This was a lovely spot, the type of cache that i enjoy most with a country view. Found on a anniversary run
Found with Jamesta18 today while doing some off the road caches, its our Anniversary weekend so we decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and find some caches This cache was our first for the day and I would have to say my favourite of the day.. We probably made this harder than it needed to be lol and even touched it a few times lol but something caught my eye, after a quick grab,I had it in hand Beautiful scenery too TFTC
Southern Autumn adventure Day 39. Mid North section of SA trip Day 10. Barossa Valley Day 2. The direction for today was Angaston. I was distracted by the markets first and then made it to Angaston. I started with a few caches around town and then hit the bike trail on my scooter to finish the caches back to where I left off the other day. The rest of the day was spent caching between Angaston, Tanunda and Nuriootpa, picking up what I was able to until I hit my daily count for this trip.
There are lots of places a cache may be in a spot like this near a huge tree like this one. I did not manage to locate the cache today, and I hope it is still there somewhere.
Thanks.

Today I have diverted to Angaston after there was an issue with Plan A. Plenty to choose from in this area.
I think I got a bit lucky here, stumbling on the find almost immediately. No koalas we’re seen. Thanks for the hide CheekySatyr.

*Another big geocaching trip to Australia with woolwood9.*
Our main focus was the "On Your Bike" Wherigo series but of course we couldn't resist many stops on the way plus other good trails!

Out for a days caching in the area, targeting a few specific caches to help complete our Day Hidden calendar and our Jasmer Calendar. Lots of great caches were found, some very creative while others had great views. This one helped in one way or the other as a target for the day. A very clever cache and a fav from us. TFTC
Left beaut Lindsay house and spending the day caching our way home. No koalas spotted today, great camo. TFTC!
What an amazing gum tree. Imagine the stories it could tell. But I didn’t see any koalas.

Another Wednesday Wandering for some members of the Befuddled Puzzle Solving Group. We gathered at the Lyndoch and myself, Blackadders and S.A. Sewer Rats headed out for a day of caching in and around the Barossa Except for 2 DNF's (Damn the list is growing again) we managed to find all we looked for. We were last moth and yet there were five new puzzles solved to look for. As usual there were a few laughs, a picnic lunch and these are the caches we found [B)]
Cache back in place, time to call in and get this off my map. A quick find once you approach from the correct direction rather than the right one!
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers from over fifty to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
***Thanks CheekySatyr for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***
Logs prepared and published through GSAK.

A friend of mine that lives nearby found a bison tube that matches the logs on the log sheet by the edge of his dam. Looks like a bird may have dropped it there.
A recent DNF alerted me to the fact that the cache has gone AWOL. Will be back up and running soon.
A day off from work and a catch up with Mattycat to check out a few caches in the Barossa, with a mixed bag of weather we managed to dodge most of the showers, another of the odd caches we had in the area and a quick drive down the road hoping to spot a koala or two but the hotel was empty. we did however find a cache

All replaced and waiting to be found.

Not if the cache is still the way it was meant to be. The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
In the Barossa, staying in Nuri with our good friends Snappy Tom Cats. HevWalker joined us for the weekend, and needed to find three caches today for her latest challenge. So it was an all girl caching trio - SnappyTom Di, HevWalker and Mrs Dunmowin
Rocked up to the Koala Hotel,( luving these back roads) and STD pounced on the cache as it fell out of it's hidey hole. Signed, and returned quickly and we were on our way. Thanks CheekySatyr

How stressful is it when you're stuck on a night shift and see a new cache come out
Made it to the morning, stuck an extra hour waiting for the next shift...
No... still no logs, so off I went.
Been down this road for a cache before.
A truly awesome specimen of tree.
And it comes with a well disguised cache

Fav for the thought gone into making the cache and for not using one of those mint tins
