Hello all, unfortunately, this GC keeps getting raided and removed by muggles. I am going to give it a rest for a few months to let them forget and move on.
My sincere apologies.

I came here last year with GeoM and we looked everywhere and couldn’t find it. I saw it had been replaced recently so I stopped by today and it was a quick find this time. TFTC!
4/2/2023 Find #5676
Pprime and I had decided on a long overdue morning catch up, and opted for this side of town to try and knock a few caches off our lists.
We wondered how we would fare with the weather, between the sweltering heatwave we were supposedly having, or the rain.
Turns out the heat wasn’t really an issue for us today, and the rain, when it occurred, hardly bothered us at all.
We were wandering around here grabbing the adventure Labs, so of course decided we should stop for this one too.
Arriving at GZ we searched here and there to no avail. A checking of the hint and the logs and we continued our search once more, finally coming up with the goods about 10 metres from coords.
We didn’t get to really see any waterfall today, but can imagine what it would be like during more of the wet season.
Thanks for the cache uggbastie.

Picked up as we completed a walk around the lake. No waterfall today, but after a bit of tooing and froing we found the container a bit away from where our GPS's wanted us. But all good here.
Thanks uggbastie for entertaining me at this location.

On a day with most of the population working from home or on leave, I ventured out to take a few business meetings whilst traipsing through the bush find a few smilie faces.
With trusty tott in tow I managed to locate a few and one or two at ground level.
Cheers

I have (once again) replaced the GC at this location. Some grubs keep knocking it off. Thanks to those who let me know that it's missing.

Spent some 20 minutes looking up and down the fence but to no luck. Will try again another day.
Hello all and thank you for your patience while I reinstate the GC.
I have now replaced the GC but in a slightly different container and in a slightly different location on the same metal fence.
Check the "hint" if you need some guidance.

Hi guys, someone has flogged the tin box + magnet holding this one in place
I'll get around to replacing it soon.
Right now, there's no logbook in the location either until I get the new case.

Ducking out for a coffee and a cache between meetings today and found a great place to park that overlooked the urban waterfall. Strolling to GZ I realised this was a job best done without heels so off they came and got literally back to nature on my lunch break. Cache was found in good order. Loved the paintwork ! Leaving you a FP for the whole experience today. Tftc
It was beautiful place behind the rocks at the urban waterfall check everywhere as you can find so many things
We decided to head out this way for a spot of caching. A nice little hide, tftc uggbastie ️
I was asked if I would like to go caching and I jumped at the offer to join with Hatsoff RoddyC, Snickersallen and Grannysmith47 so we headed towards Durack and Calamvale for our fun. Nice little water fall here and soon had the cache in hand and leaving our signatures before replacing as found. TFTC
A short trip from the Gold Coast to meet up with hatzofff, RoddyC, Imbunda, and grannysmith1947 for a morning of caching around this lovely suburb.
Beautiful area here to visit, and the awesome hint saved us a lot of time in the searching process. Well done CO, really enjoyed visiting this area.

Out today to continue a personal challenge I have set myself. Being locked up at home for too long, I needed to get out and see to beyond my front gate, so a drive to forest lake was the go. With a child at home who also needed to get out for some scenic adventure the lake at forest lake seemed like a good option.
We had enough time to grab three caches in the area before our plans were rearranged for us. We had to drive back for school pickup duties of the other child, bugger.
It was a nice walk around the lake collecting caches and enjoying the quiet of the area. Thanks for placing these around here, a couple had full logs and one was a little damp.
The hint was a big help with this one.

