I was back this way today as I was picking up my husband from the airport; so beforehand I found more of the Witch’s Hat series that I had solved. It was blowing a gale so not as busy as it could have been. A quick find but the container is a bit rusty so hopefully the logbook won’t fall out if it breaks. Tftc

28-Jan-23
Park nearby and wandered over to the GZ. After a short search, the cash was in hand and the logbook was signed. TNLNSL TFTC

A quick find. Paper is damp and mouldy but could still be written on.

05-Mar-22
This was the second time for me to search for this cache and I parked close to my GZ and spent a long time struggling through trees and over large rocks without success. I called out to the CO who promptly replied with so extra information but that didn't help so I made a PAF call to Triple Turmoil who had found it earlier in the day. As it happened they were only minutes away and offered to show me the cache. They arrived and informed me that I was looking in the wrong place altogether and I followed them to the right spot and soon had the cache in hand. It appears that I had made an error when I had typed in the corrected coordinates into my GSAK and the place that I was looking was actually about 15m away on the other side of the water.

Glad to finally invert my frown. TFTC Gcoven

23-Jan-22
Finally turning this frown into a smiley. Quick find by geodaughters muggle friend of the cute cache container, we may even have a new geocaching convert!
Thanks for the puzzle & cache Gcoven

Moving on from Number 5…

This was a nice quick puzzle to resolve, even if it did throw me back to my school days…

Spotted the cache quickly, and after replacing the snap lock bag I returned everything as found… though the wheels are about to fall off my little red wagon as I hit a patch of DNFs…

Tftc…

01-Dec-21
Headed north to attend a CITO Event at Clontarf and I was a bit early so I thought I'd have another search for this one after being here on 2 previous occasions. I was with my son last time and found nothing after a long search and today I saw it as soon as I arrived at GZ so surely it was missing last time to be so easy today. Log signed and cache replaced as found. What a cute cache. TFTC

We love bike riding and caching in winter and since today was free of commitments we decided to combine the two. Thanks Gcoven for this cache and the series. Loving it.

09-May-21
Final cache for us today.... also puts us on a mini milestone of 1900 finds. We walked from Stonehenge to here. It was a beautiful day. Nobody around at gz so was easy to reach in and grab. Was not expecting the container though.

A fun day cycling around Redcliffe with Davidwazza! TFTC!

26-Apr-21
No dramas with this kind of code!
Today Mrs Tinda and I decided to go for a waterside stroll along here. Stunning conditions on this public holiday and so muggles were everywhere.
There was a camper trailer parked nearby but with no sign of life inside, the coast seemed clear.
Good coords and an interesting type of cache. All good inside so TFTC.

26-Apr-21
Today, with the forecasted nice sunny weather, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I took our bikes and travelled to the Redcliffe peninsula, and rode around the bay. We targeted the *Witch's Hat* series, making our way across the bridge, and rode around Clontarf and Woody Point. We enjoyed a fish and chips lunch break, and returned back to the car just after lunch. We had a few errands to complete during our return home, and stopped at a few final geocaches.

This was a puzzle that was logical in its solving method, and hence I didn't have too much difficulty with obtaining these coordinates.
We continued our bike ride and stopped off at this geocache. After a short search, we located the cache, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Gcoven for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

26-Apr-21
We sighted this one without any problems. Thanks gcoven

19-Apr-21
Arrived in the carpark and was surprised to see quite a few homeless people had set up camp here. Wandered over to GZ and soon found what I was looking for in the trees, unusual cache container. TFTC Gcoven Smile

06-Apr-21
After attending the Mega and knocking off the Dark Side, 65 Roses, Horses, Pac-Man, Geosaurus and I️Geo series I hunted witches and challenges today.

The rain had finally stopped and I was able to make the find on my walk. I finally remember what a find is.
Happy to be putting a big dent into the 850+ solved puzzles on my list.

Thanks Gcoven for creating and placing this for us to enjoy.

Me and night caching never seem to be a good match, so who knows why I earmarked this one for Friday and decided it’s be good to do at night!

The night part was a good idea as it was much quieter than I suspect it gets during the day and the gentle breeze was quite pleasant too. I had brought KL with me and was he a dancing monkey or I guess a lizard as he was all over the place.

The cache was located, slightly different to the hint, but I guess that serves me right to read the hint before I get there . Log signed and returned it was finally time to turn and head for home.

26-Jan-21
On my way to a local event and I had a plan to finish off the witches hat series of caches. I had started this a while ago and was looking forward to finishing them off. My caching day started bad with a DNF then a find and then another DNF. It was a little annoying as I will not be able to complete my little picture art now, oh well just means I will have to come back and grab a few other caches when I am in the area as well next time.

Thanks to the CO for placing these here, I feel for you with the amount that must go missing. I look forward to the day I can complete this series as some of the hides were in some good places. Sorry for the generic post. Of the ones I found I signed the log and they were in good condition.

27-Dec-20
Glad this one was away from the muggles. But the mozzies are a plenty even though I've already sprayed some insect repellent they were determined to find a spot. Just as I was about to give up, I saw something white and looked out of place.

Thanks for the cache and taking us here Gcoven.

06-Dec-20
This place was the only one that was not too busy this hot Sunday.
Making very slow progress on these but will get there I am sure

Thank you Gcoven for this one

I searched the area but couldn't spot the cache.

