My second attempt at this local one. Easy find, kicking myself for missing it before! Lol. Tftc!
Yes! This haunted me for ages. I added a new log as it was full. Left old log there for owner.
Didn't expect to find myself here this evening, but here I am. An unexpected opportunity to make a find.Cheers
Found during a stay at the Royal with one of the GeoKids. TGTC and the distraction!
Arrived in Randwick for a medical appointment and with quite some time to kill decided to target a few caches. Took us a while to figure out how to access the cache but once we found the way in it was very simple. Sorry I couldn't replace the log sheet but managed a scrawl in a tiny blank spot. TFTC
Coming by for an appointment and decided to cache when I arrived early. Log is full!TFTC
A quick retrieve once at GZ, nice and rainy gave a good excuse to hang around seeking shelter!
Thanks CO for the cache!Log book is nearly full, will need a replacement very soon.Nice to go back to where my first child was born and show her!
Easily spotted on approach; took what I believe was the last spot in the log though
TFTCEH!

Did not have a pen so photo attached. Took a little while to find the right level. Tftc
Went out to Randwick on ANZAC Day to find some caches. The hardest thing was to find somewhere to park the car.
After having found a 3P spot in a nearby road, we walked to this cache. At first we thought it should be difficult due to muggles, but then we looked at a likely place and immediately found the cache.

#3219 Final of seven finds while playing on the Light Rail in the Eastern Suburbs. Quick find after a short search. TFTC
Business trip in Sydney - took the opportunity to find some caches and took a long walk to find a bunch of the SELR series and others
Spent quite a while here as I was looking in the wrong spot
2130hrs seems a bit shady to be looking around with a torch, especially in front of police cars parked close by… nothing suss!!

Oh dear, we approached this from the wrong direction and had to extend our walk to get this one.

A short walk after lunch for this excellent hide for introducing/demonstrating geocaching to a friend.

Find 614 for the tribe.
One too many hospital caches for the tribe lately. Last time we came here there were too many muggles about but today the coast was clear so we made a quick fins.
So thankful for our public health services, and thankful for the cache here today.

Back in town visiting our kid who is studying at UNSW, and clearing up some of the caches I didn’t look for back in February when I was last here. Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining caches for us to find.
I chose the right level here and spotted the cache pretty quickly. No one around and I signed and replaced and was soon on my way. Luckily very little emergency service activity.

Was a bit elusive at first, sat down to read some previous logs, as I got up to leave spotted the cache hiding behind me. Find #145 @11.55am.

Grabbed this one on my early morning cycle to Randwick. No worries with the bike here, could actually have a breather while signing the log. All in great condition. Thanks for placing this cache EverestHigh #1426
That took way too long! Saw a helicopter on the way from ‘Blossoms of the East’. Don’t go to very bottom floor!
Decided to do this cache after dropping off a few old books at our closest neighbourhood library. Was a quick find here. Tftc!
No helos here today. Approached from a different angle but managed to retrieve the cache. Surprisingly not many muggles around. Cache and logbook are dry. NO room for SWAPS or drops. SL TFTH TFTH. Replaced cache as found ready for the next adventurer.
Found while taking the GeoBaby for a checkup. I would say it was in the second most obvious spot. Brushed the spiderwebs away at the same time. TFTC!
Lockdown is lifted. Think of our amazing Essential Care Workers in the buildings around you. Please cache responsibly. Enjoy the freedom!
To help stop the spread of Covid-19, the NSW Government has ordered everybody to stay at home unless you are: shopping for essentials, receiving medical care, exercising or travelling to work or education.
While some people would regard going geocaching as a form of exercise, it is my personal opinion that this activity is a non-essential one, perhaps involving unnecessary travel and therefore should not be undertaken during this time of crisis.
Who knows how long this current lockdown will last! Right now, every one of us has an important part to play in helping to keep our families, friends and the wider community safe in the fight against the spread of Covid-19, by staying home.
As a result of the health authority’s directive, I have decided to disable this cache and respectfully request that no person seek out and claim a find whilst this cache is disabled.
Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to bringing my caches back into play as soon as the health crisis abates.

Looking in the wrong spot for too long .. easy once we realised where else it could be
I looked and I looked. Sat down in frustration. Turned my head to look around, and there it is! TFTC!
A quick and easy find after taking GGCoconut for an appointment at PoWPH. Tftc Ev!
I was in Sydney for work.. My plan was for lots of caching after work, but soooo much rain. But this morning was good and so I woke at 6am and took an Uber East... Then walked and cached my way to the office. This was an area I had not cached before so came for a couple of random caches.
My Uber driver took me hear. I figure he thought I was a medical student or something, as he probed why I was coming here. Just visiting I said and wanted a walk to the office after.
At GZ, plenty of possible spots.. it was just 7am and so little muggle traffic. Looked at this and that and bingo. Spotted it and signed.
Thanks to EverestHigh for the cache and the fun.

A quick find with Regxna, while out ticking off some nearby unfound caches. All was in good condition, we just had to wait a minute or two for the coast to clear before going in for the grab.

