Quick find after a nearby cito, in good condition thanks for another cache and greetings from north Queensland youngoldfella.
Fast find even though gps is jumpy around here due to the trees. Lovely area, really enjoyed walking around it. Tftc
Exploring the park and hunting for caches. What better thing to do on a grey day? All jn good shape here. TFTC!
While at the event, my good wife walked off with a few of the girls . Signed log as team Bugaras.
A planned weekend away to Bundaberg and a visit to Gladstone to check on the property to see how far it has advanced. It all started with the usual friday afternoon traffic crawl. I had left my run a little tooo late and it was not until Gympie before it seemed to flow a little better, so many people going away.Today I got to join a few other cachers to walk around the Barolin Nature and Pastoral Reserve. There were some very good caches and a few that had us searching for longer than we liked. We even walked to a few of the outer lying caches and drove to a few others. This was a great walking area and just a simple set of trails to follow. I enjoyed our walk around today, thank you. We signed the logs as "Bugaras" to save time and space, sorry for the generic log. After our walk it was time for the local event. It was awesome to see how many people turned up for the event. I was put on BBQ duties and enjoyed the time on the grill. With the threat of rain I still managed to get out after the event and grab three nearby caches.
Travelled to the Coral Coast with RoddyC and Hatzofff to stay for a few days and find as many caches as possible. Today we cached as the BUGARAS - with GEM_54 and chamadCache located, log signed by all and replaced as found TFTC
Out caching with hatzofff and Imbunda while staying locally for a few nights. I found it while attending an event in the host park. Log signed as BUGARAS + MB and princessLog signed and cache replaced as found at 3:46 PM on June 22, 2024. TFTC, youngoldfella.
Day 4 in the Coral Coast. Caching with RoddyC Gem54 chamad and imbunda. Signing logs as BUGARAS + MB and princessTFTCache youngoldfella
Thanks for your great cache and bringing me to this great site. Cheers from Tumut NSW
Headed off down the path and soon had this one to hand. Signed the log and returned to where I found it. Thanks youngoldfella. All good with this cache.
Found this one a few times on short walks. Note left and another small toy left! Great hide.
Quick find, unfortunately the log is sopping wet so cannot sign. Have photo evidence of the find if CO requires. TFTC
Not far from home so went for a short stroll and replaced the log book and the clip seal bag and dried out the container. All good to go.
Quick find while in the area today, not too many people about. The log book was soaked and unsignable, the container lid was not on properly which allowed water to get in. I have photo evidence if the CO requires it.
I scratched around like a chook for 10minutes & gave up. Then on my way out it was on the ground about 7 metres away in full view sitting at the base of a tree.
Returned cache to true coords.

A very quick find as the cache was totally out in the open
Rehid somewhat more concealed

Hi there youngoldfella, we found your cache In among the Rocks
Day four of our Back to Bundy trip, and we’re continuing our northward sweep of caches up the coast.
We started off by heading to an Earth Cache and then took a route that was determined (mostly) by the next closest cache as determined by our GPS.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around the area and ended up finding a variety of container types, sizes and ratings.
Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: Good.
Regards
Ian & Penny

We often groan when we hear rocks, but not with this one. Not too many options and found quickly.
Our first full day in Bundaberg. We decided to head out to Bargara and see how many caches we could find along the coast and surrounds. This included 2 Adventure Labs, puzzles and traditionals. These were mixed in with great scenery and some interesting nature reserves.
Combined with the lunch we had it was another great day.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache youngoldfella.

We chose this area because of the expectant rain. Hubby looked for this cache while I did the AL near by.
This was a good way to tour the are and we found a good variety of caches some in places we had not visited before.

Today we set out to find a few caches in a cluster that we left the other day due to time constraints. With plenty of time on our hands we were able to enjoy the ambiance of the area. The name for this cache is certainly true, but you are out of sight of muggles which is also very good.

TFTC. We were in Bargara for a catch up event in this Park. We were early so we took the opportunity to locate the three caches in the park. All good with the caches and good coordinates.
After a lovely weekend on Fraser Island, thought I would continue up the coast and visit a few small towns that I've never been to before heading back home to the Gold Coast.
This one was relatively easy to find without any bother, neat hide here.

I found every set of rocks except the right one for a good while. Maybe actually trusting the coords would have been a better idea!
TFTC where everything is fine. I was surprised to discover a TB inside but I’m not 100% sure it has been set up correctly as it seems to not want me to log it. I’ll keep trying.
