No it's not! I looked inside the object that the last finder said, but found only dirt and snails. A check with the CO indicated that this has somehow gone MIA since the last find. Did they take it with them?
Interesting little hide , indeed lots of snails and slugs . Retrieved the cache , very damp , left it out in the sun as I wrote this log. The small sleeve was torn which let the water in . I have replaced the sleeve with a brand new one. TFTC Aussiebrian
#9086 (3 of 4 today)
I am gradually catching up with my logging - am currently only a month and a bit behind. But that's still over 100 caches!
To be honest, while I still find searching for caches fun, I'm finding logging less so. But I have to log to get me stats and souvenirs, so...
Only a few Adventure Labs and my First2Finds have been written up in a timely manner - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.
Nevertheless, I have kept up with my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, but somehow I expect that will eventually prove too hard as I have to travel a good distance if I want more than a cache a day.
Thanks to all the CO's who have made it possible to keep my goal in sight. Most of the finds have been Traditionals, but a few Puzzle series and the odd other cache type have been grabbed where possible.
Sorry the logs are very generic, but I'll never catch back up otherwise.
###END OF GENERIC ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###
Headed south west for some more calendar finds today. Decided to start with a previous DNF at Abbotsbury, and then did somewhat or a circuit to snaffle an extra three.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Second attempt at a previous DNF today, and my second success.
I don't know why I hadn't checked this spot before - probably thought it too unlikely.
Well desperation makes you check the strangest spots, and today it got the prize here.
Signed, replaced and away to my next target.

Looked back at this cache and saw that it was magnetic and yet I thought muggles have taken it the last time I came back as there was an orange line
Took a bit to get this one, the log was useless to water logged as the zip wasnt zipped up enough so water got in, dried them and placed a spare piece of paper in so signed it zipped it back up and replaced it. TFTH
Caching my way home after visiting two events at Simmo's beach. Quick find here! Very wet log.

Was easy to find it was wet weather so when i found it it was wet and a bit slimy and dirty but overall very good
Started with two DNFs this afternoon, but thankfully ended with four finds plus five Lab Cache Points of Interest to up the calendar finds.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Second consecutive DNF. Felt so exposed here too. When a passing car honked me I decided it was time to leave.

Today I decided to head south of the city for some caching. Unfortunately so did every truck driver and it was a very slow run.
Eventually I arrived here and parked the geomobile the walked over to GZ.
Now where is there?
There are a lot of possible hiding spots just there, especially as the GPS was pointing onto the road. One spot caught my eye but I quickly dismissed it, it wouldn't be there.
I began to check there, and there and there for different types of hides. It seems that the muggles across the road and behind the fence all decided at once to mow their grass. The noise disturbed me but did not deter me.
OK, could it be there?
Yes, there it was, it is there!

Arrow bouncy, which always makes a search more suspicious on a busy road, but read through a few previous logs and one hint kept standing out. Tried something new that caught my eye and those hints made perfect sense.

Out with Littl3Vix on a late adventure. This was a quick park and grab for us in the dark! thanks for the cache Aussiebrian!
Keeping my streak alive today with one more cache to add to my finds. Stopping off with MizCupcake for this retrieval, I have been here before for the search but it was not a good time so I had to leave and try again another day. Today we parked the geomobile right next to gz and jumped out. Going for the spot I noticed last time, we had CIH very quickly. Another park and grab to keep this streak going. TFTC!
We started to look in the wrong places. Then we said "it wouldn't be in there." Yes, it was. Good one. TFTC Aussiebrian
After completing the recent Adventure Lab in the area there was time to grab a few traditional caches in the area also owned by the same CO. Here I was able to park next to gz and make a quick find although at one stage I thought that I was going to be able to grab it.

Had to think about this one, few muggles walking past, & all the cars all the time.
The boss was away for the weekend so took the opportunity to pick up some local caches.

Finished work & Mrs Jaybeem called to say new cache. Off we went hoping for a FTF & soon had CIH. Thanks Aussie Brian for another cache close to home. TFTC
Tftc. Just got home from work and Mr Jaybeem rings from the train to advise of a new cache. The chance of a FTF was too good to pass up, even located where it was. Thanks again.
