Seems time to farewell this one prompted by the reviewer even though last find was only 6 wks ago.So after 4yrs & 5mths with 212 Finds, 33 DNFs, 2-3 maintenance replacements & 1 Favourite Point, it's goodbye to this one on Shearwater Canal.Thanks to all those who took the time to visit.??

On completion of the nearby event and prior to heading back down the coast, I decided to pick up a couple of caches with GayeNT. Good hint made for a quick find here, but beware of the huge black ants nesting nearby.Thank you, spiderwebbs4, for placing this cache for our benefit and enjoyment

My GPS had me 11m out so I followed my geosense and found the prize. Back in its cave. Tftc
DNF only had a few seconds if we had a few more minutes confident I would get a result
Found 11:08 1/8/2023. Saw some very colorful bugs on the tree at GZ. Thank you spiderwebbs4 for the cache and bringing me to this location.
Probably too long of a search for an easy find, the navigation put me off. Feels good finding it.
Found on our trip around the big island - hint was very important aas GPS took me 6 metres from GZ

Out with Peppa for a play day caching in the area, we are collecting caches for a Challenge or three. Next cache along this road and after sussing out a few likely hides, Peppa found the cache. SL then returned as found with a bit of natures camo.

Upon advice from a recent finder that it is most likely still there, I will re-enable & continue keeping a watch.
Noting this recent geocache disable, I am fairly confident that the geocache is still there, and just hidden very well by natural camouflage.
Given the number of recent DNFs and the amount of time that I spent looking for it, I would say that this one needs some owner maintenance or archiving.
