I was meeting up with a hiking group just around the corner.
While I waited for them to turn up, I popped down the lane and found this one.
Thanks for the cache, kapqueen

Found 29/3/23 @ 1749h. Nice easy cache. Needs new log book. Thanks for placing.
Randomly decided to give this a go and this was the first one we found! Thanks for the mini adventure
An easy find while spending the day in Kapunda with the grandkids. Visited the Pines, the playground and the duck pond.
A big long weekend with the JAMS Crew (JJ52, allister w(me), mogni, Sir Spectre and tallbikestan). We road from Riverton to Stanley Flat on day 1. Then more riding near Spalding on day 2. Then finished the weekend with finding caches around the area in the car. TFTC
A return visit to Clare was planned for the long weekend with the JAMS crew plus tallbikestan to find a lot of the caches that we didn't get to on our last visit along with the Rattler, Riesling and NE trails as well as the Mid North Channel Country trail. [^]
We had three very full days with perfect weather for caching, lots of bike riding, lots of walking and lots of driving along dirt tracks. We were lucky it had not recently been wet as some of the roads we drove on would not have been passable if wet. Loved the scenery at this time of year with everything looking very green as well as the bright yellow of the canola crops.
A fun weekend of caching, lots of caches found and lots of cool places visited.
Thanks for the cache kapqueen.

The JAMS crew went on an October long weekend adventure back to Clare. We brought Tallbikestan along as we were targetting the bike tracks and he is the best rider amongst us. Allister W and sir_spectre we the other main riders, with JJ52 and I the support crew and walkers. A huge weekend of fun and adventure was had by all, until I made SS sick with my cold....oops.
Thanks to all those who have kept not just the bike tracks but all the other caches alive for us to find.
All caches signed as JAMS.
Thanks to kapqueen from mogni

quick find. lots of ducks
The JAMS team ( JJ52,Allister w, Mogni, and sir_spectre minus mitchell&hound ) but Tallbikestan was with us instead and we where out for there usually monthly caching adventure. This time it was over the october long weekend instead of the usual day trip. The taget this time was Drop into the Light a long ladder cache on the way to clare and then to clear the Rattler trail, Riesling Trail, Ne Trail saturday on the bikes and then sunday do the Mid North Channel Country bike trail. Monday on the return home was to get Peter's view a 2001 cache. Of course there was many, many other's found on route to the various target for the weekend, somewhere around 260 found by the team. It could have been more but we were not going at a flat out pace, just steady and getting a blow out on the bike 1.6 km's from the end of the Mid North Channel Country bike trail didn't help. I didn't see any snakes this trip but allister did, he saw 5. The caches this trip where written in as JAMS, i forgot the stamps. Also 1 cache was placed by the JAMS team this trip. Out of all the bike tracks i preferred the Rattler /Riesling trail. I like riding through the very rich ( after all the recent rains ) fields of yellow flowers.

Another lovely day to be caching the area. Found out and about with Symonds6 and Shandyk. Signed log as GuShS6. TFTC.
Out with iluvtrekking on a beautiful winters day- quite the opposite of yesterday. Love these rural hides - our preferred caching. Thanks for the hide kapqueen.
Another cache found with richlink on our 2022 South Australian Adventure.
A beautiful day to be out and about today in the countryside. TFTC

A nice quick find while staying in Kapunda. Thank you kapqueen for placing the cache.
What a beautiful day it has been. Bought pastries from the bakery and came down to the park to eat lunch. Well blow me down. There's a cache over there. Might as well find it and add another to our tally. Made some duck noises to let the local population know that we are friendlies and not there to steal their eggs. Soon had cache in hand.

Yay. Found it. Mum lives at kapunda and we were on our way back from YP and needed to drop off some garfish that sea eagle caught. Forgot to use their facilities and stopped here in shade and thought I may as well dip in a TB picked up at corny point for some kilometres. Love it here. So glad the pond was finally repaired. Many thanks for the smiley!
After finally completing my DT grid, after just 9 years !? What’s my next focus ? With a few outstanding signed challenges (500 puzzles-grrr, 50 large caches and flashlight required) I’m working my way on these between the City, Kapunda and Port Hughes. Letterboxes too along the way.
Thank you for placing it for us to find. Thank you for contributing to the geo map and maintaining when needed. All the best for the festive season and fingers crossed we can all enjoy 2022. TFTC

Thanks kapqueen for this cache and the ongoing maintenance. I crossed the creek and didnt get wet, found the cache a few metres from where GZ wanted me, and the cache was in good condition. Nice location.
Converting a DNF here. My memory is dodgy, but I’m pretty sure the cache was not in the spot it is today when I was last here. A very quick find this time around. Thanks kapqueen.
Full time nomads since 2014. Still tootling around the country trying to avoid Covid hotspots.
Back in SA for harvest work. Moving today to our harvest site of Ardrossan. greabbed a few caches in Kapunda before lunch at Port Wakefield.

Today we headed up to Kapunda for lunch at the Sir John Franklin Hotel to help celebrate an 85th birthday. So as well as a pint of Pale, a handful of caches were found, including this one. TFTC
Nice day for a cache, but then when is it not! Easy find, great park with toilets. TFTC
Time for another Friday Frolic for some members of the Befuddled Puzzle Solving Group. We gathered at the Rat Nest and myself, Blackadders and S.A. Sewer Rats headed out for a day of caching in and around Kapunda. Except for one cache that is currently off line we managed to find all we looked for. As usual there were a few laughs, a picnic lunch and these are the caches we found [B)]
No ducks or geese up here with the cache but plenty of them down at the lake. A quick find for me today.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers from over fifty to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
***Thanks kapqueen for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***
