The nanos keep going missing. Replacing soon with different container in a new spot.
Track along fence is becoming very overgrown and not recommended for toddlers however it's not too difficult for grownups. Feel free to crush and destroy any bitou bush or lantana as you go.
Well this one was pure frustration. Tried initially to come around from the far end only to be defeated by dense lantana. Then back to the fence and a reasonably easy trail to the end of that but nothing to be found. GPSr suggested I still had 6 metres to go and there was a post there but chest height bitou and lantana stopped me cold again. So re-examined where I was carefully but no luck at all. Aaargh. On to the next
It was quite difficult to get to GZ, the path is very overgrown. Once there I was lucky to spot the tiny cache, with no lid, sitting on the ground. I moved it just a little higher to stop it from being washed away. TFTC!
Bit of a bush bash for this one! Great fun and spectacular view at the GZ. Thankyou
Searched the obvious place. Took a photo of place not in there. Checked all the other likely places. Not there. For future searchers follow the fence line from the north and can continue out but not as obvious.
Searched for hours on this one after it not being where I originally thought. Then had clarification from R2Beef2 that the cache is MIA. Unfortunate after battling all the shrubs and thorns
I really think the terrain rating can go up a few notches. That was a pretty rough walk along a neglected semi path. Suggest anyone who does this cache wear long pants and sleeves. I managed to just get my name in the log. It is full. TFTC!
Wow, a bit of 'bush bashing' required but we got there. The 9 year old was the happy finder of this little beauty.

With the weather this weekend being pretty awesome (maybe a tad cold?) we decided it was time to revisit 'The Two Beaches'. We even enlisted the help of young Pete, who came with us on our first trip here over 4 years ago, how does time fly?
We had another great day winding our way around the myriad of tracks down here, and with only one wrong turn giving us an extra wander, we did OK. We'll be back to clean off the map once the disabled caches are enabled.
We did have to backtrack for this, although afterwards found out we could have followed our noses in to it if we'd kept going. I think we made the same mistake last time? Samuel dug the smallest cache of the day out of his hidey hole. It was here we remembered we were supposed to be collecting numbers too.... whoops.... we'll grab the missed two on our next trip! TFTC....

Found today while with one of my friends, awesome cache series! Well make sure to come back for the 2 disabled ones when they are enabled!
Seeing recent logs mentioning track being overgrown I decided to make things a bit better. Went there with secateurs I borrowed off Hagrid. Spent a couple of hours attacking bitou and lantana. Should be a little easier to get through now .
OMG.had to push through for this one.next person needs to bring a machette with them
I remember this one from the last series, and i do remember that i may have had a rant about all the work that had gone on in the area, just to be left to return to its overgrown state. Its now even worse. Walking from # 6, the trail peters out, so i walked all the way around, only to find the same thing, so its in i go. Came out of this very wet, and scratched, but another smiley earned. There is only one place it could be really. TFTC Colleda.
Hmmm... Did we come the wrong way? How do we get in there? Time to backtrack gang. Lets try down this way. This looks like it. Ouch... I here from behind. I must say i had a bit of a chuckle with an I told you so moment. That's why I wear long pants. TFTC
Up this way so after work headed out for a few caches. Int he areas to collect a few puzzles that appeared to be further away than what we thought and ended up going past a number of trads on the way. So good views along the way and a number of different hides too. We noted the clues in part of the series and generally didn't have too many issues making the various finds along the way. We signed the logs and re hid. TFTC
TFTC!
Found on the ground... put back where thought it would have originally been

A little to-ing and fro-ing for this one, looking for an easy way in. Eventually found the overgrown track to get here. Saltbush and lantana have certainly taken advantage of the recent wet weather! Lots of scratches, and a tick. The terrain rating in the description seems under-estimated at this stage. Cache still in good order, and log came out without tweezers. TFTC!
Track is very overgrown. Have not been down here for some time. Cache still in situ in good condition. TFTC
Today we are walking the area completing the Two Beaches and Ridge Fire trail series. The cache was found after a short search in this now overgrown part of the trail. TFTC
I got up nice and early to find these caches before the heat struck. I had found the first four a couple weeks before, but couldn't find my notepad with my numbers for the bonus cache, so I had to find them again.
And another quick and easy find, thanks to accurate coordinates.
The bras hanging on the railing last time I was here are now gone, it was just a bit creepy to stumble upon them last time.
TFTC, and thanks for bringing me back to this extremely beautiful part of our beautiful country.

The way we came into this was not T2! Ha ha ha I’m so scratched up now. The path along the rail was definitely better on the way out. TNLN TFTC
After a phone call from Grub Fred this morning wanting to know if I'd like to join him and shaneo58 to venture out to Caves to do this series and I was in like a shot. Thought it was going to be a walk in the park well it was a walk but not quite in the park but found them all and enjoyed the hole series. Now home and resting !! Thanks colleda for putting this series together.
Find No: 7881. Headed out this morning with Mrs Grub Fred, shaneo58 & Yella Belly for this workout, managed to find them all including the bonus then, hanging for some fish & chips we called in to the takeaway at Caves Beach, wrong time of day, waited 45 minutes, now at home recovering, thanks for the cache and the series colleda!!
I got a bit scratched up while we were heading for this one, something along the overgrown path got a hold of me. Quick find at GZ

I have been trying to clear my 30km radius for about two years now and I had gotten it down to about 3 or 4 caches when this series popped up, So I just HAD to come and find them , I brought along my dog Duke as I didn't think there would be many muggles around today and he would be able to run around of leash for a while.
Well I walked past the area for this cache and realised I had somehow missed it and number 6, I will blame a number of factors on my mistakes and say that Duke is very strong and prefers to be of leash and there were a lot of muggles walking today. So I found this cache making it my last for the day. I will return for the others another day minus Duke. Thanks for the cache colleda tnln replaced as found sl

I have definitely cached here before, but I don't remember this much bush, it is getting really overgrown and probably a place to avoid on a really hot day in summer. At GZ there were only a few options and I chanced on the container the second place I searched, this one could be quite difficult. Thanks for a good hide, although not much of a view here!
I was a bit puzzled by this one, but it all turned out right in the end after a think and a walk about. Ta.
*FTF* Found on a nice spring day, started cool and overcast but turned out warming up, doing some new caches around Swansea area, Tried to do the two beaches in the number order, but needed to come back for number 2. Looked at the places as per hint and found it Log signed and caches replaced as found. Thanks For The Cache colleda