Saw this one a few times on my way to walk, but it was never a good time to stop and grab it. Today finally got a chance with Anominous Sign. TFTC.
Quick find here after being muggles out of the coffee shop one, returning for another look over there before shooting off to work.
I managed to stay too low, needing to walk around up to the higher elevation, thanks for the series so far EV

Quick find after entering GZ just after a helicopter landed. Used to watch them land and do their thing when I worked here TFTC
Today I went searching for caches in the Randwick/UNSW area and this was the last of the day.
Thanks for this series.
Thanks for this series.
#6970 (4 of 5 today)
Too many days lately where I've grabbed just the one - and not close to home, either.
The Eastern Suburbs still have a number of caches I haven't found. But a number of them are puzzles.
So I decided to look at some of the more interesting ones - mostly **Lonely Rooster's** - and solved a few. HUZZAH!
While out today I collected information for another - for which I have now got a Geochecker Green Light - even though I initially messed up a waypoint my grabbing the wrong digit.
But somehow another I was looking to get info on I drove past oblivious. Sigh.
All in all, I grabbed five out of five. Probably could have done more in the time I had but I walked between a number of finds instead of driving - I need the exercise.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Well, I had access issues with this one - ie trying to go the wrong way. Once that was sorted out I was in a likely area and quickly spotted the hide.
Made the grab and took well away to complete signing duties. Then back for the replace and the quick withdrawal. Even though it was quiet being the weeked, there were still plenty of people around.

Out to find some caches on palindrome day with the geokids. Being a Sunday morning, it wasn't so busy, making it easy to retrieve and replace the cache. Nice hide. TFTC
Found with [@coybear2000](http://coord.info/PR9547H). We'd taken a ride on the new tram and we decided to go for a cache in Randwick. Unfortunately there were muggles at the closest cache to the end of the line, so we headed for this one. Following the description we avoided going through the car park and we stayed low, but our GPS units wouldn't settle for GZ. We decided to head through the car park and this time we got there. After a brief search we had CIH. We took the cache to a seat for signing before replacing and continuing on our way. TFTC.
In town with [@trodectus](http://coord.info/PR8JTE0) to do the light rail from Circular Quay to Randwick. Arrived after the train journey and first choice cache was a no-go due to muggles that were where our GPS's put so GZ, so this was No. 2 on our list. Walked to GZ and started searching, thinking we were too low, we went up a level and quickly found the cache after a short search. Log signed and returned. We then headed to Bondi Junction for lunch. TFTC
Having worked at this hospital previously, I knew the weekend would be when to target this one (it gets too crazy busy during the week!). Luckily at gz there were no helicopters up above, and we made a quick find TFTC
Today we headed out to Randwick on the new Light Rail (Tram), taking advantage of the cheap Sunday $2.80 per head capped Opal Card fares, to go on a cachey walk around some of the nearby suburbs. Collected caches from Randwick, Kingsford, Daceyville, and Kensington before rejoining the new tram service at the Royal Randwick Tram Stop for the journey back into the CBD. Then, after stopping off to see the David Jones animated Christmas windows and the Martin Place Christmas tree, we headed down to Circular Quay to board a Manly Ferry for the journey homeward. This was the 2nd of 11 finds for the day.
This one was next and was to be a super quick find on arrival at GZ, and no Helicopters to deal with either. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC EverestHigh.

After a morning Ocean swim at Coogee I was cycling back to the north shore and decided to make a few quick pit stops. No dramas here and a pretty speedy find. Tftc
The biggest problem here was finding the right level, after that it was an easy find.
#4581:
I needed a cache to fill today's calendar date, so combined it with a shopping trip to Randwick after work.
I approached from the wrong side initially and found I was way too far below. Once reaching the correct height, I eventually homed in on the cache. Should have trusted the coords as they are pretty accurate. TFTC.
___
This is my 348th Found Date filled in on my Calendar (Loop 1).
3rd cache found in New South Wales City Of Randwick.

This was going to be my original target before I decided to go the other direction. Wandered in and had to go past to come back. Initially was trying to high but all doors locked so kept on the original level and followed the hints and the cache was in the second spot I looked. Was too intently looking and put one boot in a pool of murky water but nothing was wet except my pride. Signed log and returned with no interference

Found with YGAT on the way to The Spot to meet up with a former work colleague for lunch. We spotted the cache from afar with, fortunately, few muggles about.
Thanks EverestHigh.
Thanks EverestHigh.
Found on a walk through the area on the way to lunch at the Four Frogs Creperie. SL TFTC
Well I made that soooooo much more difficult than it should have been.
Essential Services - how can a Prison Of War H???? be an essential service?
We shall see I thought as I drove across the city. I don't know this part of Sydney so I didn't know what to expect.
First stop, pay my SCG membership.
Second stop this cache. OK so I drove round the block - Anzac, Barker, Botany, High and back past the Uni again. That's a long way! There must be somewhere to park in this part of the town.
Found it, 498m from GZ. So I parked the geomobile and began my walk....to wherever.
After a while the metres began to drop then I saw a sign - oh that POW. Never thought of that.
Finally I was quite close, in fact only 10m away, but how do I get there?
So a bit more walking round and round, seems to be the theme of the day, and I ended up only 3m from GZ.
The cache must be somewhere there.
OK as luck of the day would have it there was a muggle sitting right at GZ playing games on his mobile. Hmmm - I haven't done so much of this round and round thing, walked so far and spent so much time not to get the cache.
Well a bit of looking at my notebook and up and down and I was able to grab the cache. Took it away to sign the log then came back to replace the cache, you just gotta check that view again!
I almost burst out laughing at how cheeky it all was, 1m from the muggle.
TFTC - another different caching experience!

Tftc. Coming here today brought back some unhappy memories for Mrs Jaybeem so she felt immediately better when she made the find.
[FTF] at 1.35pm that’s three from three today! I don’t really chase FTF’s but they still make me smile.
A true park and grab, in a car or a helicopter !
