Following the other unsuccessful attempts no luck in finding it. Even looked around the surrounding trees but to no avail
Just because we all can't find it, doesn't mean its not there. At least my dnf to find ratio is a lot better these days.
Found after the Everest races. Im sure I looked odd looking amongst the trees with my fascinator on. Tftc!
Out in Centennial Park to clear some unfound caches. This had nice camo and easy find. TFTC!
I decided I'd have a ride on the new Light Rail while I was in the city today, and opted to take the Randwick line rather than the Kingsford one because I spotted a virtual at Randwick.
I made a quick stop here to grab a smiley on the way back to the city ... it's great that it's only 10 minutes until another tram comes along. Thanks for making the return trip a little more interesting.

Took the tram to the nearby stop, and walked back to this cache. It did not take long to find, especially as it was 'hidden' with its least camouflaged side out.
We think the D/T rating might be a bit high on this one.

Been here many times before but didn't know there was a cache immediate find at GZ.
A quick and easy find on my way to a conference at the racetrack. I love the camo on the cache.

Found after a DND of the Centennial park multi cache - helped sooth our bruised egos TFTC!
Found after a walk around centennial park. Great camo and nice location. Deserves an FP for the creative camo. Thanks EverestHigh
very nice hide. I started my walk through this beautiful park at Royal Randwick station. TFTC
Found on an evening walk after work. Enjoying exploring Sydney on visit from Tas. Thanks
I found this one and then our spider crawled out onto my hand and I dropped everything on the ground it was really fun there’s a bit of a challenge is yeah I really like it
My third visit to this one. Some hints from a previous log helped me make the find. I was having a tough time sending a PAF message to the CO, so spent the time looking and found it very quickly. I think I understand why it was difficult to see two+ years ago. TFTC
TFTC,
An interesting camo.
I tried one of these at the end of the line a few years ago and didn't like that location.
I am here today to build my finds per day to at lease 10. This is a part of an ongoing personal challenge set for me by another cacher. I only needed 3 but with the Walk In The Park Adventure Lab to get the Bonus, I have added 8 today.
Visited trackables.

After completing an AL nearby, came to read the paper, but had to move onto the next newspaper, then Wazza9 made a quick find, stamped log and replaced. Thanks to EverestHigh
Lovey hide. Camo might need a bit of a touchup but otherwise in good condition. TFTC!
A long hint to get the information I needed. But it was obvious once at GZ.
TFTC.
TFTC.
In this area for the community event today, was nice to put some faces to geocaching names. Quick fine in a fairly quiet time with no-one about. Nice work on the camo.

Today, prior to Brewmaker's event I walked over to Tram Stop #10. Once I saw the cache hide, I understood the hint. Very nicely camouflaged. TFTC!

Continuing our walk and we had this area all to ourselves. how did i miss this one on a previous hunt?!?! Nice hide and container / and we even saw a turtle on our walk!
Very pleasant day to be out for a walk, nice GZ with no muggles and not that many options for a cache.
Crafty container quickly unveiled, nice to see a cache with a bit extra

PPE and I, masquerading as the Randwick Raiders, headed south to make up for lost lockdown time, This one was nicely hidden, but the regular shape made for a quick find. Thanks EverestHigh.
To help stop the spread of Covid-19, the NSW Government has ordered everybody to stay at home unless you are: shopping for essentials, receiving medical care, exercising or travelling to work or education.
While some people would regard going geocaching as a form of exercise, it is my personal opinion that this activity is a non-essential one, perhaps involving unnecessary travel and therefore should not be undertaken during this time of crisis.
Who knows how long this current lockdown will last! Right now, every one of us has an important part to play in helping to keep our families, friends and the wider community safe in the fight against the spread of Covid-19, by staying home.
As a result of the health authority’s directive, I have decided to disable this cache and respectfully request that no person seek out and claim a find whilst this cache is disabled.
Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to bringing my caches back into play as soon as the health crisis abates.

