Logs
We did as suggested and parked the car before walking down to start the series at #1, along with ilook4geo. The fire trail is good walking and accessing some of the caches is a little more challenging terrain, but is rated well. It is just such a pity the caches are not being maintained. Each was an interesting hide and an interesting container and we can see a lot of work and thought had been put in originally. The log here is wet and needs to be replaced. Thanks for the series go to Importunity.
Started the series at this end with goingplaces2. Only a few muggles were out today (some with dogs) but all caches were found without too much difficulty. Log wet and needs replacing. Signed - sort of. TFTC.
Found, with shaneo58, We came down with the train from Newcastle and caught a bus from Hornsby to do this series. The bus went close to #9 so this is where we started. Didn't expect this at eye level, and nearly missed it looking down, hidden by hat brim. Cache a bit damp, maybe a new o-ring required, and paper.Signed log and Cache replaced as found.**Thanks For The Cache** Importunity. This makes the 6th cache of 9 for today making a grand total of 4314 at 10:47AM on this Thursday the 11th of January in the Year 2024
Cool hide, had me fooled for quite some time until I read the hint. Turned around and it was in my face
On a T4 hunt today. Missed thi sone on the way down, but grabbed it with weary legs after completing the one at the boto. TFTC.
After completing the nearby cache decided to do this one. The hint is a lol for me which is the cache container. TFTC
Finished this fantastic series today. Unfortunately the log is soaked is previously mentioned. Gave me a little jump when I ended up spotting this one. Thanks a lot for a brilliant series!

After a couple of days of work at Sydney Olympic Park I am staying in Sydney the rest of the week at the outlaws in Pennant Hills. Remote working is fine but wanted the opportunity to explore a bit as well and this series fit the bill. A patch of bush to explore and a series of caches in a loop to collect. So I jumped in the car and eventually made it to Oxley Park.
Off the trail then back on. Eventually found my way back in - wasn’t certain what to expect here but in the end a cache like a friends at home. Log is soaked (suspect the o-ring is gone) so could not be signed.

Found with eemiaj, Mighty Minions, Team 737 and BF on a beautiful Easter Saturday morning. TFTC
Continuing along to this one with Mighty Minions, Banj5150, eemiag, lee737 and Samuel737, the impressive container was quickly spotted. Many thanks for another nice hide and the series.

We decided on a day of caching in the more rural side of Sydney for Easter Saturday, so with Mighty Minions, Banj5150, eemiaj and barefootjeff, we cached our way from Mount Colah to Kenthurst in great weather for a change, finding 20 caches and a handful of trigs, and without conceding a DNF, although we came close... A great day out, a sequel is in the works!
The 'old woman series' was first. We sort of knew what we were looking for, was just a matter of time - good coordinates us straight to it - nice..... TFTC!

After pitching an idea to meet up and do some caches around here and over near Kenthurst, Banj5150, Mighty Minions, barefootjeff, Me and my dad all met up down here at the start of this series. Nice series to wake me up after I got rudely awakened by my alarm at 5:50am.

After our plans to go caching in a different area today fell through because of the track being closed . Lee737, Samuel737 ,barefootjeff, Banj5150 , eemiaj and I met up to tackle this series and a few others around kenthurst today . I loved the theme for this series and I tried to remember it and sing the song as I went around. I def forgot a few bits but I had fun anyway . As the day went on we all seemed to take it in turns making a find, which was great .loved the creativity and how you followed the theme. Thanks for the cache Importunity tnln replaced as found sl

Having found the first of the series on March 7th, today I came back with Eagle Eyed Monkey Girl for the remaining 8 caches and a small side track to K9-Capers.
It was an enjoyable walk along the fire trail.
Number 4 was a short walk into the bush. Eagle Eyed Monkey Girl stayed behind as I disappeared between the trees. Soon the cache was spotted and I called my cache buddy to come and have a look.
Unfortunately the logsheet is damp/wet and could not be written on.
Another great cache, thanks Importunity!

#6770 I'm in Sydney for a belated Xmas get-togther with some family. After spending most of the last few days eating and floating in a pool as the temperature soared, today was a drizzly but pleasant at 20C, so it was just perfect for geocaching.
I really liked this one. Well made and hidden along this interesting path.
Thanks Importunity

OCW Sensible Shoes and Shoes Junior. We went out for a nice bushwalk today. Daddy went and looked for this one and made the grab. VERY VERY cool container, we had a very nice time looking for it and when we found it, were amazed. Signed as 'The Shoes x3' TFTC
I brought my seven and eight year old daughters along with me for this trail and we absolutely loved it. Thank you for all the hard work you put into it.
Another cracker of a container. Tempted to head down to K9 but kids keen on more of these. TNLN TFTC

Found on a warm afternoon.
Having hurt my knee the other day i didnt want to push it and go out to the K9-capers cache. This one was close enough to the road while still having a nice bush setting for me to be interested in it today.
I actually got very close to the cache before i ended up spotting it.
Thanks.

OCW The_Jugheads and geokids4&6. These are getting more and more fun as we go! I’m awarding an FP for the boldness of this hide and a wonderful, fun, kid-friendly cache series so far

This one took us a little longer to find than the rest. Being a wet shyed away from venturing into the bushes, but we weren't having much luck so eventually we did and the cache was spotted. Ku-kaw! Thanks for the cache!
Spiraled around the paths before finding GZ. Great to share this one with the Bush Bashers. TFTC.
