Missing again & so after some consideration, we have decided to archive this one. The location seems to be a target for cache theft, as surely it cannot go accidentally missing 4 times in such a relatively short cache life time.
So we sadly say goodbye to Australia on Sandpiper after just over 1 yr & 5 mths & 141 finds.

Came back to find this one after it was missing last time. Looks to be missing again.

Seems to be missing again. This was it's last chance. Replaced 3 times already. Will seriously consider archiving soon.

Loving the early finish on Fridays! Mr Curious Quest and I headed out to find a few caches. After finding a nearby cache, we came to this cache. It was quickly located and we were soon adding our names to the log. TFTC

Well, it’s been about a two year rut since I went out seeking my last cache. Today in the drizzly weather I am driving my partner around catching Pokémon (lammeee) when I cracked it and said if we are going to be gallabanting around the region I may as well be finding something real and so I downloaded the app and a quick password reset and off I went.

Second find today, another quick and easy after a DNF just up the road.

What better way to spend some time outdoors away from others than to venture out and log a few caches away form others, Today was spent exploring the canals in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

With a country wide lock down no doubt on the horizon due to COVID-19, today was probably the last opportunity I'd have to get out to find some caches. So after spending the morning doing chores (haircuts for the boys, tidying the house, stocking up on supplies), I drove over to Newport to try and find some of the caches that'd popped up over the last few months.

Nice to pick up this one after it'd gone missing the last time I was here.

Friday. A quick trip today out on the bike with Que Sera. I arrived first so had a quick look for the cache container. Spotted it very quickly with the help of the hint (this turned out to be one of the few caches that we spotted quickly as some later caches turned out rather difficult to find). Unfortunately, my pen didn’t like the surface of the log book. Luckily Que Sera’s pen worked and so we left our mark on the small log and headed off to grab some more caches.

This was the 1st of 15 caches found on this outing.

I am on holidays and can't go anywhere due to covid . I am only going grocery shopping and 1 bike ride a day. I am using hand sanitizer before and after touching the cache just to be safe . Today I met up with Mrs slow puncture and we used our social distancing . It wasn't long before we spotted this cache. Thankyou for placing this cache here for us to enjoy

M remained in the car whilst I made the quick hop over to retrieve cache.

Doing my Friday visit with mum before we are locked in our homes (or not). Nice quick find here. No hint needed.

Found this cache and a few the others of the series after picking up my car from it's service. All were quick finds although I had to wait for some muggles to pass by before going in for the search on a couple of them. TFTC.

Poor cache was not home bit it was just a roll away. Back home you go cache

Easy find

It is the start of a New Year and also an opportunity to get the first souvenir for 2020. Billy the Geopooch needed a walk and so did we, so we decided to go look for a couple of caches close to the water to get a nice sea breeze. Billy loved his walk, especially as he got to go paddle in the water while I searched for the caches. Second cache of the day and this one was a quick find. All good here, TFTC spiderwebbs4

The family and I were enjoying some New Year's fish and chips at the waterfront today, and amidst much eye rolling they all agreed to come for a detour on the way home so I could find a cache or two. I ended up finding 3 along the same road, all quick park and grabs to earn myself a souvenir and a few more smilies. Thanks for the caches spiderwebbs4

Went to the North side today to try and fill a few gaps in my Challenges so why not pick up a few others in a close area. Some tricky hides and some that I had trouble with their magnets and a few that drove me crazy trying to return their log to the cache. Thanks for taking me on a tour of the Canals.
