After a bit of urban caching yesterday. Came out for a bit of the beaten track. This one certainly was. Tftc
After getting on the right track, it was an easy find. Log signed and returned as found
Quick find here after multiple dnf in the vicinity. Good to find this one . TFTC
Out & about today, doing a loop from Huonville & back via Cygnet & up the Channel before cutting across to Sandfly. Thank for the Cache.
Found this cache after walking from Margate collecting the multi cache info. Thanks scouts.
Tftc. Enjoyed seeing the Scouting badges. Took me back to the time I was a cub, scout, senior scout and rover. Started cubs in 1960!! Accumulated a lot of badges along the way to becoming a Queens Scout in 1971. Glad to see the movement is still going.
Am frhen Abend noch lust gehabt ein paar Caches zu machen. Die Sonne spendete noch immer viel wrme, aber das kurze suchen hat sich gelohnt. Diesen schnell gefunden. Besten Dank frs legen und pflegen.
On a walk with a client today, looking for caches. This one was find fairly quickly, while dodging the Masked Lapwings who were bombing us - presumably there were nests nearby. Loved the Scout theme

We were in Margate today with some spare time so we decided to head down to Snug to do some caching, ending up with three finds.
At first we were looking for the wrong sort of hide in wrong place. Then we realised that it wasn’t a micro and had a quick find.
Thanks for the cache blackrattism!

Caching around Tasmania. TFTC.
A nice quick grab in the dark with a footy game on the oval

After replacing my cache further south, I stopped here to solve the nearby puzzle and to find these two closest caches.
Being here brings back memories of my youth when I made a backpack CB radio and came to watch the football and talked to someone in Queensland! Ah, the good old days!
Found the cache easily as it was visible from a distance. Covered up a little better.
Thanks for the cache!

In the area for a week or two. Didn't make it to Regatta and sadly it seems those who did weren't caching or had already been. Left the badges in place but did sign the log. TFTC
Replaced full log and put in a pile of swap badges for Regatta weekend. Come get it Scouts and Guides
A nice walk to this cache. Log is full, needs replacing and I don't have any spare on me.TFTC
Day 7 of our Tassie tour, we're going to have a quiet day today cos it's going to be really warm but I thought before it got too hot to come out and get a couple around here. This one was a quick find but it looks like the Log has been full for a very long time.
A quick find for our 1st in Snug.
Unfortunately we didn't have a spare log sheet for this.

Found it! Definitely easier to find coming from the beach side rather than the oval road
Grabbed a couple of caches on a nice morning walk in Snug. Thanks for placing these to find.
YAY - we found Discover Adventure this morning. Find 2 of Day 7 of our Great Tassie 2023 Caching Adventure. A nice find on our last morning in Snug and also Tassie. Log signed and we were off. TFTC
Found it! Great first cache, warm day so watch out for snakes. Didn’t see one thankfully
Cool cache - thanks Scouts from Turners Beach Cub leader and Cub, plus a Motton Preston Scout. ️️️
Thank you Joey Scouts! We are Scouts from the Macedon Ranges and loved finding your Geocache
Another beautiful day in Tassie as we lead up to a very quiet Christmas. Our goal today was to find a few caches in 2 LGA’s missing from our Tassie grid while we travel toward our Christmas campsite and enjoy the sites. This was another enjoyable walk not far from camp. Cache was a bit exposed but replaced with more camouflage.
Thank you for the cache.
Thank you for the cache.
Sadly no smiley today as too wet and muddy to attempt after being Snug as a bug in a rug.

We were staying a few nights in the nearby caravan park and on our afternoon walk we came over and found this cache.

Our kids are finally old enough to look after themselves for a few days. So with my wife having some holidays coinciding with their school holidays, we took the opportunity for a quick 6 day tour - with no kids - of a few carfeully selected areas of Tasmania. We opted for the first night in Richmond, before continuing on to Bruny Island, Hobart and the Tasman Peninsula.
A few years ago I participated in a boat "raid" - a small sailing craft and rowing skiff "cruise in company" over two weeks from Cockle Creek finishing in Hobart for the Wooden Boat Festival. The bushfires were raging, original plans were shelved and the raid ended up staying at the Sea Scout hall for a night.
On our trip through to Kettering, I remembered how nice this beach was. My wife and I sat on the rocks nearby, enjoyed the view and had some morning tea.
Afterwards, I ventured down the path for a quick find. Many thanks blackrattism.

Made our way to the cache in near darkness. With some light left we got to gz and made a quick find in the hint item. TFTC
Nice little cache, covered enough to miss it if you’re not looking. No badges anymore, but still a few little items. Log is pretty full up.
Found on the ground. A bit wet and log is full. We are travelling from WA. Came here because a friend grew up in Snug. Tftc.
Nice quick find once I realized approach from the track was not the best way to attack this! TFTC
