Could not find it last year with many muggles around. Got clear instructions this time from a previous finder. Still took some time looking. Not a great place for a hide, also since there is an opportunity to hunt yourself. Anyway, tftc
In the city with family getting geos. They all already had this one but were no help as couldnt remember where it was but quickly located. TFTC
Came here today before the event in Kensington but was unable to find. These hides are meant to be convenient and easy to find. Instead, I ended up touching an unknown liquid and couldnt even find and missed the light rail. I think you should hide these caches in a more convenient location as there are many nearby. Hopefully the one at Kensington does not give me much trouble.
Nice morning to be out walking after the rain and found this park before jumping on LR. TFTC
So many muggles but fortunately very distracted by a lady doing really bad tai chi! Keep going - you will get better! Thanks wobbly lady and tftc!
A few geofinds before work. Came into the city to finish off an AL set. Nice simple geograb. TFTC EverestHigh
Cache container replaced, with fresh Log sheet in new plastic bag. Carry on Caching!
The vacation of Docla and me is coming to an end in a few days. So we have to say goodbye to Sydney and Australia. Today we just strolled through the city and ended up at the Opera (hooray, Benny was there...) and the Royal Botanic Gardens. This traditional was practically on the way. Thank you for the cache and greetings from Germany.
Had cache deja vu. Maybe we were here 2 years ago... But today found with Afrobug. tftc
In the park for a quick bite and watch the many dogs being exercised and find a cache. All dry inside. TFTC
#20652 - 11:57:18 AM; A quick overnight trip to Sydney and a chance to collect some of the newer caches around the city, which have appeared since my last visit. After leaving the geohoney at the QVB, I jumped a tram and headed south for this cache and a nearby Wherigo. Not far from the tram stop as it turned out and I soon had another in this series under my belt. Polished off the Wherigo and headed on for this one. Once at GZ the cache was soon in hand and the log signed. In good condition despite the missing lid. TFTC EverestHigh
Visiting our daughter for the week and as we were walking in the area had to get this one. Easy find. All in good condition despite lid missing. TFTC.
Thank you! A quick find on a lovely Sunday morning. Cache container is missing its lid.
Back in Sydney. Warm cloudy day, nice caches. Greetings from Finland Thank you for this cache.
We (raija485 and I) have few days to search geocaches and explore the city at the same time. As for the weather, it's really nice to be here and move around (as long it's not raining). Thanks for the cache and greetings from Finland!
**XX** MMMMMMMCMLXXXVII: Our second full day in Sydney. Headed to the central part of Sydney for some caching. Quick stop in the park. TFTC

Danke fr diesen Geocache. Danke fr die Ausarbeitung. Danke frs Zeigen.Lieber Gru aus Duisburg / DeutschlandAndyDieser Logeintrag wird mit Hilfe von Google bersetzt.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________We set off on a long journey with 37 geocachers from Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Three weeks to Australia and New Zealand, starting with a stopover in Doha, Qatar. I have never been so long and so far away from home. An exciting time. When geocaching, the focus was on many different cache types, but also special ratings, challenges and especially a few very old caches from the years 2000 and 2001. But also, of course, especially the geocaches that were easily accessible on foot from the hotel.Of course, the focus wasn't just on geocaching; the sights of the individual stations we visited also deserved attention. We entered our team name Downunder 2024 in the logbooks, saving logbook space and efficiently. It was a very special trip in a large team, which was also a lot of fun.Today we visited the areas around Sydney.Due to the large number of caches, there is usually only one standard log, for which I would like to apologize to the different owners. Thanks for this geocache. Thanks for the elaboration. Thank you for showing me.Kind regards from Duisburg / GermanyAndyThis log entry is translated with the help of Google.
We have traveled with 36 likeminded geocachers to Australia and New Zealand resulting in lots of opportunities for sightseeing and geocaching. The logbooks were mostly signed under the teamname "Team DownUnder24" and answers were sent to owners for the group, as appropriate. This has been a great trip with a multifold of new impressions and experiences.During our stay in Sydney we had also the opportunity to visit some caches. This cache was also among our finds today. Thanks for leading us here and showing and thanks for the cache.
Together with 37 Cachers, we start a journey to Australia and New Zealand via Doha.In Qatar we spent one night and had almost one full day before heading to Sydney. In Australia we visit the citys of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Cairns. In New Zealand will be Aukland, Rotorua, Wellington, Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown. To safe Logbook space, we signed the logbooks with our team-name "DownUnder24".Our Teammembers are:\_gc_, AmoebeST, AndyausDu, B@cker-1, Biggidag, Brummelbren, CacheTaucher, cooljo, Fotopinguin, Freizeit-Tina, Gazelle5111, GEO Karen, GoanToni, Hfi1, hupsi-1, karrai*, Leilah03, lenny love, Lupus54, Maxipimpf, muschel3, Ollilein, Opaundenkel, penalty96, Rheins, Simowl, sozioma, Sr. Elli, Team Zyanor, viko76, Webmasterrollerin, Whlhase, XenSuoThank you for the Cache.
Together with 36 other geocachers, the KiSt team undertook a very long trip to Australia ???? and New Zealand ???? for three weeks. On both the outward and return journeys, there was a stopover in Doha, the capital of Qatar ????.We experienced a great deal on this trip and gained many very different impressions of the two countries, their nature and their culture. Of course, the main focus was on visiting as many caches of as many different types as possible and also all accessible old cans. However, we also made sure to visit many special places of interest and to gain as comprehensive an impression as possible of nature and its flora and fauna. To save the logbooks, we usually signed in with our team name **Downunder24**. For "special" cans, however, we have not missed the opportunity to leave our nickname as well. This beautiful cache is now also one of our finds.Due to the large number of caches visited, it is unfortunately not possible for us to write an individual log for each can, which is why we would like to apologize to the owners for this collective log.We also met other cachers at some of the events and were able to share our experiences. Many thanks to the event owners!Of course we would like to thank all the owners for showing us the great locations, the sometimes tricky puzzles, exciting multis and wherigos, as well as the interesting virtuals and earth caches - TFTC!!!---In der Besetzung KiSt unternahmen wir zusammen mit 36 weiteren Geocachern fr drei Wochen eine sehr weite Reise nach Australien ???? und Neuseeland ????.

