Logs
While bush bashing nearby for other caches, this one was close to me for a short detour before finding my way back to where I parked. I had to circle around in the tree cover before my gps settled. Had to look closer at a spot I had a quick glance at when I first got through the treeline. After finishing the log duties I had a long walk back behind the fence lines. Lots of uptight doggies had their say to my travels. Thanks for the cache.
It was going to be one of the hottest days this summer, but after caching with Team Canary and Curliebunny666 in the bush, and parted ways, I saw this wasn't too far away. I recall parking across the road and venturing much further into the bush on search of some older hides. This was only about 150m, but with a recent DNF, I wasn't too confident.Arriving at GZ, there didn't seem many options, and as the cache had changed or moved, I had no PAFs to call on. After 15 minutes, the hint wasn't making any sense, and the heat starting to take it's toll, so I messaged the CO. As is usually the case, within minutes I spied the cache as the CO replied. It was easier than I made it, I just needed to check the other side of the only thing that was "standing tall". Though, I found it to be about 10m out, so maybe the coords need to be updated for accuracy. Try S105 and E912.With the log signed, replaced, TB taken and covered with some camo, it was back to the car, and this time to head home. TFTC
Rapidly coming to conclusion that I suck at bush hides. A 45 min search with only splinters and scratches to show for the effort. GPS jumpy but sure I looked inside everything around for said tub.
Spent the day caching with my good mate steeba. We concentrated our efforts around southwestern Sydney.
This cache was one of many we found today.

Out and about travelling through some of Sydney’s southwest suburbs with The Rats for a variety of finds today.
Plenty of dogs yapping here.

Nice camo, but casing/bag has gotten about wet (also its hiding spot has deteriorated quite a bit)
Found it. The log wasn't sealed properly last time so it was quite wet. Nice to finally get one we dnf before
Perfect little hide and away from muggles. Excellent camo . Coordinates spot on . TFTC

I am terribly behind in my logging. It's getting close to five months since I regularly reported on the caches I've found. YIKES! Well, at least I'm currently only 3 months behind.
To be honest, while I still find searching for caches fun, I'm finding logging less so. But I have to log to get me stats and souvenirs, so...
In this time only the Adventure Labs found and my First2Finds have been written up - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.
But I've been busy finally getting ready to move into our new house - now in and I'm still coming to terms with the extra room/rooms!
But I did still try to find time to cache on the days that my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day demanded I find something. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, but somehow I expect that will eventually prove too hard as I have to travel a good distance if I want more than a cache a day.
Anyway. thanks to all the CO's who are getting short shrift from my generic logs. I hope to eventually get back to them and flesh them out, but no promises.
I've found some fun Traditionals and solved some interesting, but not impossible puzzles. And Multis and other cache types have been grabbed where possible.
###END OF GENERIC ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###
Need a few for the calendar so headed to Campbelltown to really up the find count.
Decided also that I would try to expunge a previous DNF when the cache wasn't working properly. Today it worked like a charm!
Went for seven and got them all.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Any cache specific comments will be added here. Don't hold your breath, though.

With the weather as it is, I had the day off work and decided to go caching. I made a list of caches I’ll try to get, to clear out the area. This being the first cache of the day, I of course missed the area to park and had to do a u turn. Walking to GZ I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I definitely should of grabbed a spidey stick and the aero guard spray for starters.. After scanning the area for a few moments I made my way to a possible hiding spot and made the find. Now to opening it… dry hands are you friend here as I found out. After messaging the cache owner, low and behold it was open in an instant..! The log is a bit damp but I managed to sign it. Thank you for a great hide!
Great spot! Took me a while (this is my first geocache) but what a feeling of satisfaction when I got to sign that log!
Wow the grass is long at GZ I was thankful to be wearing my gators and luckily didn’t see any snakes. GPS was pretty good and I made a quick find with the hint. They’re already dirty though haha. TFTC nice camo and well placed cache.
Lots of walking around in circles here. GPS didn't want to settle. Eventually stopped and just looked in the obvious spots and there it was. Clever hide. Unfortunately the lid is jammed on and we were unable to get it open to sign the log. Next person- bring your muscles.
First area I looked... but couldn’t find it, a few frustrating minutes - one last check before I left! So happy haha
Popped out today to grab a cache or two, depending on how much time I got in between the rain and storms. I took a nice quick walk up the track and once at GZ, thought I had an idea of what height I should be looking at, so while my gps settled while under the canopy and clouds, I looked around and checked things out. Eventually, as another storm loomed, after seeing nothing I quickly checked the clue and realised I had been wrong about the height (thats what I get for looking at too many caches before going out ) I then found it in the first place I searched. Now time to get back home before the storm hits! Thanks for the cache!
Just realised that this was available so on my way to Appin for the Adventure Lab decided to stop here.
Do I remember a cache not too far away some time ago?
Nice camo and easily spotted with some experience.
Thanks cc00h for the cache.

Enjoying an afternoon stroll with this beautiful cool weather and keeping my streak alive with another find for today. I parked the geomobile in a safe zone and made off for the walk. Coming up from Close to Home #2 I followed the trail up to almost gz. Verging off to start the search, keeing the hint in mind with the range of available areas, I ended up circling gz a couple of times before finding my prize hidden away. There were a few places to search and my hands were so dirty by the end of it. I should have brought gloves I signed the logbook and replaced. Everything was in good condition here. TFTC!
A big day of caching in and around Camden and Campbelltown. Had lots of puzzles solved, some a long time ago. The weather was great for an early start so I could finish when it got to warm. Like the touch on the container

Found myself up in the Campbelltown area after a change of plans. Picked off a bunch of caches over a few hours. Lots of swooping birds out today. All caches found with decent coordinates and quality hints. TFTC
A very nice construction and good humour in the hint which helped us make a quick find. Also very accurate coords. A FP. TFTC ccOOh
Fairly easy hide to find, well hidden, and hands did get a little dirty.
Found on my way for a hike in the Dharawal NP.