01-Nov-20
Yesterday’s blustering storm provided the perfect environment to curl up in the lounge room with my laptop, notepad and a pen! I set about solving the puzzles I hadn’t yet given my attention to and was surprised at the skills I’ve picked up this year through our little online sip and solve sessions and through a better understanding of how puzzles are crafted. Waiting for some of the heat to pass I met with Willis007 and off we went to collect some smilies on the scooters. Ahhh my nemesis FTF cache. I remember solving it quickly in the car and meeting WoodyRothwell here and joining the FTF hunt. Sadly it had gone missing and a replacement was arranged the following day but it was logged by a fortuitous GeoNayfee before I could get back down! Today the tether was in place but container missing. Knowing what and clearly where I added a replacement.

02-Oct-20
Loving my early finishes on Fridays. After picking up Mr Curious Quest, we headed off to find some caches. I have solved the witches hat series but not been in the area to find them, so we decided to make a start on them today. This one was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC

02-Oct-20
Out and about with Selva Girls to pick up some caches today. Searched for what seemed like ages for this one. TFTC

22/9/20 Find #4118
Continuing our walk in search of witches, we headed here, a spot I was fairly sure I was familiar with from a past cache. However I think that one proved quicker to find. A bit of a search here before wombles and I had the cache to hand. It certainly hides well here.
Thanks for the cache Gcoven.

22-Sep-20
I had a free day today so 1Minnemoo and I headed out here to find some puzzles.
We started at one end and then went to the other end, we only found about half of them and had a few Dnfs, but we had fun, got some sun and fresh air and 20 finds.
This one took us a while of climbing around before 1MM spotted it.

20-Sep-20
Found with Goldielover and the geohounds. This one took a bit to track down.
TFTC

19-Sep-20
With over 500 solved but unfound SEQ puzzles I decided Skyline Pigeon and I should start knocking a few of them off. We needed caches that are stroller accessible and also public transport accessible, so this series is ideal. Puzzle was easier than finding the cache. Someone passing in a car stopped to ask if I was okay...TFTC

19-Sep-20
I found this cache with Zacgyver. TFTC

10-Sep-20
Another enjoyable day with caching buddies DisSister and La Kedi. This was missing last time so it was great to be able to get back here and have success this time around. TFTC

10-Sep-20
Returned to find this one today as it was missing the last attempt we made. La Kedi found it in a spot I had just searched so lucky she was with us this time. Cache was found safe and dry.TFTC Gcoven

10-Sep-20
Out in a geocaching day with DisSister and The Marble, we stopped at this caxhe that they had previously not found when it was missing. This time it took all three of us quite a few minutes to find the hide, despite having a pretty good idea what we were searching for. So many leaves and rocks made for quite a long search. We manage to find it in the end however and get out of there before the rain started.
TFTC, Gcoven. =^.^=

29-Aug-20
Solved a few more witchy puzzles as I'm keen to wear those witchy hats. A nice quick find at GZ. Signed the log and returned to where I found it. Thanks Gcoven. All good with this cache.

28-Aug-20
My last day off work so after breakfast at our current favourite place at Sandgate, hubby & I headed to Redcliffe to make a start on this series. Found the tether of the old cache but despite quite an extended search couldn't find the new cache. Lucky I'll be back for more in the series so will pop back another time.

23-Aug-20
We are staying a few days in Scarborough looking for some of the caches in this series. We had a nudge solving just a few of the puzzles which was appreciated and some we have not solved as yet. Continuing along on our cache finding mission today bought us to this one. Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Gcoven.

19-Aug-20
I had a few hours of meetings this morning that I was able to dial into, and were suitable for a walking meeting. Wahoo. So I drove to Redcliffe and started walking my way along the beach, picking up a few geocaches as I went, and umming and ahhing and saying yes at the right times. Bliss.

Happy to have 6 from 6 finds today. Loved the sunshine, the puzzle solving, and the hides. Thankfully very few muggles and I was able to cache my way along the beach in peace. After logging today's finds, I celebrated my 250th puzzle find - something I need for a nearby challenge that has been mocking me on an otherwise blank map.

Thanks to the CO for this series, can't wait to finish them all!

TFTC and TB visit

17-Aug-20
I’m working in Redcliffe this afternoon, so took the opportunity to come out to the peninsula a little early and grab some witch’s hats. I got frustrated little early and sent a message to CO, but made the find about a minute later. TFTC

14-Aug-20
Another easy puzzle, and another DNF converted to a smiley face. Having previously found the tether the hunt was not too long here either.

14-Aug-20
Today I'm taking a ride around Redcliffe with T-Tech and teamdfl to collect this series of caches, plus a few extra Wink teamdfl has done most of the work of solving, and I added a few last night. We met up at Crockatt Park, and set off at 9am and were back at the cars not long after 5pm, having ridden about 30kms, with a haul for me of 37 smileys, 2 DNFs and 1 DNS (did not stop!)

A return to fix up a DNF for me, as it was missing last time. Pleased to finally make it a smiley. TFTC, Gcoven.

14-Aug-20
Out for a Saturday caching bike ride with TeamDFL and IolantheK [^]
We went South, we went North, and in the end did about 28Kms over 7 or so hours (including a couple of refreshment breaks) [^]

Ignore the tether in the tree! I give up. New cache below!!!!!

08-Aug-20
Crysophrase’s goons must think I’m a bit slow. They think because they can disguise themselves that we can’t find them.

08-Aug-20
Out caching with CaptainVimes to get numbers up for an upcoming milestone. Found tether but container is missing. CO gave us permission to log. Thanks for the cache

06-Aug-20
Not the best start to the day. I did find a zip tie and a key ring loop in the bushes, but no cache.

30-Jul-20
Out with DisSister today for a morning's caching. Our first DNF for the day. Hope it hasn't gone missing.

30-Jul-20
Well it may have been staring me straight in the face but I could not see it for the life of me here today