A very clever placement and camouflage here. We enjoyed our Covid exercise at Centennial Park this afternoon along with many others. Dogs but no horses today! SL TFTC Cheers… Gaztek
A very nice cache camo. A quick find thanks to the cache being left with part of the lid exposed. Returned with exposed portion turned away. TFTC
Found this just after 4pm while walking around centennial park after a day of study. Tried this one a few months ago when it was missing, and haven’t had the opportunity to come back for a second attempt until today. It was a quiet part of the day and upon arrival, the cache was soon spotted, signed and replaced without any issues.
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
Very clever cache. Got to GZ and understood the clue. I stepped back and noticed something oddly shaped and yes it was the cache.
Tftc! Took a bit of time but found and logged shortly after. Very excited to find it!
What a perfect spot! This tree has so many places to hide something, which we got fooled by last time. It’s great camo, just given away by a little speckle of colour from underneath. Angle of last pic was quite helpful too. TFTC!
Back to convert this one to a smilie face, and find it we did! Love the camouflage on the container. The cache was in good condition. Signed and replace with no problems. By coincidence I picked up the 'Mt Everest' wonder of the modern world - TFTC everest high!
GZ is good, but had to poke around for a while. Cache container just fits so well, hard to even get out. And then the natural camo is so camouflaged. Very well done. TFTC
Came back a second day in a row and finally found it, trickiest one for us yet ! Great camo
Didn’t find after spending 45 mins looking. Could anyone give me another hint ? Looking to go back tomrrow
i was stoked to see this reappear after the recent muggling and was hoping for an easy find... i think i jinxed myself. after finding the right paper to read and what i thought would be a fantastic hiding spot, i came up empty handed. not having much luck with the harder ones in this series.
Cache container has been replaced. Please replace as found, with natural camo to conceal it. Cache on!
I am making a new container and will have it back in place soon. Thanks for your patience.
Having read the log I knew I needed to look more carefully than the obvious spots, but this one has stumped me for now. Reading between the lines, the hint made sense, but no cache. I'll be back...
like #3 in the series i suspect this one can only be seen from a certain angle. no luck for me here but i often cycle around the park so i'll try again another time.
Out with the family for an afternoon walk for fresh air and shake the cobwebs out. we ended up nearby to here so decided to make the detour. We spent a while looking but had no luck, even with a read if all the comments. We’ll try again next time.
Great camo. As i walked past the pond from the tram stop I saw some huge fish. There are heaps of them swimming around. TFTC
#7073 (2 of 2 today)
Got a pleasant surprise in my inbox today. As a result, I ended up heading for the Centennial Park area today - and of course grabbed a few caches while I was there.
Ended up going for two of **EverestHigh's** *SELR* series after a short walk from a useful parking spot inside the park.
And of course maintained plenty of social distancing - except for one very friendly dog...
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Hmmm, can see no rhyme or reason for the series numbering - must be placement date. So having walked from *#20* to *#10* I started the search.
Almost as soon as I started two pint sized muggles showed up. Followed a minute or so later by their progenitor.
So waited them out and resumed the search.
A few spots looked like thay could have held the cache, but they were empty. I was slightly worried that this one had gone AWOL.
Then I spotted something out of the ordinary.
Gotcha.
Nicely done.
Completed signing duties and replaced, then time to head home.

Original plan was to ride the SELR to visit the caches in this series. After studying the timetable and time between stops and factoring in getting to/from the cache, decided it would be faster to take the cross-bike out for a roll around. So the visit order ended up being:
1-2-3-4-5-6-11 by bike; then took the light rail to 20 and finishing 10-9-8-7 by bike.
Congratulations on an excellent series, EH. And being fully operational before the SELR!

Today I went searching for caches in the Randwick/UNSW area and this was the second of the day. The camo was excellent!
There was a group of workers nearby so I had to be careful. Thanks for this series.

Had to look carefully for this one as the camo is excellent. Thanks EverestHigh for placing this one. Still not sure about the hint but the location is accurate.
EverestHigh I found your cache SELR Tram Stop #10 - Royal Randwick on 5/2/20, 1:00 pm. This is my find 2501 and find # 2 today. A quick and easy find, great camouflage. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Great camo! Well done.
Had a great time collecting these caches with the cache owner. Great tour of the city.
Thanks for the hide and the fun.

I didn't take the team today, but instead walked all over the place, finding caches in a random string of waypoints, marking my path on the map.
I crossed over the field and up to the road. I saw a few trees that may have been host to this cache, buy I wasn't confident in my coordinates to narrow down which one. I checked one, then the other, I just didn't see it. I read the clue and thought it was very clever. I searched again and then found the well hidden container.
I skipped the tram and continued down the line to the next cache nearby, looking out over the ponds at the wildlife the was on it.
Thanks for the find.
