Today out and about on 265 of 274 days to get my daily cacher Emerald Using my Garmin Etrex 22X, Garmin Montana 700 and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cacheTFTC
Came to visit the Clovie and realised we had got our start times wrong. With a whole hour at our disposal, we looked and successfully navigated our first multi. TFTC.
Doing a little shopping at the mall, so found a few geocaches on the way back home.No problems finding the required information, and of course, the find was in the opposite direction. Oh well. no problems with the find.TFTC.
After we made our calculations for GZ we were surprised to see a spot on the map with no apparent obvious hiding spot. We probably made a mistake somewhere but ended up close enough to be able to find the cache after we expanded our search radius. A very familiar container hiding the log TNLNSL TFTC
Found it! Decided to grab a few caches on the way home from work today. Had this one solved from home, stopped by and made a quick find. TFTC!
Found while touring around a few of the NE suburbs today. A nice multi, cheers.Find #6391 on 18 Dec 2023.TFTC earthlight!SAs Leap Year Event - GCA1DNA - Feb 29th, 2024. Keep the date free!
Obtained the necessary information, crunched the numbers and made an easy find.

First multi cache found. Got the hang of it now. Thanks for breaking me in.
The Tuesday Trekking for members of the Befuddled Puzzle Solving group came around quickly and as usual the group set off in search of solved puzzles and anything else coming into view. I picked up S.A. Sewer Rat from the rat's nest, then on to Blackadders den where we jumped into the Viper Mobile. [^] The it was off towards the Golden Northeast suburbs for a wander. Not all of us required every cache so here are the caches I was able to put my name in the log.
A quick find whilst passing by.
***Thanks earthlight for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

Today I went to Modbury Heights for business, so I tried some caches near there. Luckily, I found all five caches I tried.
This was the second find for today. Also the only multi cache I tried today.
At listed location, information has been noted. After a quick calculation, I got the final co-ords.
At final location, cache has been found easily, with no need to reveal hint.
Signed the log, and placed the cache back. Covered it well.
Thanks for the sample multi cache, earthlight.

Out for a Tueday exploration with Mattycat in the big smoke, collected the required information before heading to GZ for a straight forward find by torchlight

Data collection was straightforward and we soon had coordinates consistent with the checksums. Then it was a short walk to GZ where accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks earthlight for the cache.
Took a few goes to get the right numbers then quick find. Hoping this gets us to the top of Everest. Thanx
Logging my find on this cache as I was present when it was placed.

My wife and I were making our way to the airport to fly home after a cracking holiday in the Barossa. Of course there is always time for one last cache before you leave and we stopped in.
There was some sort of community food/clothes event going on across the road and originally Mrs Woodyrothwell seemed keen on one last shop before we left. That was until a few vans pulled up with left over food and we were just happy to see the local community banding together. tftc

Found at 17:14 with Shonkylogic after another cache nearby. Spotted the hide from 20 metres.
Uni and Medusa and I were in the area this afternoon after a 800km drive from Port Lincoln . Well we weren't going to drive 800kms back without finding one more cache that happened to be close by, i.e. this one.
Can't say I've noticed this church before, but I tend not to notice churches at the best of times unless there is Used2B cache attached.
Found the final, and the almost new logbook and our names are now safely scribed for a smiley on American Independence Day. Thanks earthlight.

I returned today with coordinates that looked reasonable and made a quick find.
Cache is in great condition.

Attempted this one late on a Monday afternoon. The carpark was deserted until I started to move to GZ. Then it became busy and one of the cars stopped in the nearby roadway. I was expecting to be busted and wondered what story I should invent. No - the car was left there as the occupant started spraying weeds and I was ignored. Off to find the cache and sign the log. Cunning way to hide a hiding spot!!
Thanks for the fun cache,

found with mogni, after the World Vegan Day event. I needed multi on a calendar day and this one was the closest to the event, even if it was the wrong direction for heading back to the city or even the wrong direction to the next cache. Quick solve of the co ords and a quick find at the final.
Having attended a breakfast event sir_spectre we went the long way home grabbing a few caches along the way. Quickly grabbed info and then off to make a quick find.
Thanks
Thanks
Geo Mum worked out the coords and together with geo daughter, found the cache! Thanks for the hide!
I had some trouble with this one as I had no idea what info I was looking for. I would say it’s grey not dark green. I soon worked out what I was looking for and had some co ords off I went to GZ where a quick find was had.
Today I went out for an afternoon drive collecting a few caches here and here will no real plan on what to find. I made my way from the city to the north eastern suburbs before heading home. 20 caches ticked off for the day.

Father’s Day upon us once again, Magic [8] and Team Honda traditionally spend the morning grabbing little Yellow Faces.
Well that’s what we usually do, sadly 11 Blue Faces today with 4 Yellow Faces, what a disaster.
Thanks to all Co’s for the interesting day of searching.

