Left the bikes at our entry point then walked to GZ. Searched for a few minutes and then finally found the cache. We had a day out on the bikes today collecting a few caches in and around town and also completing an Ad Lab. We woke to a beautiful day and were about to set off when we discovered one of the bikes had a flat tyre. Some time later it was repaired and then we set off. Blue skies, warm and only a slight breeze.Along the way we had a great lunch on the wharf. as we visited some lovely locations.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache J+J.au.**SKI Pair****
Sadly my co-ords did not match up with where we eventually found the cache signed and returned where we found it. Tftc
Parking at the wp, walked the 500mtr along the breakwall. Coords spot on and cache log signed and returned back to the car.Total Caches Found 16331TFTC J+J.au
Im up in Batemans bay for a week away and this was a quick walk from my accommodation. Took a little while at GZ before it literally jumped out at me!TFTC!
Ms Atalanta and I are having a few days away on the south coast of NSW - ie south of Sydney. We drove to Batemans bay today and after a brief stop in our hotel, walked around the area looking at the sights and for some caches. This was the second of them, on the break-wall. A comment in a previous log - that is could be seen from the rocks - put us off. Perhaps its present location is different. Anyway, it was well hidden.TFTC
Quickly Grabbed this one today while on a day trip to Batemans! The water was really low so saw a whole lot of crabs running around! TFTC!
Lovely walk, thanks for bringing us out here. In Batemans for the day because we forgot the paddle for the kiddos SUP so had to get another. As payment they had to wait while we did a spot of geocaching
Found with Command04 on my last full day at the coast. I haven't been to this part of the breakwater before. TFTC.
#10199 (4 of 20 today - including 5 Adventure Labs)Headed down to Bateman's Bay, and environs, in the Geowife's Mugglemobile for today's event at Wasp Head. It was a long day, starting the drive down before 8am and not getting home until 11pm - utilising a long stop at the Gong on the way home to make sure I stayed awake.Having a few hours "to spare" before the event, I took the opportunity to grab a number of caches around Bateman's Bay. By the end of the day I had 20, including five ALs by the water. That included, of course *Earthcache 1* at Wasp Head, which was the focus of the day - Happy 20th Anniversary.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###A pleasant walk out along the break-wall, where there were no muggles - until I was on my way back - except the ones in their boats.Got to GZ and started the search. The logical spot yielded nothing, so spread out a little. Still nothing. Hmmm. Checked the previous log and it had two pointers. One didn't help me, but the other had me staring at the container in no time.Made the grab, signed the log, replaced and walked back to the car to the sounds of families playing in their waterfront backyards.SLTNLNTFTC
That took ages as I was focussed elsewhere. When I moved onto the rocks, I finally saw it hanging 5m from where I was. Very sneaky. Nice walk to GZ. TFTC
Found on a post dinner walk across the breakwall. Another great hide! TFTC!
Couple of Finnish vanlifers traveling around this beautiful coast of Australia with Matilda the campervan. Stopping here and there to enjoy life without any plans.Mntti1 and I started our travels couple of weeks ago. After getting everything set up and visiting some friends, we began making our way south from Sydney. We have spent last few days around BB area while waiting our dear Matilda to have wheel bearing fixed. This evening we did short walk to break-wall and found this cache also. Thanks for the cache!
Found with LittleBoss2 as we cruise into BB for another day of caching. Took a bit to find, but worth the walk. Thanks again
Another day out caching with Bogonghazy. Quick find. Thanks for placing the geocache
Ok. Out with my muggle friend George.Have wanted this one for a while so today did the walk and picked it up. Thanks J for this one where I don't have to climb a mountain kutgw
Weekend away down the coast with Baristayan, and thought we’d go after this bad boy while we were in the area.
Took us a little while after a was a wee bit out with ground zero and unnecessarily scrambling on rocks which I tend to do but had the cache in hand soon enough. Great hide, thanks! And love the view back out between the heads we had when walking back to the car.

Wow. That was a tricky one to find! Think the gps was out by a couple of metres. 30 degrees and 2 very hot tired children didn’t help. but we got there in the end.
After the long walk from the car park (only 500m
But with two kids it felt longer lol) we found the cache and realised we left the pen in the Ute. So I have included a photo of the cache as proof. TFTC

Didn’t seem to have much luck today with caches but finally some success. The walk was much rougher than I expected although easy enough. Cache had a whole heap of ants in it but otherwise all good. TFTC!
I didn't know you could walk along the breakwall, so thank you for bringing me to this spot. It's a bright and sunny morning with s calm ses beside me. An enjoyable walk.

