new log was dry. TFTC
Cache stolen/removed. Probably due to park maintenance due to flooding. New cache to replace old.
After a FTF in Kalbar, and finishing the Adventure at Moogerah I’m taking a very indirect route towards Rathdowney and Beaudesert…
My first DNF of the day, even after resorting to a PAF… my coordinates had me closer to the amenities, but my intel suggested it would be more of a natural hide…
I still walked away empty handed… unfortunately this was not my only FTF today…️

Well, on the way to nearby well known Wedding venue and Lavender Farm. Unfortunately, there was a wedding on there this day so not drop ins allowed. Okay, back to Mount Alford for picnic lunch, and a few drinks purchased from the pub.
Sitting in the park, knew there was a cache here, so finished off picnic then went for a little walk. Great location, liked this one too.
Thanks for cache CO!!

Was sitting out in the open near it's hiding place. Tucked it back in and added some camouflage. TFTC
Staying at Lake Moogerah heading to Boonah to do a few caches , picked up this quick cache. The day was very windy and cold , so not much time was spent exploring the town on foot, a drive around was done . Thanks sez56.
Made a fairly quick find here as the showers are heading down from the ranges. Very quiet in Mt Alford this afternoon. Thanks sez56.
I'm pretty sure I have done a cache here before. I have certainly stopped here, but maybe it was just a convenient place to stop.
A short hunt around the likely spots to locate it.

Took a drive to the scenic rim today and stopped to have lunch at the nearby brewery. While waiting for our food a walked down here to find the cache. Didn’t take long to spot, cache in good condition. Tftc sez56
Thanks for a nice park to get the geokid out to run was a nice windy spot. So we keeped a shell and placed a gemstone and a nice trackable to move it on
Out with Richmond Lad for a drive in the country and to find a few caches. This cache was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC
Arrived in the village of Mt Alford and to the park where this cache is. Walked up to GZ and in quick time cache was found. TFTC
Out with Critical Sauce and Cherry Blossom 81 for a scenic drive. We stopped here for lunch, read the logs and started our search. With 3 sets of eyes we could gather where we believe the cache looked as if it was hidden, but no cache find today. There looks to be a bit of activity happening around the park area in that some renovations are being done, so possibly someone may have stumbled upon it. Either way, a nice little spot.
Shared a meal at Mount alford brewery then across the road to this cache. Celebrating our friends 51st birthday. TFTC
Today, I joined karicka in hiking up Mount Edwards. An early morning start had us arrive at Moogerah Dam, where the area was already filling up with Mother's Day group plans, and it looks to be a lovely day and picnic area. We then spent the next 3.5 hr making the hike up to the peak, and then returned via a detour to the west of the dam. We then returned home via Mount Alford, stopping off at the pub for a well earned drink, and made a few miscellaneous geocache stops at various creeks and cemeteries.
We made a stop off here at this park prior to getting a cold refreshment nearby. It looks like the pump track has seriously deteriorated, dissolving into the park, so it obviously doesn't get used much. We started to search around, and as it turned out, we had walked past the tree in question to another tree that seemed fitting of a geocache. After a brief search, I made the find, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. I am not sure how this has to do with possums though? Thanks sez56 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

While visiting the area we made a quick find here while no one was around
Searched this park some time ago for a now archived and a DNF cache. A neat hide. A lovely drive around the area after a downpour delivering around 5mm of much need rain.
Thanks sex56. Find # 1069

Staying at the pub near gz. It was a nice surprise to find that a cache was placed nearby. We have the caravan with us so we will explore the area. Thanks
TFTC! Looked here, then looked, there. Then thought, what about over there. Finally found!
Scooted over here and searched all of the structures before alighting on the cache. I remember my adolescent’s son’s BMX days and the doctor visits.

Out exploring, researching and recording bridges for work preparing for the next big wet (whenever that may be) and luckily for me, there seems to be a cache on every bridge! It's certainly coming into summer and it's certainly bushfire season. Got out of the car and immediately the heat hit me along with four hundred flies.
The lingering smell of the fires burning nearby were obvious, and the local firies carpark was full of the boys out fighting the fires. Walked over to the likely hiding spot only to then spot it nearby. The joys of being over-confident.
Cleared the spot of any creepy crawlies before removing the cache which was in good condition. Sign the log, and replaced as found, well covered before retreating back to the airconditioned car.

The plan today is to drive Conadamine River Gorge; given the amount of rain we've had we are not confident the track will be open.
Of course we are navigating there via geocache.

Up at Moogerah for an extended period to continue the cleanup of the old family farm. Picked up this cache while doing a scenic route into Boonah to pick up supplies. Nice to see some green emerging in the paddocks.
Cute hide. Thank you for bringing us here. Left some fairy dust. All is good with cache
A nice quick find on a quite Saturday afternoon, i don't know how long it will last in this location but good luck.
