Looked everywhere I could possibly look. Amazing view. Cant find the hint. Stop searching because of time and light going.
We searched GZ and surrounding area for about 20 minutes but couldn't locate cache. Read logs and looked under rocks, for anything resembling a cross but still no luck. By that point out legs were scratched to pieces so we decided to come back another day with long pants on !!
Spent considerable time looking using both my phone and a handheld Garmin GPS.
No joy. Couldn’t even find the hint. ??

Headed up to Caves Beach today (did the car say it was 36 degrees) to pick up more of the caches on the southern headland.
Unfortunately a few of the caches here are AWOL - but I left one or two others to make a return trip worthwhile.
Got eight out of ten attempts - could have been better, but my calendar finds are happy!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Well, I got to a spot that gave me 0 metres, but just didn't manage to spot the hint object - that shouldn't have been so hard. Should it?
Decided I wasn't going any further east, so gave it up.

It took me a long time to find this, the co-ordinates brought me to a place very close to the cache but it was still invisible. It took an approach from the other side to lay eyes on it. TFTC!
What a lovely view for a cemetery! Stunning plant life around as well.
Thank you for the cache.
Thank you for the cache.
Checked today. Cache is still there. Last DNF found part of a previously muggled cache, a part I could not find to remove.
Technically, I found the cache. But not in its entirety. Just the bottom half of the container at GZ with no log book to sign. Definately muggled, so Im wondering if #1 that we also DNFd is also muggled?
Checked today. Could only find scattered log book pages and pen. Vandals strike again. I think that makes five now.
I'm calling this found but in fact all we found was half the container. Contents were nowhere to be found. Lots of rubbish around as well. A shame
Just as I was about to give up I spotted the cross! Think a little north of your GZ, thanks.
Checked today. Still there but getting a bit overgrown by bitou. Get cross and you'll find it.
Found on a lovely sunny walk - potential to be a muggled area. Beautiful beach nearby. A bit of rubbish around nearby but otherwise sneaky but visible cache. TFTC.
What a great spot to place a friend that has departed. I was spooked a couple of times here, by some fisher people, off to check their crab pots, that i watched them do from above. No crabs though. lots of little birds round here, and i am impressed about the absence of the dreaded Bitou bush. A lot of work has gone on here, with a lot of natives flourishing, though the bitou is rearing its ugly head again. There was a very interesting gum tree along the trail to here, nice thick trunk to about 3 meters, then wind blown. Just does not belong there. Took a little while to find, but once i saw it, the name fell into place. Giving this a fav. TFTC Colleda.
A "scratch" around in the scrub and under the bitou the prize 2m from where my phone and gps wanted me to go further se. Mrs spotted the sign. Left a soldier. Tftc.
I was fussing around under the bushes and I saw the structure I was looking for.

Could've found a better track in. I ended up having to do a little bush bashing to get there. Found after a short search. TFTC
This cache is unlikely to be disturbed! Beautiful area. Has always been a favourite to visit. All in good order. Thanks Colleda
At first we were a bit surprised at having to go so far off the track, but then there was one! Unlike the previous cacher we were wearing shorts, and ended up with scratches galore! Beautiful view, and an interesting feature at the end - don't know how the CO managed to find it in the first place! A fav from us for view and CO's effort! TFTC!
Find #1310
Continuing on the trail this afternoon. Perhaps should’ve have attempted this one in shorts LOL oh well all part of the adventure! Nice view from here today and not too hot in the sun. Good day to get out for a walk.
Container in good condition. Log book dry. TFTCSL Thanks for placing colleda

Off to a good start this morning. Found the cache without too much trouble. Only a short bush bash required. TFTC
Today we are walking the area completing the Two Beaches and Ridge Fire trail series. An interesting spot with a quick find. TFTC
Nice little point, dropped off the Eureka TB so it can continue it's journey. TFTC
Wife and baby stayed on the main path while Dad and two kids went adventuring for what seemed like an eternity out here. Got way more scratched up than we needed to and bewilderingly I was probably standing next to the cache in my search more than once. Arggh! I seem to remember having trouble at this one the first time around too. TNLN TFTC
Found with my Dad and big brother on a Sunday drive/cache! FP from me.

We enjoyed a walk through here a couple of years ago, so were pleased to see the series re-release, which we'll come back for a good day walk before too long. Today we were here to fill a date-found grid square, so it was a flying visit after a kids party.
I remember faffing around here (or close-by) looking for the other one, and today we did struggle a bit. Checking the hint gave us something to hunt for, which we eventually found. TFTC colleda

Found this morning with Beary_Unicorns, just Miss Unicorn with me today. This cache was a little tricky to find, even though I had found it's previous incarnation, but we eventually had the correct GZ. TFTC Colleda, great views around this beautiful part of the coast.
Just Miss Unicorn and Banj Ward out today. Started the series but turned around after the heavy wind picked up. A great find, with a great start for a series. Thanks for the great hide colleda!!
After a phone call from Grub Fred this morning wanting to know if I'd like to join him and shaneo58 to venture out to Caves to do this series and I was in like a shot. Thought it was going to be a walk in the park well it was a walk but not quite in the park but found them all and enjoyed the hole series. Now home and resting !! Thanks colleda for putting this series together.
Find No: 7876. Headed out this morning with Mrs Grub Fred, shaneo58 & Yella Belly for this workout, managed to find them all including the bonus then, hanging for some fish & chips we called in to the takeaway at Caves Beach, wrong time of day, waited 45 minutes, now at home recovering, thanks for the cache and the series colleda!!
I have been trying to clear my 30km radius for about two years now and I had gotten it down to about 3 or 4 caches when this series popped up, So I just HAD to come and find them , I brought along my dog Duke as I didn't think there would be many muggles around today and he would be able to run around of leash for a while. I certainly didn't want to let him of leash here and more so after finding the item at GZ . The views from nearby are awesome. Thanks for the cache colleda tnln replaced as found
I have cached here quite a while ago, it was a lot bushier then. After a bit of a poke around I soon saw why this cache is so named and collected the container. Thanks colleda for a good hide away from the crowds.
DNF for this one, might have to come back. colleda.
