On a north island roadie we decided to visit Raglan for a couple of nights.A quick park and grab.TFTC
Thanks for this cache. A nice find for our wee daughter and a really nice sculpture.
Out on a trip for a picnic with some disabled clients and one of them helped me find this cache. Found the rocks all over the place and not well hidden so we collected the rocks back up again and hopefully it is a bit more secure now. I enjoyed checking out the sculpture. Its a pity theres no explanation about its significance. Thankyou for the cache. The voodoo tramp, Team Datt and going geocaching 2017 visited this cache.
Thank you - it is quite wet & getting filled with water. If you are looking for it, it isnt the pou. And more of a size small than a micro
another quick find with flossieteacake. container an log book were in good condition. TFTC
Definitely not a leg stretch, didnt even need to leave the car to spot the cache. But another one to tick up another find
We have driven by here a couple of time this week and each time I've thought this would be somewhere a cache would be hidden! Today we parked by the road and walked up and spotted the cache easily (the end of the bottle was clearly visible from a mile away). Replaced it under its camo so that hopefully it doesn't stand out as much. Not sure what the previous cachers meant about the log, I don't remember it being at all damp.
Found lying in the open with rocks strewn around the place. Contents OK. Covered it with the rocks ready for the next visitor. TFTC
A fine Raglan morning to be out and about. Looks like a huge tangi at nearby marae. TFTC
On a caching road trip with Raglan as my target today. Both logs were full, and so I added another sheet of waterproof paper. This was my last find for the day. Thanks Mccutchan Cache Clan for another awesome cache.

Not much time for leg stretching here as the cache was quickly located and then we were off again to the next one. TFTC

We found it! This is the second time we've tried to find this one. The rocks helped us.
Quick stop on the way home from Ngaurunui beach, where Jäger had a blast. Quick and easy find. Saw the cache as I was approaching so I left it a little bit more covered than when I found it, in the same place. Thanks for the placement.
A nice quick find as we passed by.
The road was very busy today so we had to be careful turning off and then getting back on.
Interesting spot.

Day 10 of my Spring Holiday and spending a couple of days in Cambridge.
The sun is finally out today so we are heading over to Raglan for lunch and a look around.
Had a lovely lunch in the sun at the Orca Eatery and Bar before making our way up to the Ngaruni Beach Lookout. Quick stop here along the way and picked up a trackable too TFTC

I dropped a travel bug in here. Another glorious day I enjoyed the afternoon sun while geocaching Thanks for hiding this cache McCutchan Cache Clan I appreciate it.
#11,417. I am making my way to Auckland but did a detour to Raglan to pick up the two geotour caches and a few others in the vicinity. After finding one of the geotour caches I stopped here on the way back. Interesting statue. Didn't notice it on the way out. That is the advantage of placing geocaches next to landmarks. Nice quick find. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache where found. Thanks McCutchan Cache Clan for hiding your cache here.
Looking at the photo in the description there is now a new fence around this object. Luckily it seems the fence builders left your cache there as the fence is very recently constructed.
Feathertop introduced us to caching today. She sat in the car and told us where to look.
A quick break as we made our way back down to the township.
Found easily by my grandkids.
Thanks.

Out for a few days holiday . Had enough of the east coast sea so seeing if the west coast sea is the same. TFTC
4 June 2022 08:35 . Day two of the "unfinished business" road trip (picking up PWGT caches, solved puzzles, previous DNF and anything else that I fancied stopping for). An interesting sculpture. Cache 5m from coordinates now, but hint good so an easy find. TFTC.
I think the new fence may have stuffed this up. Found it tossed into the grass. Hid closest to coordinates while retaining the hint. Tftc
Left Zara resting in Hamilton and we are heading to Raglan with Toby. Yes A leg stretched. Well neded after the drive out here. Quick snag and tag. Cheers. Love this pou. Fav from me
Day 2 - Friday 21 January - Taupo to Hamilton. With lots of side trips to gather PWGTs in the Waikato including Raglan at sunset. Meant to be in Auckland tonight but run out of time. So lets get exploring!
Zara, Toby and I are on our North Island expidition for a couple of weeks. Got The Seagnoid along for the first 4 days, heading to the Auckland Mega. PWGTs and TMGTs are on the radar for this trip. Lots of driving on gravel roads and visited lots of amazing places on our 6000km road trip snagging 200+ caches along the way. Visiting Cape Reinga, Bay of Islands, Gisborne and White Rock along our journey. Another awesome trip. Thanks to all CO's.

Day 2 of the Mega trip. Taupo to Hamilton. Tried to get to Auckland but with so many diversions to the west to pick up GT caches, which are the main focus of the trip up, it just wasn't doable. As it was we got to bed in Hamilton at 11pm!
Yay! Reached Hamilton! Left Zara the camper van behind and Taybeedragon and I headed off to the coast in Toby to get some more remote GT caches.
Okay, this is not a GT cache, but we stopped here anyway. Sometimes you just gotta break those self imposed rules. Well, Taybeedragon's gotta break those self imposed rules, and the Seagnoid is stuck with tagging along. Still you gotta admit, the dragon made the right decision here, this pou is awesome. Just wish there is more in the cache description about it, but I guess the CO stopped here for exactly the same reason we stopped here.
Normally I take my bicycle and spend at least a couple of weeks on my Mega trips, but this time I went to Auckland with Taybeedragon and a campervan. And normally in that two weeks I would find a few hundred caches at about 40 per day (yes, by bike), but this time I only had 4 days and we only found 70 caches and a few labs (which are also caches). Only a few days as I am trying to save my annual leave for a trip to Seattle. Assuming that even ever happens! We mostly targeted GT caches and the occasional special. Which meant a lot of very inefficient driving (eg 20 km across Auckland for just one cache!). It also meant for some very long days

#708. The youngest of the Northwood clan was playing football in Raglan. Mr Northwood could not watch due to Level 2 restrictions, so used the time to track down a few caches.
Made a quick find, but took quite a while to extract the log! I have hopefully left it more accessible for the next successful hunter.

We have been planning a trip to Raglan for some time now to find the PWGT caches. The weather was lovely, so today was the day. We had plenty of time to explore more of Raglan, and to find a few more caches including this one. Parked up near the interesting object and soon had the cache in hand. Thanks!
And this is the last one of the day @Raglan. Quick nice find and off home to Hamilton. Thank you for hiding.
A nice quick find during a wet holiday period. Signed and replaced not before the volunteer emergncy siren went off.
Out caching at Raglan for the day with merlot58 and nette1234.
Nice quick find here and admired the Pou.

A quick park and grab during our stay in Raglan. Cache was very visible so we concealed it just a little before going on our way. TFTC
I decided to leave my snail shell behind and drive to Raglan in my cachemobile to locate and sign a couple of the PWGT's and any other cache that gets in my way.
This was one of the others. Oh, so you don't mean the photogenic one!
Cheers for the cache.

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... On the trail of further PWGT caches and anything else along our pathway.
Our iPhone gps was too slow to zero in on this hide. We ended up searching more posts than we wanted to. Thanks McCutchan Cache Clan and TFTC.

After completing our chosen PWGT caches for the day we stopped off here for this one. TFTC.
On a road trip down the west coast of the north island. Exploring and finding some geocaches along the way. TFTC.
