Mr Curzzz volunteered to jump out to grab this cache. He soon had the cache, but it took him a while to cross the road to get back to the truck, a sudden flurry of traffic just then. TFTC
Sneaky wee hide. Found quickly after a run from Cobden. Now to head back! TFTC
Its Maintenance Month and today Mum has an afternoon Lions meeting in Westport so we combined this trip with maintenance checks on all of our caches out this way. Nice and dry log, thats what I love about this kind of hide. All good here. Happy Caching
Day 7 on our holiday in New Zealand. Today our tour is going from Fox Glacier to Punakaiki. We also visited this traditional cache, found it, and signed the logbook.

When we walked the Point Elizabeth track about 5 years ago, StreetWalker drove to the Rapahoe end with his bike on the back, left the car there then biked back to the near the start of the track on the Cobden end, where we started the walk, What a guy! Sadly a new cache has been placed on the track since then, so there is a lone green icon amongst the smiles.
Anyway, a quick find today. TFTC.

We are tripping down the West Coast at the moment and decided to do this trail this morning as we headed towards Hokitika. Quick find at the start of our day

We were having a great day looking around this area. Thank you for putting the cache here
Nana made a quick find just before we had lunch, thank you for placing this cache for us to find
We were having an amazing weekend with two of our grandsons, it was their first trip to the Greymouth area, so we were just showing them a few highlights of the area. We had been to pancake rocks and were thinking about doing the nearby walk with them.
I can't say the weather was entirely lovely but the rain wasn't torrential and the wind wasn't as gusty as it had been during the night, so we decided to find this one then go and have a late lunch at the nearby carpark before deciding what to do.
The cache was an instant find, thanks for placing the cache and thank you for the smiley

After finishing the Elizabeth point walk there and back we decided to see it we could find this one as we returned to our vehicle. A nice quick find was made. TFTC
We searched every nook and cranny and put our hands in every gap we could find but no luck today.
#10,085. Day 4 of the geocaching road trip. Infoferret and I flew down from Wellington on Wednesday and have spent a couple of nights in Greymouth. But its time to leave now and head to our next lodgings in Westport. We have geotour caches to find, some adventure labs and a lot of solved puzzles on the way. Will pick up any traditional caches if we have time. The weather is still holding out and its another fine, warm, sunny spring day.
Making our way north and stopped for this cache. The answer to the previous loggers is "Yes it is". I can't recall having any real difficulty finding this one. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache where found. Thanks gracie7 + Mum for hiding it here.

A quick stop here while making my way to the Point Elizabeth walkway this afternoon. TFTC
A fun find i did with some friends after walking the point elizabeth track. Thank you
Found with NZDi. We are staying at Carters Beach Holiday Camp as a base for a few days geocaching on the Wet Coast. Todays plan is to head to Greymouth picking up as many roadside PnGs as we can, with a few more interesting excursions thrown into the mix.
This is our twenty-fourth cache of the day, and as there didn't look to be much in the way of parking near GZ, NZDi stayed in the car back near the last cache while I made a QEF SWaG (Short Walk and Grab). It surprised me that the cache name didn't start with 'BTG'.

Thanks gracie7 + Mum for putting out this cache for woolwood9 and I to find!
SL **tm/ww NZ** (may just be a black smudge on the many wet or plastic logs)
Weather today was unsettled with rain at times.
*We soon had another good cache located!*

FTF With Holymu. Three new publications and the rain coming down in sheets. It would have to wait till another day until... A break in the weather and away we went. A quick one for the numbers it was. Just as well as the rain had set in once more. Thank you gracie7 + Mum
FTF with Hazedarus
We saw these new caches published this morning and debated whether to go for them then or wait till later. We waited, and then we decided to go anyway and worry about getting dry after if necessary.
As it turned out we were lucky and managed to stay reasonably dry although we did grab brollies as insurance.
This cache was found exactly where expected.
Thank you gracie7 + Mum.