A bit mushy in places after 3 days of flooding but nature is quick to restore itself indeed.
A nice quick find.
Quite a nice, cool secluded spot down here.
The magnet has come away from the container & the log is slightly damp but OK.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

Having waited out Brisbanes latest flood disaster I had to come out for some groceries… thanks to numerous road closures and a desire to stay off the roads as much as possible I’ve ended up in Forest Lake…
A nice quick find and I was on my way… tftc…
Unsurprisingly there’s was quite a bit of water running over the fall…

Nice little geocache. When I was looking on the map I imagined it on the other side of Grand Ave. But here is better.TFTC
TFTC! A nice quick easy find, thank you, after my cycling adventure earlier today, in which I cycled from Forest Lake to Toowong & return.
Friday lunchtime and decided a cache search would be a good way to wind up the week. A quick look at some nearby options highlighted this cache. Its hard to tell from maps or satellite images exactly what conditions you are going to find when you arrive at GZ.
After the 10 minute drive was able to park very nearby, and the search began. A little bit of a descent in the work clothes was required, but i was able to spot the cache quite quickly.
Removed the cache from its spot and was able to sign the log sheet. All is good here with the cache. Tucked back away and i was off, not a muggle in sight. Quite a nice spot actually.
Thanks for bringing me to this suburb uggbastie. Cheers

Today was another drive to the southside of Brisbane. Main targets where old caches. What I need is 2006 or older.
I was back here to find some more caches from Crew 153.
Later today I meet up with The Green Geckos, Muggle65 and Mummy Bear and her cubs to get the final for Love/Hate series. Yippee
Had a great day out.
I got 24 finds for today the breakdown was. 9 traditional, 2 mystery, multi, letterbox and 3 adventure labs with 11 waypoints.
Sorry for the generic log

Out and about caching today with joojoo57, IolantheK and T-Tech. Found many caches and thank you to all CO's for placing them there. We were successful in finding them all. TFTC
T-Tech and I spent the day with joojoo57 and Richmond Lad. We had a plan to tackle 12 caches and an AL in the area around Forest Lake. Happily there are now smileys everywhere!
The traditional caches around Forest Lake were done in conjunction with the AL and its bonus cache, thanks to joojoo's meticulous planning! Finding our way in here was tricky but eventually we reached the right spot and the cache was soon in hand. TFTC, uggbastie.

After finding the way to where we needed to go, it was a fairly quick find and on to the next.
Out for a day of caching with joojoo57, Richmond Lad, IolantheK [^]
I have come to realise from IolantheK that joojoo57 is a good organiser and today was
no exception as we progressed from cache to cache with no DNFs to boot
Interleaving a Adventure Lab Cache with other Traditionals we arrived here [^]
Cache found, dry and in good condition [^]

The log is wet. I’m so glad I came out here to see this rare spot. GLad to see places like this in the city

i decided to come out with my bike to ride around this lake and collect some smileys and had a great time. There was only one section where a magpie kept on swooping and actually hitting my helmet before i managed to get a branch to hold up. I was thankful for the helmet. What a great place for a cache and the hint led me straight to the cache. Thank you for taking me here and for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
I never knew this existed. Even though there was no water falling at the moment, it’s nice to know that it will eventually! TFTC
The AL brought me to this area this morning.
With the lake pretty busy, this one caught my eye because it looked to be out of the way. A nice hidden spot by the water and a cool cache container to go with it.

We clambered down natures stairs by torch light and made the find with geokid_tobias and geokid_madison
Was a god excuse to get master cacher out of the house.Forgot my pen .though . TFTC
Very clever hide. Found with Binkybelle. It so looks like a good swimming spot though
I am down from Toowoomba with Grand Poobah for the day and time to grab a few caches while here.
A quick find here today for us.
Interesting Location for sure. How easy is it to drive past and not know about this place?
Thanks for the cache.

Lovely little spot. Easy walk down to GZ. Abit of wandering around but then decided to look more closely at co-ordinates and found it. Very cool cache.
After pulling up nearby, I wondered if I had to go down ‘there’ from some distance away but in fact, the walk down over the terraces is pretty easy very close to GZ.
Excellent hints made this a fast grab.
All good here so TFTC!

Interesting little spot and I have to admit to wondering why there was a need for a no swimming sign, when the area has no public path or easy access ot it... [?]
A brief search had the container revealed and I reached in to extract it from its lair. Log out, I added my name and returned as found. As I appeared back on the footpath at the top, I was greeted by an elderly genteman taking a morning stroll. Hmm, it does always look more suss when you walk out of the trees...
Cheers uggbastie.
