A nice and sunny day to go for a walk and get a few caches. I didnt know about this track, and wouldnt have thought many others aside from locals would either, so was very surprised by the amount of cars in the carpark, it was completely full. Strangely, despite all the cars, we only saw one other person on the walk, a muggle and their dog who always caught up to us just as we had replaced the cache we had just found. Zozetta found this one, another very fast find, lucky as the dog walker came round the bend just ad we had replaced it.Thanks for the cache EeePees!
Big thanks to EeePees for placing this cache! Your effort brought an extra spark of excitement to our geocaching quest. This discovery was find number 1356 for us, marking another awesome moment in our adventures. Living and traveling full-time across Australia in our Toyota Coaster, we're always on the lookout for caches to uncover. To see more of our travels, feel free to follow our journey here https://linktr.ee/SalandAnth
Thanks for the Cache EeePees,Great trail, and well used too. At home in my Victorian home town of Millgrove, we had a new track along the river opened. Of course I had a cache in position ready for the opening. It is a good source of community pride.Cache found in good condition Regards from Victourer
RoadieM and I are thoroughly enjoying our walk on this trail. The weather is a bit changeable, with blue skies and sun one minute then threatening rain the next. This was a quick find again. Thanks EeePees
tassietan was in form and had the cache in hand before I could blink. We are really enjoying the walk, with the bonus of caching on the way. Thanks for bringing us here EeePees.
Today we have headed back to Tassie mainland after a week on Bruny. Weve had a splendid time although not too many caches to find and some beyond our capabilities. Loved all the walks though. So could not pass over a 2km walk with possible 5 finds whats not to love. Enjoyed the walk and all caches found in excellent condition. TFTC
Wonderful views along this track, lovely spot looking down the river, thanks for bringing me here and of course the cache TFTC
This short trail of caches made for a nice walk this afternoon whilst caching in the area. TFTC!Cheers,The Hancock Clan
Long socks recommended - spiked by spiky plants. Jackjumper nest on the path is starting to get active as it gets warmer.TFTC
Continuing the walk today with my client, another pretty straightforward find.

Quick find but the lid wasn't on. Log is sodden and falling apart. Photo taken, will send to CO as I don't have anything with me to replace it.
YAY - we found TBT#3. Find 18 of Day 6 of our Great Tassie 2023 Caching Adventure. A very peaceful track with fabulous views. Glad this cache was out here to come and find. Found after having a lovely dinner at Oyster Cove Inn. Log signed and we were off. TFTC

A nice walk along an area i have not been before, it was a nice short walk with us chatting all the way.
Today I was out caching back in Tassie after being on the mainland last week, but it was good to be back and as a bonus I was out caching with Tassie Trekkers, Whitewebbs and the Goose, it was nice to catch up with people as we made our way down the track and later as we found a few caches together, last cache of the day was a good one being a nice event saying goodbye to EeePees family, unfortunately EeePees is staying
Thanks for the cache.

Out with Tassie Trekkers, whitewebbs and stainless-steel-rat to tick of a few finds before your BBQ event at Margate. We left my car at the boat ramp to walk around to Kettering and came back with whitewebbs in a conveniently placed car at the other end of the track. It was like a countdown to the event 3..2..1 event.
A quick find by SSR as he followed the goetrack to GZ
Thanks EeePees

While caching in the area we picked your cache up along the way with stainless-steel-rat and gooseandegg. A good walk around the point on a windy day. Great views of Bruny Island.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Superb weather and a great walk in a very picturesque are - what a enjoyable was to spend part of the day. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find of another thoughtfully hidden cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks EeePees for another enjoyable cache in a lovely area. Another favourite from us.
Out and about while the weather was looking good. We decided to venture this way to grab a few caches that have been published since our last visit to the area.
Lady membsec did the walking of the track and met many muggles and their dogs. What a lovely little track. Thanks for showing us this area. It was a nice calm day today. The cache was a quick find and all is well with the cache.

The last of the three and in full stride, the day was going well. Number three had us in reach of Trial Bay so after locating the cache, we sheltered from the rain, ate some lunch and enjoyed the surrounds. A great day out.
GPS had us looking on the wrong side of track but hint soon got us sorted. TFTC
It was essential that I found this cache. Found with the Boys. A let Boy 2 find this one.
Decided to go out for a geocaching adventure with the geokids today. Stopped by to collect this series. Another nice easy one. Had to wait for the dog walker to go past before retrieving it. TFTC
Must take something to write with!!!
Well what was a beautiful morning has completely clouded over and looks like rain.
The good thing about this cache is the view. Except for the 2 jokes. At least I can’t hear them. Doggles and it’s hoomans came past while I’m logging and another pair of muggles as I inch closer to the hide.
Like I said - must take something to write with.
Thanks for the cache EeePees!