A nice quickfind just as it started to rain. There is no lid on the container, but the log was dry.
I don't know how to park my car in the city. Life is hard. But this was a nice easy cache to make me feel less bad.
Too busy at GZ, I didn't spot it from a distance so I'll guess I'll have to come back.
The Navi is crazy, but with the hint is easy to find.Quite a lot of power in the box.Once in Australia who would have thought? Not me...we are visiting our daughter in Sydney who will soon be traveling to Melbourne. We also collected a few cans on our trips.Greetings from Bobby and Maggie

my first cache find while back in Sydney for another week. gadzooks, way too close to a childrens playground for my liking.took ages too, which just heightened my sense of awkwardness. at least one muggle and their child skeddaddled before i could.signed and hightailed it away.thanks EverestHigh for showing me this random park with a geocache.
Long day for me, found and signed the log. Interest in the history of tram stops. Thanks for bringing us here
Three nights in Sydney!Day TwoWeather: warm!I cant have many SELR caches left now, but this is one of the. I think there was some sort of doggy event happening; canines galore, someoneone would throw a stick and there would be 8 dogs competing for it. Which meant no one was watching me, as I signed the log and then scampered away. The lid is becoming detached here. Thanks for the cache and the series EverestHighIts officially a mega.GCA1DNA The Great Leap ForwardAdelaide, South Australia, February 29, 2024.Wed love to have your company.
Cache is still n place. I spotted it on approach. Hope you do too, but nit is meant to be placed back to be a bit less visible. Be stealthy here please!
Two cops on horses in the park made me feel too sus to look properly for this one, although I reckon I know where it would have been.
cache 3 for the day and it took me way to long to find this but found, signed and returned TFTC
No luck finding this one. Was quite busy with muggles so I can't say that I checked every nook & cranny.
Sydney Day 6: Cockatoo Island - Ultimo - Surry Hills
The highlight of the day was to take the ferry over to Cockatoo Island to bring the partner around another one of the places I quite like in Sydney, followed by a second jaunt to the Fish Market so that she can have her lobster and I can have my oysters. After that, she was off to the Australian Museum while I made my way through Ultimo and Surry Hills to gather up a few more caches.
(end of the cut and paste bit)
Popped by to Surry Hills to clear off the ALs in the area, and this one was the first on the list. It was a quick hop down the park to the GZ, where I had the wrong idea about the host initially. Once I widened my scope a little, the cache was found in another obvious host and logged. It’s a tad too close to the playground for my liking, so I skedaddled from there quickly. TFTC!

Caught the train into the city today for a bit of an outing. Started off by checking out what's changed in Darling Harbour followed by a geo-walk through the CBD and then, just for the fun of it, a ride on the Light Rail
Made a stop at Surrey Hills when I saw a cache come up on my geo-map, and it was a pretty straightforward find. Cache is in OK condition but without a lid.
Thanks for the hide Everest High.

Started the cachingday with an old one and then back to the city again for a sunny cache walk and some sightseeing. Thank you for the cache!
Racked up a few kilometres of walking around Sydney today. I was pleasantly surprised by my find/success rate, which can easily be attributed to clear and descriptive hints. Thanks to all Cache Owners for their contribution to our recreational activity!

not flying out till tonight so we have time to collect a couple of local ones before we head to airport
well we thought we had finished for this trip but there was only one wp of a lab left and it is out here
we have an extra couple of hours and have to change bus/train anyways
so a quick walk down the hill to find our lab wp and it would be just rude to walk past this when we are 12m away
nice quick find