A pleasant walk to GZ. Saw some Pied Oystercatchers which are not as common as the Sooty Oystercatchers. (In case you wanted to know) TFTC J+J.au
A quick hobble along the breakwall , chatting to the fisher people, checking out the views a great way to spend some time. Easyish find. Thanks J+J.au
Quite a long walk out to get this one - only a couple of others passed coming back too. When I got there I spent more time than I was expecting to find, but I did get there in the end. In hindsight it seemed so obvious too - isn’t that always the way?! TFTC.
Geobub is now a geokid and has caught the geofever! We went on our first real treasure hunt to find this cache, talking as we went about how when we find it we needed to put it back exactly where we found it so other people can play the game. Snack at GZ to solidify how awesome caching is. I pointed out where another cache would likely be on our way back and geokid immediately wanted to go find that one. I have a new partner in crime! Favourite point for the memories
I was out for a run and stopped off here for a pretty quick find. It's a good spot for it. TFTC.
Quick find on this lovely summer evening. Good coords, now we are going to walk across the wet sand to our cabin, yeah! TFTC
On a road trip to South Coast from Sydney, stopping at Batemans bay marine resort.Getting a couple of caches before eating tonight.
Beautiful spot, we're staying opposite,
Going to risk walking across at low tide!!!
Hopefully there's no quick sand and this isn't our last ever find?
Thanks for maintaining the cache

Came outnto this cache after dinner at the soldiers club. Great feed by the way. Anyway, came for a walk to burn off some energy ready for icecream. Good walk and well camo’d container. I am a big fan of that type. TFTC
Down after completing the Adventure Lab decided to see what else was around this was nearby. Soon had the cache in hand
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache J+J.au

I spent my day off taking a drive down to Batemans Bay to visit some of the caches along the Kings highway and the inner Batemans Bay area. It was a cold morning, but it soon tuned into a nice day at the coast.
I have traveled in along the bar in a boat a few times, and did not realise you could access this part. Plenty of signs of people fishing around here with rubbish and food scattered about. A bit of hunting about reveled the cache and I was soon on my way back to the car.
Thanks for the cache J+J.au

Actually found on 24/5/21 thanks to Mizmaz (before I purchased premium). Was great to learn from an experienced cacher! Thanks Mizmaz!
Such a beutiful spot. The tide was coming in and lots of interest things in the water. A quick find here. Tftc
Staying at the resort nearby for a few days, this was the closest to my villa… if I could walk on water, so decided to leave it for a longer walk when I had more time after a busy weekend with a SES exercise. Chatting to some new friends at dinner last night, the topic of geocaching came up and I invited them to join me the next morning before we all checked out. With a lot more finds under my belt than these newbies, I got us to GZ with a dedicated gps then stood back to let them make the find, kickstarting my day inspiring fresh caching fans.
I took a longer walk than necessary for this, as I went the wrong way, but got there in the end, and then a quick fine. Cache and log are fine. TFTC J+J.au.

Down the coast for an orienteering weekend at Broulee. After this morning's event, I grabbed a few specific caches on the way home. Easily found after a pleasant stroll along the breakwater. TFTC.

Found this one during a weekend away from Canberra. Had brunch at a local cafe for Mother's day and then decided to attempt this one. The walk was long enough that we were able to walk off brunch, but not so long that we had to eat again TFTC.
23,653. Found during a coastal caching run with DARKSIDEDAN and IamCoust today.
A last minute plan was thrown together for a fun day trip down to Bateman's Bay and surrounds. Caught up with the others in Braidwood where I left my Geomobile, and we headed down the mountain in DSD's. This was the next stop for the day. Parked a fair way away and did the fun but slightly damp walk out to this one. Once at GZ it was a nice quick find - spiders and all ! Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks J+J.au !!

A nice spot.
I looked very suspicious to a family on the beach, but found it eventually without being seen.
Tanksfor bringing me here.

A day trip down to Bateman's Bay and surrounds with DARKSIDEDAN and fitzy_1965. Found 23 for the day, a good effort, with only a few DNFs we put down to sketchy reception.
A cloudy start to the day turning into light rain once over the bridge (oooh, look at the new bridge. Eventually clearing it was sunny and humid for the remainder of the afternoon.
A good amount of banter was had, including a few laughs about this and that. Thanks guys, look forward to the next adventure.
A quick find after walking through the rain from far, far away. Some fun family fishing going on across the way. TNLNSL TFTC

Spending a week at nearby marina resort so it is a great opportunity to find some caches in BB. Great walk along the rock wall but once at cache there was only one way back to dry land, back the same way you came in. Tftc
A nice quick find on the way home with Tankengine. We parked near the parking coords. It was very busy. The walk was lovely and I have never been here before. Cache was straight forward to find and sign then we headed back to the car. Tftc J+J.au!!!
Chooo ooo [found] - with dty73! Have never been to this spot before, and I did like it! So a favourite from me! Thanks for the cache J+J.au and thanks for the company dty73!
Nice easy one to finish the day. No one fishing here today so had GZ all to ourselves. TFTC
Rounded up the usual suspects early this morning and headed out to see what we might find today, which turned out to be twenty-plus caches on the day and included five different cache types and a variety of terrains. Thanks to the cache owners for taking the time to make our game more interesting and enjoyable.
Teamed up with Bonfire7 and 154Crows for a day of caching. Picked off more than a dozen physical caches and a few Adventure Lab experiences. Nearly all caches were found in good condition. Thanks to all Cache Owners for their contribution to this recreational activity.
Was great to stretch the legs and stroll out here to GZ,all the boats were starting to head in with the wind picking up but still plenty of jet ski's out there bouncing around.
Thanks for the cache

A last minute decision to go to Bateman's Bay for a bit of caching, visiting friends and planning the next big caching adventure. Weather was very ordinary on the way here, but turned wonderful as soon as I started caching. Did this cache first as there was a {FTF} for grabs!
