Found the tree from the most photo but now grey bear and also checked the surrounding area too and still no luck
Could not find and it's probably way off navigation and I got bit by so many ants
Found it got surprised by the train blowing its horn. Left a trackable for the next person and it wants to go to the Netherlands.
Found today with geokids.
Cache was on the ground so have put it back where we thought it should be.

After dropping off the walkers I had the alternative of waiting in the car for the day or go caching on my own.
Higher than my waist
Thank you bretto77 for hiding and maintaining this geocache for the community.

Team effort and closed in shoes required due to trees and growth. Overall super fun find
Great Northern escape 2022 Day 52. Atherton to Cairns (again) Day 3. Today was a day away from Cairns day. I drove down to Innisfail first thing in the morning and started caching my way back towards Cairns. I went to a swamp and a devils pool along the way. In fact Babinda Boulders National park is a highlight of this section of the Bruce Highway. I ended with a few easy roadside caches in VERY difficult spots to stop. Then back to camp for a late lunch before psyching myself up towards tomorrows hill climb.
At least the bears down this section of road were nice and easily accessible, just one tractor passed while I was at the first one.
Thanks for the cache bretto77

Fun, adventure, travel, history, geology, mental stimulation, social gatherings, support and friendship are just some of the elements of geocaching.
Out and about enjoying the opportunity to grab a few caches, yours being one of those I targeted on my journey today. Thanks ??

Staying at Kurrimine Beach for a 70th birthday party tomorrow night. Went to Babinda Bakery and Babinda Boulders - both very impressive!! Filling in the afternoon caching.
Loved the container

#13947 - 10:53:00 AM; Day nine of the Townsville Mega adventure with Sol de lune. After a night in Cardwell, we set off to the north aiming to collect a few more counties, before heading south again for Townsville in preparation for the Mega and associated activities. Collected five caches on the journey today including this one. Cache was in good order and signed L.L10n & Sdl or vice versa. This cache was a last minute addition to the itinerary after a couple of other searches were rained out. Managed to spot the cache from roadside, which helped! TFTC bretto77
Day 9 trip to Townsville with LuckyL10n. After driving from Charters Towers last night, we stayed in Cardwell for the night before a trip to Atherton and return to Townsville, just to fill a few holes on our map.
Up early today and this was our next GC port of call. No issues at all the cache was soon in hand after a short search. Log was signed and we were on our way again.
Thanks for this one Bretto77...good hide and easy to grab.

Going to have to go into the trees for this one and more like adult head height
We didn't find as many caches today as we had hoped, but this one was and easy one. Oh and 'hip high' is presumably for giants, for us it was more head high.

A little bit easier than previous cache up the road as we knew what to look for. TFTC
While i was in the area I just knew I had to do one of my fellow Townsville geocachers favourite COs.Not quite at the karicka and if level but right up there. greencordial mentioned to me her feelings towards Becks Yellow Submarine. Maybe one day she can even meet the creator. Thanks bretto77 for what was a surprise I went down to the woods for tonight. Pretty sure I dodged all the spiders. I was also happy to note that another fellow Townsvillian cacher got 2nd to Find on this cache. Nice one sKatierocks.
After spending a lot of the day cruisin' the Bruce,
I was fed up of the traffic and roadworks !!
(I'm not sure which was worse.)
So a couple of caches to find off track made the drive bearable
First bear was an easy find in a shady spot [^]
With a lovely cooling breeze wafting across the canefields,
I soon had the cache log signed
TFTC.

A great place to hide a cache. The container is a really genuine and funny one providing heaps of potential space for toys and trackables.

FTF - this was our final cache find for the afternoon.
We saved it for our return trip back north towards Cairns. We took a small off-road detour and drove parallel to the highway for a few hundred metres before parking a very short uphill amble away from the cache hide.
Nice to be the first to put your name on a brand new logsheet.
Thanks bretto77 and crew for placing these caches in this series. Plenty of fun finding them.