Nice Christmas afternoon stroll in the sun. Someone had decorated the path with Christmas ornaments, and the views were nice too. Some issues dodging muggles, but all three caches found and logged.
Thanks

An early morning cache run while getting fuel before going to Bruny Island while StephLego and the kids were still asleep.
Today Porkchop6977 headed down to our neck of the woods to pick up our two new caches and a few others in the neighbourhood. Although Mr & Little Miss Nataliec1234 had a birthday party to attend and we'd already picked up most of the ones in the immediate area, Mrs Nataliec1234 figured she'd tag along for the trip south down the Channel.
We're actually semi-regular visitors to Trial Bay, it's just such a wonderful calm cove with a lovely beach to explore and there's always fun to be had at the jetty! We've had many a picnic at the tables under the pines over the years. And the walk around from the ferry terminal (and TBT#1) is quite nice too! Having a cache in the area is definitely an added bonus!
Thanks for an interesting series of caches!

Today I decided to find Nataliec1234's two new hides and hopefully a few more while I am down this neck of the woods. After finding them both I called round to NatalieC1234's for a coffee and while there she decided to go caching with me for the day. In all I found 18 caches and did some planning on another three. While NatalieC1234 did pick up five herself as they had done most in the areas before. Isn't she nice!! Mr NatalieC1234 and Princess A went to a birthday celebration so it was time for some serious catching up and caching. Both of us hadn't collected these caches EeePees but NatalieC1234 was a frequent visitor to this area with the Princess. At TBT#3 another nice container with some swag for the kiddies. All good at GZ EeePees and thanks for the three smileys and lovely wander in an area I have never been.
out and about with the RAFAS caching on a beautiful day, thanks for the stumping cache, found to easy with the coords.TFTC TNLN log dry. a nice day for caching. log dry.
After getting the Fathers Day celebrations done early we headed out for a caching run. We did the circuit down the Channel Highway and back through Huonville. A pleasant day with only a bit of drizzle. A great track to walk along. The car gpsr wanted us to catch the ferry and somehow arrive at the first cache! We ignored "her" completely and parked further along the road and enjoyed the walk to all three caches. A nice quick find. Now back to the car. TFTC
Found! We set off in between showers on a rainy day, but the rain caught us before we got to this one! A quick find. TFTC!
Hello EeePees thank you for the cache.
Well after finding the other two I continued along the track and it wasn't long before I had it in hand.
Thanks for bringing me along this track as I said before I knew of the track but hadn't walked it. That's what I love about caching

Jetty Road was once commonly referred to as Sward's Point. My great grandfather's family often had picnics at Trail Bay, so today it was nice for four descendants of these early settlers to traverse this area. Can you imagine trying to explain geocaching to them!
EeePees thank for the cache, it was a nice quick find. A favourite from us.

From this end of the trail we could see about 5 yachts in full sail. Stayed to watch for a while, found the last cache and then headed back to Kettering for food and coffee. Thanks for the cache.

*FTF* well that's a surprise!
Thanks for this series of caches EeePees.
There I was having my usual Saturday morning brunch with my eldest son, this time in the city, when I picked up my phone to check my calendar and noticed some new caches had been published. I noticed a series of three in the Kettering area along a walking track I hadn't walked before, that was dog friendly. Sounded like a nice place to take the GeoGSP for a walk that afternoon, but gave myself no chance of getting a FTF as I still had to finish brunch, then drive home to pick up the GeoGSP and then a 50k drive from my place to the parking coordinates. So I didn't rush, I checked the weather forecast to make sure I would have time to get there, complete the walk and get home again, before being hit by a downpour - all looked good.
I decided to park at Trial Bay as I know this is a great little area and had no trouble parking. I got out of the car and I checked my phone and noticed there was still no FTF logged on the three caches - I also noticed there was no phone reception here, so there still might have been possible that someone had visited but not been able to log them in the field, so I set off still not expecting to be FTF. A little way along the track I was relieved to see phone reception kick in, as I had left home without my GPSr.
The walking track was great, good views across the channel, and it was nice and warm. Approaching from Trial Bay meant this cache was the first one we came across - a quick search at GZ, the cache was found, the log unfurled and there it was - blank!. Quite surprised as out of all the active geocachers that chase FTF's in Hobart, surely I live the furthest away from these caches. The log was signed, cache returned to it's hiding place and we continued on. Oh, and by the way, what does 'TBT' stand for?