I predate even the skating rink; pretty sure this was all vineyards when we first moved to Modbury in 1970.
For me, “Clovie” will always mean the nearby Clovercrest Hotel, where I worked part time in my uni days.
WP1 for this one is a bit of a nightmare at the moment with the road being prepped for resurfacing, but GZ is all good, and the log is nice and dry.
Thanks, Earthlight.

Due to the current corona virus threat am requesting cachers use protection by using gloves or hand sanitizer to protect themselves and others. Stay safe everyone
A nice warm evening and what better way to enjoy a warmer night than a bit of caching with a Rat. Very few muggles so we could search in peace.
A quick gather of the info required at the given starting point, a few calculations and the final co ordinates in hand we approached GZ to see the obvious. Signed and replaced. TFTC

This is a very modern church. The thing with these is that a sign writer did the work so we could sit in air conditioned comfort and do the maths. None of this creep up and squint at faded 100 yo sandstone acid rain effected inscription.
Thanks earthlight and clear skies from TeamAstro. ️ Cache the planet!
The modern churches are slightly different to look at than the old churches. The numbers were soon calculated and the cache located. TFTC
Found on an interesting day out with Dr Owl starting with a difficult and high terrain puzzle, passing through the area effected by the Cuddle Creek fire and ending with dinner with friends and a couple of multi caches.
These church multi's are mostly a case of stop, count, enter final into device, walk, find and sign. This one was no different.
Thanks for the cache earthlight.

Owl was ready for another caching day out and Sushilord was a willing participant. They started by cleaning out more of Owl's back yard and then headed for the hills. This was one which had sprung up while Owl wasn't paying attention, but after crunching the numbers and a short walk, the orange box was eliminated.
Found with CPwanderer and clare007.

With an event on at Norwood , Rex and I headed into town early [|)] to drop muggle partner at work so we could have the Corolla [^]
Then it was Banksia Park for a cache, then Modbury way to pick up earthlight, Windsor Gardens way to pick up LiB and off to Norwood for the event [^]
After the event a few caches were found while delivering my delightful [:X] companions back to their respective abodes[^]
TTP was the next stop for some shopping prior to picking up muggle partner [^] and heading to Grange for a FTF before finally going to Morphett Vale to get the scanner/printer to bring it back to Elizabeth [^] as I have a heap of scanning to do of old documents.
O'Sullivan Beach is between Morphett Vale and Elizabeth and so Rex had an hour of playing and chasing his ball in the water and on the beach before we all arrived home exhausted [|)]
7 caches found, an event attended for much longer than it ran[^] and 1 DNF for the day.
On the way to get LiB, earthlight suggested that I 'pull over here and go look there' [?]
I did and I found a cache too

After an early morning event then going into the city to complete a couple of new Adventure Lab caches with the CO, LíB and The X Trailers we were on our way to the CO's home so she stopped here for me to find this cache. The hide was easily spotted as I got out of the car.

After the nearby Christmas event I decided to head out and tick off some Churchy caches out this way. I had a list of 5 to visit, plus added in a church Wherigo and a trad that was at one of the Churches. A bonus multi at a random chateaux too.
Fitted everything in before I had to head back home to go out for Christmas lunch with the geohusband. A very successful morning and enjoyed visiting all the Churches.
This was my first church. Nice modern building and a nice simple multi. TFTC Earthlight.

I mis-counted on my first effort, which became fairly obvious from a distance. After returning to the start for a re-count, I got something that looked a bit better and it was off again for another short walk and a quick find at GZ.

Another nice day to seek for that which was lost.
Quickly found the writing on the wall.
The building itself isn't exactly special, but that's the point I guess.
Really the church is the people.
And the hide itself was appropriate - "on this "Petros" I will build my church" -
nicely themed. And not a mint tin so it can have a Fav point

Quite intersting how many churches are being built in 'recycled' buildings . This one certainly blends in well.
Camo on camo on camo at GZ . TNLNSL.
Many of the foundation stones on new churches are found INSIDE the buildings [8].

After getting silver on a nearby trad, had time to go home and have breakfast before this one was published. Out to the car again and off for the short drive to the listed co-ords. Soon had some co-ords that the checksum liked so back to the car for another short drive. Once at GZ it was a quick find in the first place examined.

So solved whilst waited till 5ish...
A typical modern day church setup.
Gotta wonder why such a fence is needed?
Quick find.

Saw this published this morning so a detour on the way home was in order.
Drove to the area, parked across the road as it was raining, and gathered the information. Assembled some coordinates and thankfully the checksum agreed. Then it was off to GZ where the cache was quickly found. Log stamped and returned.
It will be interesting to see where this series leads.
