Logs
Apologies for the tardy maintenance. I am down in Harvey the weekend 23-24 November and will attend to this then.
### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process. It certainly needs to be checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating, or the posted coordinates.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute that is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by familysteiner and to take it off the playing board to prevent further inconvenience to our Geocaching Community.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been taken by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will conclude that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition and waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayang -GeoffCommunity Reviewer
I came today to search for this treasure, but unfortunately I was unsuccessful.I will hopefully be able to return in the future to turn the frown upside down.
Unable to find this one. Don't think it's a 1.5 after reading the other comments
We came. We hunted. We did not find. Thanks familysteiner but we had no joy here today.
We looked for over half an hour, investigating every crevice that could have held a geocache captive.. no luck.. will have to come back for another try!
TFTC. The fact this one is labeled available 24/7 gave me a pretty good idea where is would be.
Tftc. Number 2000 after five and a bit years following the CO around grumbling about stupid stuff under rocks.
Seen some great things I never would have imagined

Another tricky one that took quite a while to find. Luckily, geokid #4 spotted it and was able to extract it.

Found a new friend watching carefully. Ignored our caching instincts and spent 20 mins "committing" (as mentioned in previous logs) to the entirely wrong spot. Lesson learned! All in good condition.
Looked in the wrong place at first, once at the right location we soon had it in hand! Found with Redrobbin25. Tftc
After a night in Myalup I thought I’d geocache my way home via Binningup and Harvey.
This was difficult to get out it was wedged in that tight. Got it in the end and replaced in a more user friendly way.
Tftc here familysteiner

Out and about with Geodogs M and R for my birthday and happy to make a find here and retrieval as it was in a tight spot. Tftc guys
Found it. TFTC familysteiner. Happy to make the find here, replaced as found. Not saying how long I spent here for obvious reasons. Looked there 3 or 4 times between passing traffic before I saw it. I had to be just at the right angle. Always heard about this orange but never came here before, thanks for bringing me here.
The Big Orange I saw from a distance. As I neared I realised it was not actually there. The GPSr pointed to a logical place but I did not see the cache there. So a wider search was required.
I saw something tucked away in a tight crevice and thought that may be the cache. But I had no idea how to get it out. And it did not appear the correct colour. So I retreated to give it more thought. In doing so I realised I had not looked in one spot in particular, so I headed there. Now that I had looked I still had no cache. I was about to give up when I spied a very small flash of the correct colour.
Getting it out was problematic. I expected that from the tales of part cachers. This did not help me figure out how to get it out. I tried a few options. Then I remembered a new tool I acquired a few weeks ago, and that I had not used until now. After only three attempts with this new tool I had the cache in hand. The log signed moments later and I used the tool to put it back too.

Took me a while and almost gave up. A lady came and said so many people are looking for it and ask her if she knows where it is. She said the object had been replaced but I told her it was found a few days ago. She suggested people where making up the find LOL. I had looked for so long on the right object, but finally spotted it. TFTC familysteiner
Took the SWH back from Busselton and stopped to log this find on my journey. Thanks for the hide and photo op.
Still on annual leave and a **SWH...** cache gets published in my name - so of course a little road trip is called for Down the freeway, turn off at Harvey and back up the SWH home Stopped off here on the way over to Harvey. The Big Orange looked very intriguing but it will have to wait for another day! Parked up right next to GZ and while I quickly spotted the container it took quite a long time to retrieve. I can see why some people say it's stuck; it can be removed but only one specific way. Eventually I got my name on the log though TFTC
While the interstate travel is still a bit iffy we decided to spend the time touring southern WA.
The last day of our holiday and we had a bit of time to clear up some of the caches around Harvey.
Last one for the morning as we had our grandaughters birthday party. I went to grab the cache while my snuggle muggle went into the establishment to check it out. I spotted the cache but it appeared to be stuck until I tried another way then all was good.
We will have to drop into this place again when we have some more time.
This was find number 4 for the day.

Chwiliwr and I had planned a caching trip north of the river but this got changed when we noticed the new caches get published near Harvey just as we were about to leave.
Cache found without problems. Log signed and cache returned as it was found.
Thanks familysteiner for placing this cache for us to find.

Quickly spotted. Had a very wet log, so I replaced it with some waterproof paper
Hanging out in the Bunbury area for the weekend. Had an hour or two spare so went out hunting.

The plan for the day was to find as many caches in the South West Highway series and nearby caches to complete a challenge we had been working on. At the end of the day we found 38 caches with only one DNF.
Noticed something else orange which we investigated before we found the right orange object. Thanks familysteiner for the cache.

Thanks for placing this cache for us to find. Doing some southwest highway caches between Harvey and Pinjarra with team adinache. Found 32 for the day with 1 DNF. Looks like a interesting place to visit when it’s open
I'm removing the red spanner as people are obviously able to access and sign the logbook.
We had a sense of de ja view. Have we found one near here in the past. Don't know but we have found one now. TFTC family steiner
Can see it - can’t extract it. Previous finder pushed it back too far and it is now wedged in. Thanks family Steiner.
Thanks familysteiner for placing and maintaining this cache. Out and about with Barnzy12 getting a few smily faces.
Returning home from the big 4x4 adventure today, was happy for a quick P&G TFTH

Headed out for a days caching towards the Collie area with a couple of 2001 listed 4x4 caches high on the agenda. C10 and I set off from Cockburn and made our way down South Western Highway towards Pinjarra where we metup with RebelJamie (who won’t log these finds) to grab a bunch of caches for the day.
Glad to see another cache at this location. A quick find.

This weekend saw the jinta crew planning our first over night camping trip for some time and we headed southwards to explore this area! We headed away from Baldivis and meandered our way towards Busselton collecting smilies along the way. This cache was one we targeted for our weekend adventure. Cheers and TFTC.

Out with dimor to grab some caches and some delicious local ice cream. I recommend the toffee and almond one TFTC
I had to drop some stuff of to my cousin in Harvey so thought I'd give Mr dimor a rest and take Rach2 along for the drive and naturally some caches.
I can remember the Big Orange when it was out at a building on the SWH opposite the WWII Interment Shrine (I went to high school in Harvey for 5 years), can't remember what business it was for or if it even started up. Glad it was taken and used here, a great icon for the area.
Great to stop off at Harvey Cheese on the way home for an ice cream, I recommend the Lemon Cheesecake variety (hope the CO is now drooling ), oh so yummy, planning our next caching visit to Harvey just for the ice cream
