First find of the day.Thanking you for the Traditional Cache that you placed VKC1SR
Yey! Quick and easy find. Avenging our DNF here when the cache went AWOL following the floods.TFTC
A quick find after back tracking 200m to get to gz. Luckily no muggles at the very time of locating the prize. tftc
Nice easy one to end the day, great place for a cache. Tricky with the muggles around but eventually got to it. TFTC!
Nice camoflauge! Thanks for looking after this geocache. Took cute mushroom and left Lego footy player.
Red Gum Island used to be one of our favourite places to escape to during the lockdowns. This wasn't the cache I intended to target today, but it was lovely to end up here. Spent a long time at the GZ looking in the wrong place, but eventually found the hiding spot. Thanks for the cache, VKC1SR!
Happy Little Cacher again as this was a Quick find after a frustrating DNF near the river. TFTC
Another day in Geelong and another cache to be found. After completing some study in the Library, Mr Dromaniax headed out to find the daily cache.
What better way to do so than a wander along the Barwon River?
We made a reasonably quick find and found the cache in very good condition.
Thank you VKC1SR for this Traditional cache.

We took advantage of the blue skies this morning and set off early to redo Oscar's Walk having previously completed the original multi version. A lovely walk found us at a very familiar spot allowing us to sign the logbook once more.
Thanks VKC1SR for bringing us out for a lovely walk along the river with a good hide.

Poked around at location with a stick and didn’t find it, thought to check there again and found it
The new cache has been in car for weeks.. just a matter of getting into town and making time to go for the required stroll .
Shall be done soon.

We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out!
We're a tipp'n it's a miss'n, although we did enjoy the walk around the river.
Thanks for the hunt anyway VKC1SR.

Perfect GZ for a nice sized container but nothing seems to be here since the floods!

As I walked towards gz ... yup, that's where it'll be. Did not disappoint. All good here! TFTC from Tennessee, USA
A lovely little walk in the sunshine. Last time we came here, we were on bikes - this time shanks pony had to do. Lots of Oscar's friends out here today.
Thanks for the smilie!

Nice easy find - beautiful afternoon for a walk. Such a lovely spot too. Thanks for the cache
A beautiful walk along the river here. Especially for dogs. We didn't have our doggo today, but he would love it here. Cache was nestled in a handy location clean and dry. Thanks for bringing us here today.
It wasn't long until I saw this one, but definitely had to be careful about not giving it away to any muggles. After making sure there was no-one in sight, I grabbed the cache and took it somewhere a little more secluded to sign, which was a good move as it turned out as multiple muggles passed by whilst I signed. After another break in muggle activity I replaced it as it was. TFTC!
Enjoying a lovely stroll this afternoon with the geodog, he didn’t like that I interrupted his walk to stop for a cache.
Logging late! Absolutely loved this area! Got so distracted here I forgot to log themTFTC HoodedHooligans
Visited and picked up a travel bug which will go to my teammate Giles_Stylez to further along on its mission TFTC TFTTB SLTNLN
I was out in the area collecting a few old Geelong caches and this one was nearby. Dropped in some swag and a TB. Thank you VKC1SR for placing and maintaining Oscar's Walk for us to find today.
Find # 1062.

Thanks to VKC1SR for this new take on Oscar.
A pleasant walk with a little bit of drizzle at times but nothing too serious so hardly got wet.
A pleasant walk to GZ chatting to Bushfire along the way which is always great to do.
The cache was safe and sound today.
Glad we remembered this path from a few years ago.

This is the second time writing this log, as I had just about finished it and hit something on the key board and lost the lot so back to square one and start again. A couple of days ago parked down beside the Queens Park Bridge on the Newtown side and wandered along the trail and then finally I realized that it was the long way to this cache as it was on Common Island and this track was taking me the long way to the cache so gave that idea away.
After a call from my very good mate suscoe who always works out the best way to get from A to B and started again from a different start position and much more direct we were soon at GZ as I seem to remember being here before many years ago, so with log signed it was back to the start point and home again before the rain got serious again.
Thanks to VKC1SK for placing this guy which replaces a multi from a long time ago.

After attending a nearby event and CITO I continued to find a few local caches.
I have a few fun caching memories of this area. Even this location which I was surprised to see still in reasonably good condition.
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the Traditional Cache VKC1SR

Thank you for this cache! Glad to see another cache near my house, quick bike ride to a beautiful spot.
Found it, great container. Those looking for a hint it is at head height.
Happy hunting

Out for a walking on a beautiful morning in one of our favourite places. Nice quick easy find TFTC
I was out in the area to check on a cache I had recently adopted from the legendary Bushfire. I remember visiting this spot for the previous Multi version of this cache. It was a nice afternoon for a walk.
Thank you VK1SR for getting me out to walk these nice trails again

We recalled doing this multi a decade ago - how times have changed! Now there are little bunnies, geodog and we know the CO. Didn't need a GPS to get to this one and amazingly at 2pm we didn't see a soul on our walk to and from the cache. Dropped off a TB for the next finder. TFTC
After a nice cruisy Friday Holiday morning it was time to get on with the day and get out for a ride on the bike. The river was quiet this morning which made for a nice ride from the one way bridge to GZ. We were in Queenscliff when the cache was released but today was no less enjoyable to try and collect the find. The bike was left on a near by tree as I went to retrieve the cache in a matter of minutes. The fresh logbook was signed and time to continue down along the river. Thanks for the hide

Sitting on our newly arrived day bed reading The 2nd book of the "Bad Guys" series to my son, a text came through from Sims_Family saying that's close to you.
I knew exactly what he was talking about and I had a look at my emails to see where the new traditional is. Wow... Very close but my other child was fast asleep and I couldn't leave her by herself.....or could I??
After coming to the realisation that I'll have to let this one pass, my wife arrived home and I was off like a frog in a sock. I'm very lucky she is accepting of my caching addictions.
A quick drive then walk to GZ and soon had the fresh log book in hand which was signed as the [FTF]
This area is a favourite of the family and we spend many hours walking the dog, riding bikes/scooters or throwing rocks into the water.
Thank you

Didn't see a single donut hole on our ride to GZ, but we couldn't have been far behind them! A second to find still makes us happy! TFTC.
